By assuming that Paulo Freire´s philosophy is impregnated with elements of complexity, one of the principles of interdisciplinary methodology, this article aims to examine the principles of the complex thought in an attempt to identify their similarities with Freire´s assumptions. They can be recognized as organizing elements of knowledge as well as stimulants of the problem solving-creative spirit of historic subjects acting in brazilian education. The bibliographical study shows that Paulo Freire absorbs the transdisciplinary approach when he envisions education as a path towards autonomy and liberation. Freire views it as a teaching method, not only as a construction field of knowledge which incorporates the ontological dimension of the human being, but also as an educational practice which enables the emergence of a transdisciplinary subject committed to the generation of new strategies that aim the common good in a continuous process of learning and political action.

The analysis of the main theoretical influences of Paulo Freire's thought, the existentialism, the phenomenology, the Marxism, the personalism and the Christianity, aims to evaluate if it is possible to consider the predominance of one of these in the set of his work. This is a bibliographic study of nature in which , based on the theoretical and methodological perspective of dialectical historical materialism, it was analyzed the major works of Freire , locating the central categories and investigating its relationship with the different theoretical influences of the author . Considering the scope of Freire's work in Brazil and in the world, it means that the analysis of the constituent influences of his theory reveals not only the uniqueness of synthesis accomplished by the author, as the relevance and topicality of his work to the research and studies in education.

This paper, in the form of an essay, problematizes the child's participation in the city, investigating if its exclusion in the wider social spaces occurs because the city - the polis, as the Greeks called it - was losing the references transmitted by the past as the highest organization of human relations. It considers that the recognition of the child as a participant in the city does not mean to untie it from a social experience shared with other generational categories nor to make it hostage to an autonomy, whose self-centered childhood may well expose certain particularisms that dissociates it from a network of broader and more complex human relationships, depriving adults of their public responsibilities to those who come to the world. Dialoging, fundamentally, with Hannah Arendt's thought about what she comprehends from the Greek experience of polis, it seeks to transpose usually dominant prerogatives about children's participation in the city, drawing attention to the role of education in the understanding of the city as an experience whose legacy of cultural traditions and symbolic heritages is an important and permanent reference in the formation of the new generations.

This article aims to understand how, from the point of view of the emphases, tensions and challenges, the government proposition of gender mainstreaming has been presented by Chapter 1 of the III National Plan of Policies for Women (2013-2015). For that, there was a cultural and documental analysis. The results indicate that mainstreaming of gender policies has been proposed as a guiding principle of this Plan. It presents, in particular in Chapter 1, in the form of a theoretical construct, based on the concept of economic autonomy; and as a practical construct, with actions for the professional education of poor women. Here is the economization of the social as proposed to operate with mainstreaming of gender policies, develop the economic autonomy of women and reducing gender inequalities in Brazil.

Female young students may come from vulnerable communities, where information on their rights and opportunities is scarce, while the meaningless information abounds. Part of them gets alienated, as they prioritize searching for solutions to more immediate problems. The other part of them overcome the vicious circle of violence-exclusion-alienation. How can they do it? How does the higher education contribute to this? A multiple case study involving six young students revealed emancipatory social experiences of these women. Self-criticism, in open spaces through the higher education, has proved to be a key element in the turn of course of their lives. The conclusions of the present research may contribute to improve the didactic-pedagogical performance and formation of professors.

This article presents results of the research "The dimensions of pedagogical practice and the writing of teachers: challenges of teacher education". Through the Classical Diaries (ZABALZA, 2004) it is analyzed which pedagogical dimensions are included in the Journal of Academics in the Pedagogy Course, as well as converting such documents into the possibility of writing qualification. The methodology of work followed the 1) an explanation of the characteristics of the Classroom Diary; 2) indication of the writing frequency of the Journal; 3) recording the greatest possible number of information; 4) identification of pedagogical dimensions; 5) analysis of writing, under the criteria of: vocabulary repetition, spelling, textual cohesion and coherence; 6) Analysis of the Diaries to follow the processes developed in the Internship, and advances in writing. Some results about pedagogical dimensions: 1) planning needs to be reaffirmed as an organization of teaching, as a prediction, as a script; 2) Planning needs to appear as an element that precedes the lesson; 3) Planning is not the description of what has already happened, but the projection of what will happen; 4) the objectives, methodology, resources, activities planned in the planning need to point to the same purpose (s). About writing: 1) the scarce use of cohesive elements; 2) the compromise of textual coherence; 3) vocabulary repetitions; 4) spelling errors in writing irregular verbs; 4) overly informal language.

This paper seeks to analyse recent bills which were drafted with a view to repressing critical thinking in Brazilian schools, thus forcing these schools to fully abide to neoliberal premises and demands. There are different ways in which the liberty and autonomy of pupils and educators alike can be put in risk. These range from the abolishment of subjects which are essential for shaping citizens, such as Sociology and Philosophy, to the criminalisation of Humanities teachers, including the fomentation of a more productivist approach to education whereby only grades matter. These different measures officially introduce an option for something which was greatly condemned by Paulo Freire, Brazil’s greatest educator: an alienating education at the exclusive service of big business.

Conceiving that theoretical perspectives and concepts of teaching and learning are part of the support materials targeted at beginners, teachers take this article aimed to clarify the concepts and principles of pedagogical work that anchor the book "Class Note 10". The route was based on analytical study where we seek the nuclei of meaning that focusing the views of professor, teaching-learning process and related training. From the combination of the results, we conclude that there is the presence of design professor distinguished between that running and you think. In this respect we support the need for a teacher not aplicacionista, but critical, so that we can exploit the teachers who start in the profession to take their own decisions, with knowledge, skill and creativity.

Teasing is a peculiar conflict, conceptualized by the union of aggression and humor. This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of teasing experienced by 250 students of 3-14 years old of six public schools in cities of São Paulo state. Also aimed to identify the strategies employed and the outcomes. 370 hours of sistematic observation were conducted and it was used qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities. The results indicated that the development characteristics influence the experience of teasing. Although it is common in all age groups, it becomes predominant with the development, becoming more verbal and with more insinuations. The amount of intersex teasings increases among young people, already heavily permeated by sexuality. In all age groups, it was used more retaliation strategies and, ultimately, the teasings were simply abandoned.

This article aims to analyze if the school works gender and sexualities in the perspective of coping with and overcoming homophobia. The theoretical reference covers authors such as Scott, Butler, Louro, Grossi, Caetano, Junqueira, Borrillo, Miskolci, among others. A documentary research was developed on the Municipal Plan of Education and Political Pedagogical Project of School. We made observations in the school and interviewed five students, three people from the management team and four teachers who work in this class, totaling 12 interviews. The data were analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis method proposed by Mayring. The results indicate a presence of violent practices against students that unite a gender identity and sexual orientation different from heteronormativity. In addition, it was verified that in this class educational actions are not developed to combat the homophobia.

A autora destaca que a publicação é fruto de dissertações e teses defendidas entre 2000 e 2010 na Faculdade de Educação da USP e de investigações com foco em aspectos lúdicos. Os estudos estão estruturados prioritariamente em pesquisas qualitativas, ancoradas em abordagens como a etnográfia e a análise documental. A obra possui abrangência sobre o jogo, o brincar e o brinquedo, situados no contexto histórico e na diversidade cultural brasileira, explorando as potencialidades educativas nos âmbitos formais e informais. Permite compreender a essência da atividade lúdica e contribui para o fomento de políticas públicas legitimando à criança o direito de brincar.

This study was based on the assumption that the contact with the teacher knowledge through oral history methodology, can offer an interesting way in the formative process of teachers for basic education. The faculty knowledge that crisscross this methodology, seeking a reflection and change of meanings of practice and teacher training. In partnership with a professor in exercise and other training aimed to build knowledge necessary for educational practice. The knowledge that constitute the teaching , including the experiment , translated important learning in this process, as required moments of reflection between the two involved professionals. In a self-reflection process, to learn from the experience of others and listening to the other, knowledge were built and learned.

This article aimed to know how school principals understand Specialized Educational Service - SES at municipal schools in a Catarinense city. The methodology based on the qualitative approach whose instrument used to collect data, was a questionnaire. The data comprehension required contents analysis based in Bardin (2011) and Franco (2012). Among the authors that composed theoretical fundamentals, highlighted Libâneo, Paro, Meletti, Michels, Garcia. It was found that SES is understood by the most principals as a centralized service on the student target audience of the Special Education offered in a resourced classroom. Concluding that there is a necessity of the principals interference on the viability of actions that enable an interface between the specialized teacher and the regular classrooms teachers.

The article reflects on the importance of symbolic interactionism founded by Georg Herbert Mead (1863-1931) to think education in plural and complex social context, marked by post-metaphysical ways of thinking. It is divided into two parts. In the first the concepts of education as "extracting from within an essence given a priori" (traditional metaphysics conception) and as symbolically mediated interaction (post-metaphysical conception) are reconstructed. In the second, the conceptual core of the symbolic interactionism that is important to think about education in the contemporary context is investigated. Justifies the importance of the human action understood as symbolically mediated interaction to think the education as a mutual recognition process, to confront the contemporary individualism represented by Self fragmentation. Finally, it seeks to extract from the reflection on the linguistic constitution of the Self some ethical references to contemporary education.

An insight about culture, politics and educational articulations in the present brazilian scene means the dealing with cathegories, and concepts but above all the ontological and ethic colors which if not representing micro photos of the whole allows us to understand the real synthesis of several processes and feelings to offer a more accurate analysis and concrete approaching of some of the most significant phenomena of contemporary Brazil.In this movement searching for new political feeling structures, even though mixed with old resistance morphologies, to understand to what extent the growing since Junho (2013), occupations of schools and public universities aswell as urban spaces, mainly by the homeless, show questions, experiences and material knowledges, as symbolic procedures able to mobilize outstanding intelectual people including social fights not only from the comfort/certainty but also from the moving and mobilizations produced by political-pedagogic procedures.Our theoric-metodologic-analytic basis remains, after all, on historic materialism contribution with double articulation: the concept of eventin Zizek and the concept of experience in Benjamim (Erfahrung), aiming to undersrtand the occupations as political paths under circunstances of exceptions.

The article aims to discuss the alterations of high school that been coming to fruition, since the approval of Law 13415/2017. It analyzes the context and interests of the proposals of the referred Law and discusses the proximity with international guidelines relative to formation for Brazilian youth work. It is an important subject for reflection of educators who have discussed high school, the relationship between work and education and the formation of Brazilian youth. Developed on the basis of bibliographical and documentary discussion, it tries to answer: what orientations guide the current reform of high school? What are the limits and possibilities with the implementation of this reform proposal? As a result of the analysis, it highlights that the changes under way from such legislation keep the interests of training directed to the market, making it impossible for a comprehensive education and the effective educational development of high school in the country.

The present article tries to present some of the current confrontations of the education from the territory of three researches committed with the extension of the problematic that involves the relation of teaching and learning, guarded in its complex peculiarities, visceral similarities and immeasurable distances. For this, we start from the cartographic proposal in the research on education as the resource of the post-qualitative proposals, beyond the conventional application of the interview, individual or collective. Using the method of cartography as a methodological modality that calls into question the conventional investigative resources, as well as fine tune the cartographic actions themselves, as we deepen our involvement with the field. We take as a field of research some schools of basic education that constitute a sample of the diversity of these spaces and their subjects. We believe that such procedures and perspectives reach some of the unequivocal images of the challenges arising from the conditions and constraints of basic education in the face of the contrasts between what it preserves as tradition and what goes through it as the unprecedented current result

Absence of coherent and continuous public policies focusing on teacher training for Vocational and Technological Education (VTE) has resulted in several educational experiences, which requires systematic study to understand who is that teacher working at technical and technological schools. How to acquire pedagogical sustainability in these courses, institutions and educational programs that aims professionalization at all levels of education without training and valuation of VTE teachers?. Based on this questioning and from bibliographical and documentary studies, this article presents and discuss the possibilities of professional master in education to training teachers who act or will act in a such teaching modality. If technical and technological configures the specific issues of this formation and professional masters charged of training teachers in this area, thus a deep study on technology and its social and cultural implications could not be ignored as one of its theoretical and practical fundamentals.Regarding on teacher’s professionalization, one could consider an important contribution from professional masters focusing on VTE, to encourage a permanent reflection on the connections between education and work linked to the technoscientific development.

The present article has as its aims identify the traditional knowledge that exists in handcraft produced by youth and adult quilombola’s people and the presence of geometric concepts in the community of Jurussaca, at Tracuateua/PA. The authors who base the analysis are: Castro (1997), Freire (1996), D’Ambrósio (2007). Methodologically was used a qualitative approach from a perspective of the phenomenological focus, the use of interviews, observation and photographs as a way of collecting data and a visual record about the production of handicrafts. In the analyzes of this study, it was observed that there are three products that artisans make for the use of artisanal fishing and family farming, they are: cofo, paneiro and socó. There is an evidence that in these craft products, used in the economic occupation of the community, emerge knowledge and traditional practice that allow the construction of flat geometric figures and the recognition of the life experiences of youth people and adults in their cultural, social and historical dimensions present in the daily life of this community.

This text floats questions which it cannot answer, in order to reflect with Barthes and Calvino, on the problems of language in formalizations of educational writing. It uses The Logic of Sense by Deleuze to treat the writing as a nontemporal and poetic game. In its translation, the scriptor signs transport the texts to the multiple roles of the writer-author, the writer-scriptor and the scriptor-educator in a search for possibilities of language. The monstrous character with which the literary text is covered when it faces the instrumentive and educative language, flourishes as a force that transports the concrete words to the authorial becoming. Such variations put on the agenda an ethic of sings that considers the aporias of the neutral as a motif for questions that are, purposefully, maintained open.

The article discusses the relationship between skills and education. Retakes historical aspects of the use of the term taking as materiality of analysis Brazilian’s educational legislation, from the LDB/1996. The article is the result of an academic research completed that aimed to know and understand what children teach and learn in social practice to play in early childhood education. The research was participant observation, in the qualitative approach with daily records of course, moments of play free of 14 children with an average age of three years and their teacher in a public early childhood education room. It held a discussion on the qualitative perspective, in light of the theoretical framework, based on three axes of analysis. The results showed that when playing together, children experienced moments of sharing and bargain of toys and play, strengthened bonds of friendship, expressed preferences and ideas, were created strategies to the dynamics of the play, experiencing formation opportunities for life.

This article aims to investigate what studies in integrated seminars evidence. In this hermeneutical/phenomenological qualitative research discursive textual analysis of dissertations and thesis made in post-graduation courses in Rio Grande do Sul have been used in the 2012 – 2016 period resulting in three categories: Polytechnic high school: limits and possibilities; Integrated seminars: a space for research and autonomy construction; Being an integrated seminars teacher: a space to give new meanings to research and in classroom and in the collective. Integrated seminars reveal power to fundamental school basic research development, being a collective construction privileged space in schools as well as a knowledge production tool even when singly used by some teachers.

This study aimed to evaluate anxiety in students of elementary school and any differences with regard to gender, age, school year, school type and academic performance in math and Portuguese. In this field research, we evaluated 134 students from two schools, one public and one particular of the southern state of Minas Gerais-Brasil. Of the total, 70 were girls and the ages ranged from 7 to 10 years. The students were attending the 2nd to 5th year. Anxiety Inventory at the School and students' grades in the subjects of Portuguese and Mathematics was used. The results showed an average level of school anxiety and statistically significant differences weren’t found in the evaluation of anxiety regarding the variables studied. As there is a lack of research with children as the school anxiety in this level of education, it is considered important to evaluate other samples.

This article proposes to reflect on the different interferences that external agents cause on the teaching work. The objective is to identify and analyze situations that interfere in the teaching practice and in the development of the organization of the pedagogical work in the classroom. The reflection is based on classroom observations of the pedagogical practices of 05 teachers from the initial years of elementary school in a school in the Municipal Public Network of Sinop, Mato Grosso. The problematic of this analysis is characterized by understanding the importance of school dynamics in the development of teaching practices, as well as understanding the importance of school organization and management, with a view to developing a collaborative work among educational agents, for the renewal in and school.

This paper is result of a search that aimed to analyze the visibility strategies and teacher actions used by Brazilian teachers on Twitter. The article is a qualitative study, ethnographic, made through covert observation and tweet analysis of a teachers group that have active account on Twitter. The main argument is that the visibility on Twitter is a social capital wrought by means of strategies that the individuals established on Social Networks Sites. This capital is singular, seeing that being active on the network, giving opinions, doing some considerations, sharing, constitutes educational action and results in social and economic valorization. The study concludes that the mediated visibility on Twitter is a way to achieves the social valorization on teachers dimension, inasmuch as to achieve visibility is to accumulate some kind of social capital, being, therefore, a professional strategy.

This article aims to analyze Didactics in the initial formation of the teacher in the course of Pedagogy in its relations with the teaching practice. Problematizes Didactics as a discipline focused on teacher formation articulated to teaching practice. The methodology is a qualitative approach and the analysis is based on student narrative collected in the self-assessment of the Didactics course of the course of Pedagogy of an IES in the city of Curitiba. The contributions of the studies include Martins, Veiga, Romanowski and Santos, and others, who discuss the understanding of this discipline and its interlocution with the practice for the formation of teachers. The results show that Didactics enables students to understand learning situations based on the problematic social practice based on the experiences and experiences of the teachers and students of the basic school.

This paper plays with a little set of ideas, such as art and esthetic formation, from Gilles Deleuze’s thinking. Thus, it comprehends notions such as esthetic and life, in relation to subjectivity, emphasizing its processes of formation. The text presents the notion of a policy of the sensible which helps us to inquire our esthetic formation, that is, to wonder the policies of forces which are part of our sensibility. It concludes and indicates the importance of art field as a disruptor of experiences where reason does not order the sensible, where knowledge can be affected by experiences. It approximates the production of works in the field of art and production of subjectivity in life, through the exercise of creation.

This study aimed to analyze the academic literature about gender studies in the context of women’s education in Youth and Adult Education (YAE ) . Firstly, it is traced a historical overview of women's education in Brazilian society and in adult and youth education. After, it discussed the result of literature search in the last ten years, which involved some Scielo journals and publications of National Association of PostGraduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPEd). He attempted to extract the reading of this work the theoretical and methodological approaches and the conclusions of the articles. The production shows the classroom as a perpetuation of educational gender inequalities space, highlighting the trajectories as well as difficulties of access and permanence of women in literacy and adult education.

Based on the philosophy of Herbert Marcuse, this paper aims to demonstrate the possibility of overcoming the principle of reality through the assumptions provided by the aesthetic education. Centred in the formation of the subject as a whole, the aesthetic education of Marcuse approaches the concept of Bildung, focusing on the task of bringing back to modern rationality humanistic dimensions that were blocked by the instrumental rationalization process. To fend off the competitive logic and emphasize instinctual release, aesthetic education could still foster a new structure of experience that would change the essential way the relationship of individuals with the objects and the environment. Thus, the aesthetic education could design a free technology for the realization of its original telos: the preservation of life.

This article is result of a research that aimed to investigate the evolution of e-learning Pedagogy students’ written expression. Throughout seven semesters, there were four interventions and close monitoring of their texts. Data were collected per documental analysis, questionnaire and interview. Of the 42 students from the class we research, were intentionally selected three for the research following-up. In this clipping, the interventions will be described and information concerning the academic views on the interventions will be presented. According to the students: the Pedagogy course bit worked concepts of Portuguese and textual production; they felt motivated on studing the content from the proposed interventions; received positively the interventions; according to their own opinion and to their texts analysis, we can attest to the effective improvement of their textual productions.

This article is an account of experience about a Training Course exclusively for the auxiliary educational activities of Municipal Education Network (RME) of Goiânia and developed by trainees of undergraduate course (teaching degree) in Psychology, under supervision. Within a critical and transformative conception of the internship, two cards were applied, one of identification and another of evaluation, in course students. The data suggested, after analysis, that strategies to contain expenses and "downsizing" of the public machine through temporary contracting are added to the current context of serious economic and fiscal crisis, resulting in worse working conditions, loss of quality and distortion of the guidelines for Early Childhood Education in the municipality.

This study aims to discuss the child's humanization process in early childhood education from the design of teachers, under the dialectical materialist perspective and historical-cultural. We seek to answer the following question: what is the role of kindergarten in child humanization process? As a rule the children's educational institutions entered the capitalist context end up perpetuating conservative ideologies forms the unilateral individual in the service of the labor market. For the research, we use the questionnaire as a data collection instrument in order to know the design of the teacher about the school’s role in the humanization of children. Therefore, it is believed that the omnilateral training young child will enable access to improved knowledge and appropriation of the highest human qualities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the life histories of homosexual teachers through (auto)biographical narratives in an attempt to understand the nuances of the formative processes involved in the life history and formation of the same. Thus, we understand that (auto)biographical narratives, as an epistemological perspective, are presented in a rich instrument of self-formation, since the school environment must constitute a less unequal space, a more humanizing education, Human beings. Knowing aspects of the course of personal and professional life built by teachers was a unique experience. The narrative was presented in another experience and this contributed significantly to the realization of rich and productive reflections about the formation and its life trajectories. Thus, we understand that (auto) biographical narratives, as an epistemological perspective, present themselves in a rich instrument of self-formation, since the school environment must constitute a formative space of respect for differences.

The objective of this research is to deepen in the reality of the diversity attention in primary education stage. From a qualitative approach, the conceptions and practices developed by therapeutic pedagogy (PT) teachers in their classrooms are analyzed. Besides, the advances and limitations that they experience and the type of their continuous training, among others, are also considered. The results show the degree of inclusion of their actions, while indicating the need to foster involvement among teachers and improve the training of specialists. The conclusions indicate the PT's satisfaction with its educational practice and the need for continuous training that helps to seek the student's standard development and overcoming existing barriers.
