The article considers the boundary value problem for the Laplace equation in a half-cylinder with base in the form of a two-layer film (membrane). This task is of great interest in problems of biology because all biological organisms on their border have a multilayer protective film through which the exchange of substances occurs. The membrane discussed in the article consists of two strongly and weakly permeable layers. On the membrane there is a set to a generalized boundary condition. On the lateral surface of the half-cylinder there is a set to the Dirichlet condition. The solution is obtained in the form of Fourier-Bessel, which converges fast enough.

À new exact analytical solution for the stationary flow of a viscous fluid between two coaxial cylinders is given. The main point of the hydrodynamical model is the external Rayleigh friction force. Isothermal and non-isothermal regimes of the fluid flow are considered. We present two types of non-isothermal behaviour of the effective coefficient of external resistance on account of the flow temperature. Namely we regard elevation/decrease of the resistance coefficient at the rise of temperature. We have established that the main element of analytical structures of the profiles of velocity and temperature is sine function with a logarithmic coordinate as an argument. We present the flow variants referring to movable and stationary cylinders. We determined a series of functional connections between vorticity and flow parameters: “pressure gradient  vorticity”, “heat flux  vorticity”, “viscous stress  vorticity”, etc. An ambiguous dependence of the flow vorticity on the shear viscous strain is discovered. The properties of isothermal and non-isothermal flows are presented in graphical form. Formation of profiles of velocity, pressure, resistance coefficient, viscous shear strain and vorticity is discussed. It is established that the temperature of the cylinder’s movable wall can regulate the flow vorticity. Namely, there can exist a temperature of zero vorticity.

The article considers the impact of the presence of junction solids on the dynamic properties of mechanical systems. A science-based method of constructing mathematical models of vehicle vibration isolation systems, settlement schemes of which include joint solids is suggested.Preparation of mathematical models of systems with joints is possible if certain parameters of the elements connecting the points system (elastic elements and any other of the extended set of standard units) will accept the limit values or are very large compared to others.

We analyzed the methods for producing ceramic and bone-ceramic implants as well as the ways to enhance osteogenesis with additional stimulating factors. The paper considers a list of characteristics of technologies and enabling factors. We proposed manufacturing technology on the basis of modifications of bioactive ceramics “Allomatrix” (USA) and “Osteopathic” (Ukraine).The stated methods of prosthetics on ceramic implants and their derivatives have a number of fundamental defects and need some improvement or new techniques of implant manufacturing. However, the techniques of bioceramic production studied are perspective and tend to develop and improve.
