Numerical simulation of radiation–chemical transformations of chlorinated biphenyls in a hexane solution, isopropyl alcohol in the presence of alkali KOH is carried out. It includes 52 elementary reactions of radiolysis of hexane active particles (main component) with molecules of isopropyl alcohol and ion-radicals OH− formed during electrolytic dissociation of alkali molecules. The kinetic curves of the conversion of PCB isomers in “Sovtol 10” (PCB 101, 138, 180, 194, PCB 18, and PCB 52) and products such as monochlorobiphenyls, biphenyls and Cl− at different absorbed doses were calculated. It is shown that some of the isomers are monotonously consumed with increasing doses, and a part of the kinetics is characterised by peaks. The calculated values of the radiation–chemical yields are agreed with the experimentally obtained values.

The performance of theoretical and pilot studies on an intensification of the process of clarification of water of the Varzob River have confirmed technological and experimental expediency of use of the activated silicon acid. We have found previously unknown phenomenon of regression of immune function of mammals, consists in the fact that in the body as an immunobiological system has multiple relatively constant regression of its quality of immune function (algorithm), which is expressed as a function (synchronism) their quantitative characteristics, the severity of which varies with shifts functional status in normal and pathological pregnancy.

The paper discusses the effects of PolyFunKur and Agromik biofertilizers on the biometrics of maize, as well as on its green mass and grain yield on sod–podzolic light loamy soil. Methods: phenological, agrochemical, microbiological. The use of Agromik and PolyFunKur biochemicals increases biometric indicators of maize during its development phases in comparison with the control. The highest yield of the maize green mass for silage was in the test with the treatment of seeds and vegetative organs in the tillering phase in Poli funk ur. In this test, the yield increased up to 57.2 c/ha over the control. In the agromik test, the increment of green mass was slightly lower, i. e. 43.3 c/ha over the control. Comparison the polylinker and agro Mik tests reveal the difference to be 13.9 centners/ha. The highest maize grain yield was noted in the PolyFunKur test to be 1.9 c/ha more than in Agromik test and 7.3 c/ha more than in the control.

The article describes the question of relative and precise positioning. The analysis of various systems of positioning from a robustness point of view is given. It is noted in the work that in the coastal areas of navigation the determination of the location of the vessel by a visual method or using a radar based on objects on the map or distinct landmarks of the coastline gives a fairly reliable absolute position of the vessel. The image of the radar echoes overlaid on the ECDIS map makes this clear and detailed. Finally, he comes to the conclusion that there is a need to improve existing systems as well as the creation of new and reliable positioning systems.

As a conceptual model, the problem of a backpack from decision theory has been chosen. It is necessary to make the maximum number of road signs of a certain type from sheets of metal of various dimensions while minimising production waste. Waterproof gypsum binders - gypsum binders, able to harden in a moist environment. They are used in a wide range of construction and installation works, from conventional plasters to their incorporation into waterproof concrete and mortar. Water adversely affects gypsum binders. When applied and operated, even in a humid environment, a significant reduction in strength and adhesion characteristics is observed. The ability of water-resistant gypsum binders to permanent exposures to the destructive properties of water and aqueous solutions is a distinctive feature, compared to conventional gypsum binders. With the growth in demand for such materials, the price of raw materials for production increases. This problem is solved by the use of industrial waste with a high content of gypsum. The use of waste in the production of waterproof gypsum binders solves such problems as environmental pollution, saving money for raw materials and increasing the supply of this kind of binders.

This paper presents questions of evaluation of economic–geographical position (EGP) with cartographic analysis of integration potential. As you know, EGP always carries some information about the possibility of further development of the object, i. e. about the potential of EGP. In most papers on the evaluation of the potential of EGP is assessing its relative favourable or adverse in comparison with other objects (regions, cities, etc.), while the maximum value of EGP not only installed but not even considered. The main methods of this research paper are analysis and synthesis, mapping and geographical comparison, but also a method for the assessment of the integration potential of EGP suggested by V. I. Blanutsa of the Institute of Geography the SB RAS. In the process, was obtained information about the interactions of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in particular, the Khanty–Mansi Autonomous district — Yugra and its neighbours 1st order using map of maps and visual analysis. In our opinion, the methods of calculating the integration potential of the EGP will help to solve the problem of evaluating the EGP. It is proposed to use the concept of “ideal integration potential” and “real integration potential” (taking into account the transport accessibility of the neighbouring regions). Under ideal integration potentially refers to the evaluation of the neighbour’s position in the region to the largest possible number of neighbouring regions, i. e. corresponding to a situation where one region shares borders with all the others. In the case of “real integration potential” is required to consider the transport accessibility of neighbouring regions. The paper has practical value for the geographical assessment of EGP of any region, in the solution of modern problems of the Russian economy and other countries, and assess the future development of their regions

In Russia, in the case of solving a number of organisational issues, increasing the age of a person’s retirement is advisable from the point of view of the country's economy and gives a number of advantages to the employee. Employees of the employment service portal “Job”. Collected information on the number of entrepreneurs willing to provide jobs to people over 50 years old, in 9 cities in our country and in the Krasnodar Territory (as of November 9, 2016). The authors of the article carried out a statistical analysis of this information laid out in the public domain on the Internet. It turned out that in the range from 59% to 67% of entrepreneurs do not see the possibility of such employment. The average value for the sample was 35.9%; The median is 35%. There is every reason to believe that the percentage of entrepreneurs willing to hire men over 60 and women over 55 (the age of retirement) will be significantly less than these figures. The received estimations can be considered, as the proof of the objective character of difficulties with which there are pensioners wishing to continue labour activity. Due to their social status, they will receive a small salary even if they are employed. Daily travel of workers from their place of residence to the territory of availability of work in the existing conditions of Russia is unlikely, even from an economic point of view. In order to avoid the possible growth of social tension, the authors of the article propose to decide whether it is expedient to increase the age at which Russians leave for retirement differentially for different territories of the country, taking into account not only existing legally established restrictions, but also the possibility of providing an elderly person in the place of residence with work with the necessary minimum wage

The results of a study of the endogenous variability of sizes and mass of seeds of the Spanish bayonet (Yucca aloifolia L.) and Spanish bayonet ‘Marginata’ (Yucca aloifolia L. ‘Marginata’) by biometric data have been given. Description of the endogenous variability’s amplitude evaluated by means of objective mathematical criteria has been provided. The similarities and differences, correlative connection and character of the distribution curves of investigated parameters are shown. It has been for the first time determined that the amplitude range of endogenous variability of seeds of the Spanish bayonet and the Spanish bayonet ‘Marginata’ fluctuates over a wide range and depends on, first of all, on the character and, to a lesser degree, on the form affiliation and does not depend on artificial pollination type. I the case of an open pollination and hybridogenic with the use of pollen of other species, the variability of the seeds’ weight is much higher than during artificial pollination of the Spanish bayonet and Spanish bayonet ‘Marginata’ within species. The lowest and simultaneously the highest limit of the seed’s weight is attained during an open pollination. The growth correlations which implement the best option of an interaction of an organism with the environment have been revealed. The facts provided in the article are actual, have scientific novelty and practical usefulness

Heavy metals influence all systems of a live organism. Anthropogenous influence decides on the help of the analysis of a condition of separate individuals. The work purpose — identification of reaction of a system of pigments and accumulation of Lemna minor proline in the presence of heavy metals Zn2+ and Ni2+ in the water environment. Zn2+ and Ni2+ salts exert the negative impact on the maintenance of a chlorophyll a and b, cause the increase in the concentration of carotenoids. High concentration of metals (over 1.0 mg/l) cause oppression of pigmentary system. The concentration of Zn2+ and Ni2+ is higher, it is more than the content of free proline in the listeth of Lemna minor L. In tests with nickel solutions concentration of proline is less, than in tests with zinc solutions. The expressed tendency of increase in the concentration of proline at the increase in the concentration of the pollutant is the reaction of a plant to action a stress factor.

As noted in previous studies, the intensity of lipid peroxidation (LP) is dependent on the functional state of organs and tissues, the impact of such factors on the postnatal development of the body, adaptation to extreme factors — ionizing radiation, breach of the oxygen supply, poisoning, change of endocrine status of the organism, stress greatly increase the LP. Increased lipid peroxidation causes structural and functional modifications in the cell membranes, compounding pathological processes. We began the study of the lipid peroxidation during the hypovolemic shock with the study of the accumulation of lipid peroxidation products in different brain structures. The accumulation of hydro peroxides (HP), malondialdehyde (MD) in the cerebellum, midbrain, medulla oblongata, sensory–motor and visual areas of the cerebral cortex were investigated during the 16 hours after hypovolemic shock. Results obtained in a variety of CNS structures show that during hypovolemic shock the greatest deviation in the level of the hydro peroxides posterior lobe is observed in cerebral cortex and medulla. The table shows that the change in the content of malondialdehyde in various structures of the central nervous system is slightly different from what we have seen in the study of changes in the content of hydro peroxide in the background of hypovolemic shock. To sum up the results of the study, we can conclude that the transfusion of blood substitutes on the background of hypovolemic shock and delays the activation and deepening of the generalisation of lipid peroxidation in the late hours of experience in hypovolemic shock.

Degraded lands in the Southern Part of the Carchi province (Ecuador) are investigated. The territory is located in the equatorial Andes. Laboratory analysis of selected samples showed that the soils are poor in organic matter and nitrogen. At the same time, an increased content of potassium was noted. Investigation of microelements showed a low content of iron, copper, manganese and zinc in the soil. There is an increased content of magnesium and calcium. For the restoration of degraded lands and their use in agriculture, irrigation is necessary, especially in the dry season. It is also necessary to restore the balance of organic matter and nitrogen, create forest belts to protect against wind erosion. The region is characterised by a strong division of the relief, elevation differences and the presence of small–scale farm holdings separated by degraded and neglected lands. All this creates difficulties in the formation of an economically justified, unified system of land rehabilitation.

This article provides data on results of research of mass–charge spectrum nuclear atom of light elements (Be, В, С, Mg, Al) by means of mass–spectrometry laser–ionization regarding radiation parameter of laser and an atomic mass of the target. For registration and study of the spectrum of the nuclei of the investigated elements was used solid–state neodymium laser operating in the monopole mode. The package experimentally obtained mass–charge spectra of nuclei of atoms (also multi–charged ions) of light elements in a broad interval of the power density of laser radiation and the atomic mass of the target. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated data.

The variability of some reproductive characters in sugar beet, to be more exact the phyllotaxis characters was investigated. Flowers (and fruits) on the sugar beet floral shoot are arranged spirally. One of the phyllotaxis characters is a distribution of the number of spirals in the shoot. This character is subject to the normal distribution law. The same kind of distribution is typical for other reproductive characteristics in sugar beet (number of fruits on the shoot, length of shoot).The spiral number per length unit on the floral shoot are also obeying to the normal distribution and varying about 4 times. This character is defined as the shoot length and the fruit arrangement (dense or arrangement). Unlike other reproductive characters, the phyllotaxis characters belong to the spatial (geometric) characters. By its description were used invariants as a model: the golden ratio and Fibonacci sequence. For each shoot was estimated a phyllotaxis index (the number of left and right spirals on the shoots) by comparing the number of fruits on the shoots and the Fibonacci numbers from three recurrent numerical successions. The relation of phyllotaxis indices and other reproductive characters was studied. Phyllotaxis characters are reproduced independently on both quantitative characters (length of shoots and number of spirals on the shoots) and quality characters (a flower number in inflorescences: unianthy–synanthy or mono–multigerm characters). It is discussed a probable morphogenesis process of the phyllotaxis characters, that on the one hand are formed depending on the cell morphogenes activity, and on the other, are determined by symmetries of the some structures and parts of plants, and also morphogenetic fields created by molecules, cells and plant as a whole in the course of growth and development.

As noted in previous studies, epiphysis is one of the important factors in the neurohormonal regulation of blood hemostatic potential. Steroid hormones are produced in the gonads, regulate the process of sexual differentiation and sexual reproduction invertebrates and humans. In turn, these processes are regulated by the pituitary gonadotropins. After the effects of different doses of progesterone and testosterone on coagulation observed its acceleration, i.e. hypercoagulation. This work is part of the research on the influence of the epiphysis on coagulation in different experimental conditions. Coagulation has long attracted our attention due to the influence on the process of the epiphysis. Epiphysis receives information about the external light through the organ of sight, participates in the mechanism of the biological clock. During the daytime, the synthesis of serotonin dominated in the epiphysis, but at night due to acetylation of serotonin, melatonin is produced. In the study of the epiphysis at different ages, it was found that with the onset of sexual maturation in the epiphysis occurs atrophy and calcification, i.e. epiphysis is rudimentary and does not have a vital function. In connection with this postulate, we decided to investigate the effect of progesterone and testosterone on thermocoagulation. Progesterone is a female steroid sex hormone that is produced by the corpus luteum of the ovary, placenta, small amounts of the adrenal cortex and testes. Progesterone plays an important role in sexual cycle, ensures the normal development of the pregnancy. The synthesis and secretion of progesterone-regulated by luteinizing hormone and human chorionic gonadotropin. Testosterone is a male steroid hormone produced by the testes, adrenal glands, ovaries, placenta, and liver. Testosterone has secreted actively in the prenatal period, defining the sexual differentiation of the reproductive organs and the whole body. The synthesis and secretion of testosterone regulated by luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormone. Testosterone secretion is subject to seasonal and age changes. Sex hormones not only affect reproductive function, but also other systems. In this regard, we were interested in how these hormones affect blood clotting factors in intact and hypophysectomized animals. Epiphysis causes an acceleration of blood clotting factors. Progesterone and testosterone cause the acceleration of blood clotting in hypophysectomized animals The action of the progesterone and testosterone blood coagulation depends on the dose of its application. Small doses of progesterone accelerate the process of blood clotting, and small doses of testosterone, on the contrary, shows it. In hypophysectomized animals 30 minutes after applying of progesterone and testosterone thromboplastin activity of blood increases sharply. Steroid hormones in hypophysectomized animals cause hypercoagulation.

Study collections of salivary stones performed using X–ray diffraction techniques, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis (Perkin Elmer SII Diamond — TG–DTA software PYRIS 7). Semi–quantitative analysis of the spectra was performed using the software Peak Fit_v 4.11 package for the detailed study of the structure of biominerals features. It demonstrated that hydroxyapatite is the major mineral component of salivary stones. According to the results of the chromatographic analysis of the quantitative content of 15 amino acids determined in the samples. Marked inhomogeneous distribution of amino acids in the composition of salivary stones, which is confirmed by the result of the cluster analysis. The hypothesis has been formulated that precursor in the formation of salivary stones of different clusters is different metastable phases: tricalcium phosphate (cluster 1) and brushite (cluster 2). Brushite was the precursor to the salivary stones of cluster 2, which defined a set of corresponding amino acid serine with a predominance. The amino acid composition with a significant predominance of glutamic acid detected for samples of cluster 1 (2–4 times higher than serine). The hypothesis was tested by means of thermodynamic and experimental modelling.

Three variants in the formation of ASFES (premanifest, manifest, post manifest with respect to the beginning of sexual dysfunctions) are isolated as well as its acute, subacute and gradual development. The presented work belongs to the collection technology, recycling and efficient use of industrial and household organic waste in urban areas and the agro–industrial complex of urbanised areas of the Republic of Tatarstan. The proposed innovation is directed to the production of hydrocarbons processing of municipal and industrial organic waste by pyrolysis. The method includes recycling water disinfection and holding the first and second stages of pyrolysis, separation of the pyrolysis products into fractions, each fraction and recycling to obtain useful substances and products. The first and second pyrolysis step is carried out with simultaneous ultraviolet and electromagnetic influence on the pyrolysis products. Apparatus for performing the process contains a pyrolysis reactor consisting of two parts. The first part of the reactor is set to a source of UV radiation decontamination of industrial and household organic waste. In the second part of the reactor is set to a source of electromagnetic exposure. The yield of the second part is connected to the separation system vaporous pyrolysis products. Technical result: the recycling efficiency to give products and substances in solid, liquid or gaseous fuel components. A method for processing municipal and industrial organic waste, comprising effecting first and second stage of pyrolysis, separation of the pyrolysis products into fractions and each fraction was processed to obtain usefully, disinfected products, characterised in that the second pyrolysis step is carried out with simultaneous exposure to electromagnetic pyrolysis products.

It turned out that the migration of atoms has many features in common and differ only in the degree of immobilisation in a textural horizon that for cobalt atoms is higher than for beryllium atoms regardless of the stage of development pedosphere. In addition, for cobalt atoms is observed to increase their numbers in the humus horizon during humus–accumulating stages of development, which is not typical for atoms of beryllium.

In this paper, firstly it is proposed to use for estimating credit risks the exact maximum likelihood estimators (MLE) of the structure of stratified population for any sizes of the credit portfolio. These exact MLE could be applied to estimate Basel-II risk parameter PD (Probability of Default) and could be used to optimise provisions for covering expected losses of consumer credit portfolio. In usual banking practice for estimating risk parameter PD, the frequencies (rates) of default credits of the whole consumer portfolio or of sub–portfolios of the whole consumer portfolio are usually using. But the statistical characteristics of these estimates, such as unbiased property, consistency, efficiency, exact and asymptotic distributions, usually are unknown. The new statistical estimations have derived for characteristics used in the vintage analysis of consumer credit portfolio. These estimations for delinquency rates with different DPD (Days Past Due) are the exact maximum likelihood estimators (MLE) of the structure of stratified population for any sizes of the credit portfolio. These exact MLE could be applied to estimate Basel-II risk parameter PD (Probability of Default) and could be used to optimise provisions for covering expected losses of consumer credit portfolio. Making the adequate provisions to credit risks in the crisis conditions is the problem which needs to estimate risks with satisfactory accuracy.

Enzymes of cellulase, hemicellulase, chitinase systems of local strains of mycelial and phytopathogenic, saprotrophic fungi isolated from various natural sources of the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied in a comparative aspect. According to the degree of hydrolysis of chitin and microcrystalline cellulose, added to the media content as the only carbon source, and growth rate, 45 cultures were selected from the studied 151 representatives of microscopic fungi. Then 29 highly active cultures belonging to the genera Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, and also saprophytes Ulocladium, Alternaria were selected with deepening studies. Further among them, with the study of their action spectrum, 8 highly active cultures were collected. The activity of enzymes hydrolyzing natural polysaccharides (cellulose, chitin, xylan) was determined, as well as protein accumulation was observed in media containing chitin and microcrystalline cellulose as the sole source of carbon. It was shown that the activity of hydrolases (cellulases on the hydrolysis of cellulose-containing substrates — chitinase, xylanase) and the formation of protein depended on species affiliation of fungi, carbon sources in the culture medium and growth duration. The inhibitory effect of hydrolytically active culture fluids of fungi Penicillium sp. 18, Penicillium sp. 140 and Aspergillus terreus 461, Aspergillus terreus 499 on the phytopathogens Rhizoctonia solani, Verticillium dahliaе, Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani were defined. Selected fungi with high hydrolytic activity are the basis for the creation of highly effective ecologically safe biopreparations of microbial origin for protecting plants from phytopathogens and new biotechnologies in the field of crop cultivation, bioconversion of plant and industrial waste, environmental protection.

In this work, the synthesis and study of the physics–chemical catalytic properties of the multicomponent biocatalyst based on the horseradish peroxidase immobilized on the modified titanium dioxide (TiO2) were carried out. Hydrochloric acid, chitosan, aminopropyltriethoxysilane and glutaric dialdehyde were used in order to modify the titanium dioxide. The horseradish peroxidase was obtained by extraction of the horseradish root (Armoracia rusticana) with the following centrifugation and separation of the filtrate. Immobilization of enzyme was performed by sequential application method with intermediate washing with distilled water from the non-specifically bounded reagents. In order to confirm the presence of the functional groups formed by the modifying agents the samples of the modified titanium dioxide and biocatalyst were analyzed by FTIR–spectroscopy. The results of FTIR–study illustrate the presence of functional; groups required for the covalent bonding. This confirms the effectivity of the method chosen for the modification of inorganic support. The study of the biocatalyst by the method of low–temperature nitrogen physisorption shows that the support modification by the chosen method increases the reactivity of the surface and promotes the maximal accessibility of the active sites of the immobilized enzymes. In this paper, the experimental confirmation of the structure of the multicomponent biocatalyst on the basis of the horseradish peroxidase immobilized on the modified TiO2 is shown for the first time. All hypotheses and conclusions expressed in this paper are based on scientific and technical literature on methods of immobilization of enzymes, methods of inorganic carriers modifying, the scientific basis of FTIR–spectroscopy and low-temperature nitrogen physisorption.

The results of studies on the effect of planting time and potato plant nutrient potency in vitro, micro plants of potato that have undergone adaptation to the yield of minitubers from a unit area. One of the effective ways to maintain fertility in conditions of acute shortage of organic fertilizers is the cultivation of crops for a green mass for plowdown into the soil as fertilizer. White mustard is of great interest as a “green fertilizer”. For a short growing season, it is able to form a high yield of green mass. Mustard strongly reacts to changes in the nutrition area, its seeding rate depends on the region of cultivation, the purpose of sowing (seeds or green mass). Most varieties of mustard are bred in the All-Russian Research Institute of Oilseeds (Krasnodar). The recommended seeding rate for white mustard for cultivation on seeds is 7–8 kg/ha (1.3–1.5 million germinated seeds/ha). However, for the conditions of the Udmurt Republic, such a seeding rate will clearly not be enough. Studies were carried out on the experimental field of the Udmurt Research Agricultural Institute in 2017. The object of research was a white mustard variety Raduga. Its seeding rates were studied — 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 (control), 3.5 and 4.0 million germinated seeds / ha (12–24 kg / ha). The obtained data showed that under conditions of lack of heat, the vegetative period of the mustard is greatly increased and from the shoots to full flowering was 48 days. The highest yield of green mass was obtained in sowing with a seeding rate of 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 million germinated seeds/ha (11.14 ... 11.60 t / ha).

The territory of the Altai Krai was repeatedly exposed to radiation as a result of nuclear tests in the Semipalatinsk test site. Altai medical dosimetric registry was created as a regional segment of the National radiation–epidemiological registry to provide complex analysis of the harm to the health of the population having been located in the areas exposed to radiation as a result of nuclear tests in the Semipalatinsk test site (NRER) [4]. Currently, the contents of the regional segment of NRER have been expanded and now include the citizens having been exposed to radiation as a result of nuclear tests in the Semipalatinsk test site, the accident at the Chernobyl APP, and the accident at the Industrial Association Mayak [5]. The objective of the study is to obtain up-to-date data on the health of the contingents of the regional segment of NRER. The present research shows the results of the study of the peculiarities of the contents and mortality of the contingents of the regional segment of NRER. The most numerous registration categories were discovered and their mortality in 2015–2016 was analyzed. The most numerous contingents in the regional segment are people exposed to radiation as a result of nuclear tests in the Semipalatinsk test site. The most significant causes of death among the contingents under study were revealed. The highest death rates were noted among the subjects with radiation sickness induced by the radiation impact caused by the Chernobyl accident, as well as among Chernobyl disaster liquidators of 1986–1987. The data on general mortality were obtained, as well as on the main causes of death among the most numerous contingents; these data were also compared to the death rate of the population of the Altai Territory. The results of the research are going to be used to work out measures aimed at health optimization of the people registered with the regional segment of NRER.

A comparative analysis of the results of treatment of prolapse of the genitals of 92 patients was carried out. Patients are operated by vaginal access. Taking into account the age, the main and accompanying gynaecological and extragenital pathology, an individual program of preoperative preparation, surgical treatment and postoperative care was prepared for each patient. As a preoperative preparation, 47 patients received standard vaginal sanitation with antiseptic solutions once a day, and 45 patients with laser therapy. Laser radiation with a wavelength of 632.8 nm irradiated the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina, the cervix. Evaluation of the results of treatment was carried out according to clinical indices, laboratory data. The use of low-intensity laser radiation allowed to improve the results of treatment by 6,1%, allowed to reduce the duration of treatment by 3,7 days.

The main goal of the study is to analyse the role, that chromatic “zero signs” played in the environment of Soviet cities and towns, and to reveal their semantics. Urban coloristics is seen as a language based on a system of interrelated oppositions, and the non-use of color in urban space is discussed in the context of the role of “zero signs” in sign systems outside the natural language. The author provides an analysis of the history of the development of urban colouristics and, on this basis, justifies the idea of importance for studying and understanding of “zero” colour as a semiotics object the “reflexive symmetry” principle and the usage of an ethnolinguistic strategic line of the analysis as well as a social and cultural one. The paper reveals the unique additional shades of meaning that the non-use of colour in urban coloristics acquired due to a special socio-cultural situation of the Soviet period. The social structure of Soviet urban society and its change under the influence of urbanization and rural migration are analyzed. We consider the value system of urban residents and analyze its relationship with the social division of urban space. The mechanisms supporting chromophobia in Soviet society are described. The specifics of Soviet urban spaces are discussed in comparison with the cities of the rest of Europe. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze the connection and mutual influence (political communications) of political parties represented in the State Duma and voters. The subject of the study is political communication between political parties and electoral groups. The methods of study are observation, questioning, content analysis. A number of provisions have been put forward: political parties influence the electoral choice of voters through information provided by the federal media (TV channels); this information is biased, gives one party a preference for one political party, contributing to its leadership in the electoral environment; townspeople and villagers in their sources of information and political preferences are different; political parties do not form pre-election party lists of candidates for deputies, taking into account their professional activity in the faction in the State Duma; voters are not sufficiently satisfied with the election results. The issue of the influence of information presented in the program documents of political parties on electoral choice was also considered. The difference in sources and perception of information consumed by rural and urban residents is shown. The recognition of an unfair attitude towards political agitation in the event of a social and economic crisis and the weakness of the legal opposition represented in the State Duma can lead to a crisis of legitimacy of the existing government.

Drugs, derived from vanillin, are used to stimulate digestion, to treat cardiovascular diseases. Nitrobenzene is the most selective oxidant of lignin and therefore gives the highest possible yield of aromatic aldehydes and is more preferable in comparison with oxygen, despite its toxicity. The most common catalyst for nitrobenzene oxidation of lignin is copper, however, such catalysts are quite difficult to regenerate and recover. Results of researches of the influence of ways of crops of hybrids of corn on biometric data and a biological harvest are given. Recommendations about the use of ways of crops of corn are made, data on the dependence of productivity of grain and productivity of green material of different grades and hybrids of seeds of corn from ways of crops are submitted. For obtaining high productivity of grain the concrete sizes of row-spacings of seeding of corn are recommended. The conducted researches demonstrate that in highly productive agrotsenoza the biological potential of one of the leading forage crops of Priamurye can be 2 - 2,5 times higher thanks to the choice of an optimum way of crops of perspective hybrids. In the conclusion concrete hybrids of corn for conditions of the Amur region, an optimum way of crops at the cultivation of corn are recommended for green material and for obtaining the greatest productivity of grain.

Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is devoted to the contents of the exclusive copyright. This article establishes an open list of methods to use a work. Accordingly, we can make a logically correct, but legally dubious conclusion that any emailing of a work is illegal. This logic is based on the questionable legal technique of art. 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The author of the paper believes that the second approach is correct. According to this approach, the content of exclusive copyright should be limited to the methods to use a work that is specified in art. 1270. Emailing of a work includes two legally significant actions with such a work: 1) the creation of an electronic copy of a work; 2) sending this copy via the information and telecommunications network as an electronic message to a specific address. The first action is the reproduction of a work. The second action is the communication to the public. In the political context, the mentioned concept is more often met in Cicero’s invectives, being an accusatory instrument against the politicians who abuse their power. For the same, accusatory, reasons serves the image of Tarquinius the Proud (Superbus) in Cicero’s arguments about the unjust power of one person. The concept of superbia and its derivatives are used in the same synonymic series with arrogant/arrogant, insolent and their derivatives. To strengthen the meaning of the concept Cicero combines it with the negative ethical and political categories (crudelitas, contumacia, contumelia, scelus, luxuria/luxuries, etc.) and contrasts it with the positive concepts of the ethical, philosophical, political and juridical apparatus of Cicero’s writings (Sapientia, liberalitas, etc.).

Тhis paper presents English acronyms as a way of linguistic retrenchment in the aspect of their differentiation according to their species, word-building model, acoustic form, usage area. Basic methods of the research: categorical analysis, determining of statistic parameters of word-forming models. In the process of the research, the following types of acronyms were defined: 1) terms, 2) acronyms pronounced as individual letters, considered as complete words. According to the sphere of usage they are 1) names of institutions, state structures, 2) names of technical objects, 3) special concepts, 4) cultural concepts, 5) acronyms which are used secondarily for concepts and phenomena with a different semantic meaning, 6) acronyms grouping according to its stylistic affiliation at the forming basis of which colloquial words and phrases are. The authour draws the conclusion that English acronyms demonstrate obviously the factor of the so-called intentional forming of new language units to make simpler the word retrenchment. New perspectives of further development of the English word-forming system are analyzed.

The subject of the study is the socio-structural aspect of the emergence and differentiation of social fears. Analysis of social fears is carried out on the basis of key parameters of social stratification (income, power, profession, education). The author proceeds from the understanding of social fear as a reaction to the social (by real or imaginary) threat of realizing the significant interests, life plans and claims of the social subject. In this regard, the social structure, in which individuals are included, is viewed as the ontological basis of social fears. The theoretical basis of the research was sociological and psychological work in the field of research of social fears, the theory of social stratification, the concept of a risk society. As the empirical material, the results of all-Russian sociological surveys were used. The method of secondary data analysis was used in the work. The article draws the following conclusion. The belonging of individuals to a social stratum determines not only the intensity of the experience of fears but also the repertoire of social fears. Social fears reflect the range of problems faced by representatives of these or those social strata in the course of realizing their vital needs and interests. Therefore, social fears can be viewed as an indicator of the state of affairs in a particular stratum. Despite the differentiation of social fears caused by the system of social stratification, the fears of representatives of different groups reveal a common nature.

The causes and consequences of the manifestation of anxiety, gender differences in the sources of anxiety in children of older preschool age, on the basis of literary analysis are revealed. It is determined that the degree of intensity of anxiety experience depends on the child's gender characteristics. To prevent the development of anxiety-hypothetical personality traits, it is important to know the age-related dynamics of anxiety, which will create a complex of early psycho-preventive and psychotherapeutic measures. Recommendations are given to specialists in the correction of the anxiety of older preschoolers.

The article raises the question of studying statistical dependences in psychological research. Psychologists in the vast majority on the basis of experimental data offer only the interpretation of linear dependences. In the last 20-25 years are often studied the complex processes that do not fit into the linear models. And psychologists choose (consciously or not) way of describing weak linear dependencies (where virtually not detected strong dependencies ). To do this, they have used test hypotheses (=0) for the correlation coefficients. Correlations such are indeed many. The article analyzes linear correlations for professional competencies of the teacher. Their number is determined for different intervals of the correlation coefficient. We consider combined in content, statistically interesting, non-linear dependencies. They demonstrate the gross errors of the traditional use of correlation analysis. In all dependencies, the reason (independent parameter) is "Love for children". It is interesting that the love for children in the analysis of statistical dependencies is revealed only as a cause (independent parameter). Other parameters depend on this parameter. It itself is weakly dependent on other parameters. Statistical dependencies are predominantly one-sided.
