As of February 2, 2018, there were 115,085 people waiting for life-saving organ transplants in the US. Of these, 74,897 people were active candidates waiting for a donor. Organ donation is legal as per the Indian law. The transplant of human organs act (THOA).1994 enacted by the government of India permits organ donation and legalizes the concept of brain death..Nurses represent the largest group of such professionals. Nurses recognize the crucial role to play in helping to support the process of organ donation and transplantation. The staff nurses are the one who take care of the donors and the recipients, thus the knowledge among staff nurses are necessary to be assessed. METHODS: Cross sectional research design was used in government hospital, Thiruvallur.100 staff nurses were included in this study. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study in selecting the sample. Self structured questionnaire are used in the Study among 100 staff nurses. RESULT: Among 100 staff nurses, 63(63%) members have adequate knowledge on organ donation .and 37% have moderate knowledge on organ donation and 06(6%) have favorable attitude and 94(94%) have most favorable attitude towards organ donation. CONCLUSION: In the conclusion, most of the staff nurses were experiencing adequate knowledge on organ donation and most favorable attitude towards organ donation.

The review of routing fundamentals is discussed in a tabular manner to differentiate between the similarities of the said approach. Divergent conformity algorithm has a basis of protocol of testing the sub-modules of modern world signal processing tools. The future scope of the proposed work can be applied to artificial intelligent systems.

Oral health is a key indicator of overall health as a "a state of being free from chronic mouth and facial pain, oral and throat cancer, oral infection and sores, periodontal(gum)disease, tooth decay, tooth loss, and other disease and disorders that limits an individual’s capacity in biting, chewing, smiling, speaking, and psychosocial wellbeing. OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study is to the effectiveness of guava leaves mouthwash for patients with oral problem. METHODS: A quantitative experimental research design was conducted among 100 sample on oral problem. Randomized sampling technique was used. Semi structured interview method was used to collect the demographic data and the pain level was assessed by using the numerical pain scale. RESULTS: Among 100 sample experimental group 46% had moderate level of pain and 54% had severe level of pain were as in control group 54% had moderate level of pain and 48% had severe level of pain. The study results shows significant improvement in the level of pain reduction among experimental group than the control group after the intervention at the level of p<0.05 this reveals that guava leaves mouthwash was effective for oral problem in terms of reduction of symptoms and level of pain and faster reduction of oral problem. CONCLUSION: The study proves that guava leaves mouthwash is an effective non pharmacological cost effective and easier method on treating the oral problems.

The collection of data which is in the form of analog signal is the main challenge faced by any design engineer. Mechanism of collection of data is the basic building block of any closed loop system. DAS is used in the most of the mechatronics applications, automation, automobile applications, biomedical high accuracy measurement and monitoring devices, etc. Physical quantity to be measured in such applications is in the form of analog signal. It is to be converted and stored in digital form so that it can be acted upon by a processing and controlling unit. DAS is made of three major components: transducer, signal conditioner and processor. DAS which is made of these components leads to several technical issues such as complex wiring, hardware and programming due to use of DAS in complex applications, human errors, noise interference, etc. This paper reviews general report on the basics of DAS based on the different types of sensors and electronic components used for the signal conditioning, storage and distribution of the data. It will also review a case study that describes the ways to improve the present day Data Acquisition System. During pregnancy, the rapidly rising hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and prolactin change the maternal body into a suitable environment for the fetus and may cause some symptoms in the mother called as minor disorders. Minor disorders are effectively managed at home. Therefore, it is important that a mother should possess an adequate knowledge the common minor disorders and their management. Adescriptive research design was done in rural rea of nemam. The total of 100 antenatal mothers were consecutively recruited from the selected setting. Knowledge of antenatal mother regarding home remedies of minor elements of pregnancy. Information booklet regarding home remedies of minor elements of pregnancy were used to collect data among antenatal mother.10(10%) were in the adequate knowledge, 88mother(88%) were in the moderate knowledge and mother 2(2%) were in the inadequate knowledge. This study indicates that dermining the knowledge of home remedies for minor elements among antenatal mother. It can be used effectively them about minor elements which will definitely help them to minimize from future complication.

With the advent of high-rise multi storey RC buildings due to growing needs, structural failure withstanding capacity has become an active area of research. Due to the complexity of the variables involved in deciding structural rigidity and failure resistance, it is often cumbersome and tedious to design a mechanism that would yield accurate results regarding structural failure. While several standards pertaining to different geological conditions are available and are adhered to while structural design, yet it has been seen that due to external factors and non-compliance with exact standards, there exists a chance of building failure. Conventional techniques rely on pre-defined standards, but due to minute details and random nature of values, it is difficult to find regular relations or patterns among them.

The Sudanese housing policies encompass two main types of programs. The first one addresses the needs of all sectors of the population for the provision of plots through site and services schemes. The second type provides small built core units (Incremental housing) for the low- income groups. The aim of the paper is to review the provision of sustainable low-income housing in research and practice. The research selected some low-cost housing studies to represent research efforts and some low-cost housing constructed projects to represent the practice, these projects were constructed in different periods of time e.g. New Duim project _1949, El shabiya project_1963, Al Iskan Project _1975 and state fund projects _2001. The analysis focused on three parameters: the scope of the project, the design of the core unit and the construction including building materials and technologies, these parameters are discussed comparing research efforts and the practice. The research found that studies presented proposals for housing clusters provided good ventilation and simple design of the plots with direct access for cars and savings on sewage network. Old constructed projects had comprehensive approach including socio-_economic surveys of the intended inhabitants, while new constructed projects put more emphasis on quantities of built units than on quality of housing. Research studies proposed cheap building materials and technologies which is more sustainable than the expensive imported materials used in new constructed projects. The research identified the introduction of mixed housing of different income levels in new constructed projects that guaranteed social sustainability.
