Georgia – the most hospitable of all Caucasian countries, is famous not only for its feasts, elders and excellent wine, but also world-class ski resorts. In Georgia should go primarily different interesting routes. Caucasus – Mountain wayward, their conquest will bring not only a wonderful experience, but also moral satisfaction. High mountain air clears not only the lungs but also the brain, so you can not only go skiing and snowboarding, but also to meditate, looking at severe peaks and endless sky. The most-most in Georgia are considered to be two resorts: Gudauri and Bakuriani. Ski resort Bakuriani – a famous winter resort, located 180 kilometers west of Tbilisi, at an altitude of 1800 meters in the Borjomi gorge, surrounded by mighty mountain ranges of the Caucasus. Local people call this place - "Solar Valley". Ski resort Gudauri – the youngest and most promising ski resort in the Caucasus. It is located in the Kazbegi region of Georgia, 120 km from Tbilisi, at an altitude of 2196 m Unique natural Gudauri relief, deep and stable snow cover, lack of stones on the slopes and off-piste, avalanche safety and high-occupancy. All these factors have attracted here foreign investors. Mestia – young and promising ski resort, which is located at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level, in northwest Georgia Svaneti.

The article discusses some trends in the development of e-commerce in the tourism industry. It presents the definitions of electronic commerce as such and also the electronic commerce in the tourism sector. The article gives the components of e-commerce in the tourism sector which are in interaction with each other. The author formulates the main trends of market development of the global tourism industry, including in Russia. There are marked the factors contributing to the consumer choice of online sphere while studying the technology of online sales. The article represents the major internet technologies used in the online tourism business. There is analyzed the technology of dynamic packaging. The results have shown the significant advantages over traditional tours. The use of such technology will increase the value of the tourism industry for the economy of the Russian Federation. The article describes in detail the widely used electronic technology – online booking system. There is noticed that the main share of the Russian market falls on the American services, primarily on Booking.com. Among the national services are more or less known – Ostrovok and Oktogo. The work gives the preferences of travelers in using the Internet for searching the corresponding tag. The article discusses that reorientation to the modern technology opens up the additional opportunities for travel agents to keep the business in crisis terms. On the basis of this there is given the description of the popularity of the most frequent queries of general tags on months before the crisis, and after taking into account the factor of seasonality. The article also identifies the trends in the online sphere and the main technologies used in online tourism. The author makes a conclusion that there is a trend to popularize the use of electronic means of promotion in the travel industry.

This paper deals with the development and transformation of tourism in the Czech Republic on the example of the development of the region Podluží and one of their centers of Hodonin town. The tourist activities in the region, we specifically the most attractive, namely wine and folklore tourism in close liaison with food tourism and then increasingly popular cycling and water tourism. Especially with cycling routes are (following the program "Greenways") routed so that they went through all the major wine-growing region and the sites followed the basic backbone network of cycling routes passing through the entire territory of the Czech Republic. Development of water tourism here is closely linked to industrial tourism, which as a waterway is used for important technical monument - Baťa Canal. Briefly stated Hodonína own town's history in the context of gradual industrialization of the area (lignite mining and hydrocarbons), its major depression and subsequent changes in tourist activities.

This article provides an analysis of particular indicators of the social/economic development of the city of Sochi during the period of preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, as well as of major trends in its development during the post-Olympic period. Based on the experience of staging the Olympic Games in other countries, the effective use of Olympic legacy is one of the most complex objectives which it is not always so easy to resolve. All this points to the need for working out and implementing an effective city (municipal) target program for, at least, the mid-run, its target indicators expected to improve the effectiveness of employing the created Olympic infrastructure and boost the competitiveness of the city of Sochi as a tourist center.

Sustainable tourism development meets the needs of present tourists and host regions while protecting and increasing the options for the future. It has led to management of all resources, so as to meet the economic, social and aesthetic needs while maintaining cultural integrity, the most important ecological processes, biological diversity and the processes that make life possible. (World Tourism Organization). Sustainable tourism products are products that work in accordance with the local environment, society and culture so as to have the environment, society and culture has benefited, and they became the victims of tourism development. Currently we can to happiness; especially in industrialized countries observed in a wide range of tourist activities is also increasing concern about the so-called Industrial Tourism aimed at exploring technical monuments. This form of tourism was initially the domain of a narrow range of technically-based supporters, but gradually becomes increasingly attractive to a wider public. In the paper we present selected examples of conversion options such as conservation and new utilization of rule the decaying industrial heritage, not only in Czech Republic but also in other European countries. Almost every city can be found industrial area or at least a few large objects that after the completion of the original production remained without adequate recovery. Although not strictly a registered cultural monuments, it is often interesting buildings completing the character of the place. The above example of the Czech Republic, the new use of the Vitkovice Ironworks and other similar sites can serve as inspiration for the cities concerned.

The article describes the Georgian mountainous regions as the most special part of Svaneti. Unfortunately, Svaneti economic development is hampered, due to its unfavorable physical and geographical locational factors. Svaneti economic development highly depends on tourism sphere in this part of Georgia, herewith this region has all natural factors in order to be Georgia’s leading tourist city and accomplice development of international tourism in Georgia. The main idea of the article is to familiarize the public with the unique Svaneti tourism potential, which includes: - Consideration about Svaneti’s natural unique landscapes and possibilities of touristic development; - Display of Svaneti’s mineral sources and perspectives of health-resort thrift; - Historical-ethnographic peculiarities of this region and cultural tourism development; - Ideal conditions for alpinism. The authors notice that the developing of communication skills is very important too. The modernization of designated tourism directions (ecotourism, resort, cultural alpinism) will accomplice local population to improve the tourist services.

This article shares the findings of an analysis of some current definitions of the term “tourist destination” and the major characteristics of the concept. The author singles out three major approaches to defining and construing the content of the term “tourist destination”: territorial, economic, and service/technological, which are distinguished by being static and not focused on processes in the internal development of tourist destinations. The author proposes using a dynamic approach to the analysis of tourist destinations, aimed at fostering their client-orientedness.
