The effectiveness of the Culturology in contemporary Russia depends not so much on intellectual pursuits of its scholars or scientific achievements of their pupils but on how the Russian State views the significance of Culturology for the Russian economy and politics in edition to how many University’s graduates chose Culturology as their major. Thus the criteria of “effectiveness – non-effectiveness,” which is applied by the country’s Ministry of Education to rate Russian universities where Culturology is being taught, does not earn this discipline much credit in the eyes of Russian educational officials. This in turn provides a narrow venue for those who ran the country to understand what Culturology is about. The article challenges the idea of linking the Culturology to economic indicators and political gains of the Russian State, suggesting that the contribution of Culturology to the county’s development stems from its potential in humanization of society. Thus Culturology could and should make good use of Russia’s cultural riches to make the Russian people better citizens. Theretofore Culturology should be accounted exactly for that and not for something else. Which means that Culturology should be seen as the means of social development. Another issue is what does the “humanization of society” mean and how should it be achieved and evaluated? Culture is the most suitable sphere to look for the answers to this question and Culturology is the most suitable entity to guide those looking for answers. Thus Culturology indeed could provide a benefit to the country’s economic and political development though it requires an effort on the part of the statesmen to understand and see how it could. No wonder that the most noticeable development of Culturology in Russia happened in the 1990s, when Russia after long stagnation was looking for new ideas to refresh its economy and political system. The authors are describing the damage that a politico-economic approach has made to the Culturology by laying out a set of activities the state required from a professor teaching the Culturology. The enormous workload of the contemporary Russian professor exacerbated by the constant changes in the country’s educational doctrine that is ostensibly supposed to “lift Russian Universities” to “European levels” is detrimental to the quality of Culturology. A professor in the USSR enjoyed less paper work and more academic freedom than his counterpart in contemporary Russia. The analysis leads the authors to the conclusion that the latest initiatives of the Educational Ministry to move all research activities from Russia’s academic institutions to Universities would not succeed without a complete overhaul of Russian University education and Culturology in particular. Processes taking place in modern society are characterized not by stability and emergence of new subjects of social and political interaction, a new system of behavior patterns, all this is reflected in the civic culture. Civic culture is constructed from various elements of parochial, obedient and participatory cultures. These three models of culture are “ideal types” and in a real situation almost never occur. There is a need in the analysis of a particular society to combine elements of these cultures. In addition, modern transforming society, as a rule, passes through three phases of development: liberalization, democratization, democratic consolidation. In each of these phases it changes the structure and role of civil society, as well as changes occur in the system of values. In this regard, the problem of fragmentation of culture is updated at the present stage of society development. The current situation revives interest in humanistic features of traditional culture, which historically retains the enduring values that function as the value orientation of the ethnic group, defining its spiritual uniqueness ensuring the consolidation of society, helps to restore cultural continuity. The notion of “tradition” is one of the few around which there is a fairly stable, but opposite in content and presentation of the initial settings. They are based on a certain value approach. The notion of “traditional culture” is interpreted differently by modern researchers. There is an equal use of terms such as “traditional,” “folk,” “People,” “archaic,” “peasant,” “home” culture. In humanities, the concept of “tradition” is interpreted broadly, as a fundamental universal characteristic, which applies to a very broad range of time and space. Other, more narrow understanding of the tradition as a constant, which is reproduced in certain groups, such as in ethnic communities. A feature of the philosophical approach is that, apart from the specific designs and works of traditional culture, the main focus is on the procedural aspects of this phenomenon, the fact that there is a tradition. Traditionally, the sociological approach is defined as a mechanism for the reproduction of social institutions and norms under which the maintenance of the latter is justified, legitimized by the fact of their existence in the past. This tradition is not only a mechanism of reproduction, transmission of socially meaningful experience, but a mechanism of its renovation and reconstruction. The ethnographic approach connects the existence of traditional culture with the past eras. With an interdisciplinary approach to the study of cultural traditions, they are regarded as the expression of socially organized group stereotypes experience that by the space-time transmission is accumulated and reproduced in different human groups. The conclusion identifies the underlying meanings of the category of “tradition.” Firstly, it is procedural in nature, secondly, the substantial aspect of it, thirdly, the “technique” of its functioning. The tradition is present in all social and cultural systems and to a certain extent is a necessary condition of their existence. The tradition and culture, emerging on its basis, are the most stable, established to show their unconditional value parameters of ethnic existence. The tradition, traditional culture can be seen as mechanisms for preservation, reproduction and transmission, as well as an update to socially meaningful experience. In a globalizing world, traditional cultures are seen as fundamental support that can withstand the leveling and unifying cultural values. Problems of development of local and regional cultures are becoming more relevant in all corners of the globe. In this regard, there is a need to pay attention to such regions that have accumulated over the centuries a unique national tradition. In the Russian Federation, one of these areas is the Republic of Tyva (Tuva) – a unique region of Central Asia is diverse cultural traditions and is of great interest from domestic and foreign researchers. Being the oldest population of the Asian steppes, Tuva was told up to now the specific culture and worldview, largely archaic and the original traditions. Culture Tuvan people characterized by particularly pronounced national originality, a wide range of unique elements and forms, which include festive culture that is complex in content, morphology and dynamics of the phenomenon, which reflects the life, traditions, religious faiths, the most important dates in the history of Tuvan ethnos modern nationwide holiday calendar. The authors’ analysis of the concepts of “traditional culture”, “holiday”, “festive culture” allows us to formulate their own understanding of the concept of “traditional festive culture” – as a set of holidays and holiday traditions, rituals, customs, games, symbolic attributes that reflect the values, religious beliefs, life and customs of a particular ethnic group representatives, providing coverage of social experience and the interaction between man, society, nature and culture. This article is devoted to the communication act as a semantic aspect of the communication. By means of communication, sharing the knowledge and values, that have been developed by previous generations, becomes possible. The communication is more complex process of establishment and development of contacts between people, which is caused by the needs in cooperation and includes the exchange of information, development of a common strategy of interaction, perception and understanding the other person. Communication focuses on the exchange of information and semantic perception of the action and communication, as a multicomponent process of interaction between people, is closely related to the process of activity, since contact between people is not limited to the exchange of information. The process of communication in folk performance can be divided into three stages: – learning information (singing tradition) passed on from older generations, translating it into a symbolic form; – giving infirmation by means of direct communication, verbally; – mastering of the received information, but due to the differences in the perception of the world and different individual experience of older and younger generations this mastering is incomplete. Folk singing tradition involves a special type of communication and a way of behavior that connects the activity and communication. In the folk singing performance there are the following forms of communication: 1 – dialogue with self, that is “self-dialogue” during the creativity; 2 – performing group participants’ interacting; 3 – dialogue between the performers and the audience. Personal interaction between creators and performers provides the communicative function of folk singing performance. Folk songs unites man with previous generations in time (continuity of generations) and space (the link between people of the same nationality). This paper describes the link of ethno-cultural mentality and the key concepts for the culture, accumulating the historically based collective experience, fixing the specific “image of the world” and the ways of its realization. The basic concepts represent themselves as the philosophical matrix of the national culture, defining their system of values and criteria of identity, specifics of the national image “I” and repertoire of life strategies and ways of self-actualization of culture. Indentifying the peculiarities of conceptualization is an urgent factor in language and culture study. The process of conceptual verbalization (that reflects national mentality) is important to reveal the language pattern. However, concept doesn’t only fix the dictionary meaning of a word, it contains a symbolic part of meaning. It is metaphorically embodied into symbols and signs. The basic concepts exist in semantic contrast and similarity: happiness-pleasure, happiness-success, happiness-unhappiness; love-passion, love-charity, love-hatred, justice-fairness, injustice. So, they create linguistically founded cultural idea or mental and moral dominant of culture. The universal and specific meanings are deeply intertwined in the concept structure. Reflected in the language, the mental features of culture form the mentality of a nation. They are common but at the same time they have some peculiarities. Any cultural concept contains the meanings obvious for foreigners and that help indentify the “alien concept” subject sphere. In the article, we prove the necessity to create the propositional framing dictionary of the Teleut language. Modeling of the structure of the frame intended to demonstrate the methodological principles of creating entries. A description frame “home” reflects the fragment of the Teleuts’ worldview who are members of a small Turkic people living mainly in Kemerovo region. Kemerovo region is home to about 2,500 Teleuts, of which 2,000 live in Gurievsky and Belovsky areas. A frame-based organization of the dictionary, where the operational units of the frame use a proposition, takes into account the associations between words, and the assignment to a specific fragment of extralinguistic reality. The tokens used in this article were collected as a result of expeditions in 2013–2014 in Bekovo village, Belovsky district of Kemerovo region. The source of tokens is used as a material of the Russian-Teleut dictionary. The article analyzes semantic nodes tokens verbalized frame “home”: the names of the home and its parts (the Teleut name of the house, the name of the house in size, the name of house number of hosts, the name of house number of floors, the names of the parts of the house, the names of the rooms in the house, the name of the home depending on what it is made), the name of outbuildings (the names of buildings for animals, the name of outbuildings by use), the name of building materials, he names of the owners of the home, the names of settlements. Frame structure is determined the nomadic life of the Teleuts for several centuries in the first place, and secondly, assimilation with Russian-speaking population. The Teleuts used in speech as traditional dwelling names and its parts are borrowed from the vocabulary of the Russian language, if they want to call the modern building materials, modern house parts, household items. This article deals with macro-semantic and micro-semantic characteristics and paradigmatic relations of Yiddish prefixed verbs with ahin-. The prefixed verbs with ahin- preserved their German form and derivation pattern and have a transitionally dual nature and status as adverb and prefix. Only movement and direct effect verbs can collocate with the prefix ahin- because of the direction seme which defines the direction of movement or intentional action more exactly and seldom creates new senses. This prefix causes symmetrical or asymmetrical conceptualizations of situations like in German. The prefixed verbs with ahin- sometimes have a hybrid German-Slavonic form, but it modifies the verb content minimally. The prefix ahin- causes the semantic polysituativity of verbs collocating with it. A number of verbs with ahin- have antonyms among verbs with the prefix aher- and synonyms among verbs with avek-. An integrated approach including the two-level semantic and polysituational analysis of Yiddish prefixed verbs applied for the first time are indicative of the newness of the investigation. As a result of Christianization of the peoples of Siberia and Volga regions, some liturgical genres have entered into the folklore traditions of several Turkic Siberian ethnoses (native: Shores, Khakass, Altai, and resettled: Chuvash). The performance of “Trisvyatoe” received certain dissemination in the practice of traditional burial rites of the mentioned ethnoses. Functioning of Orthodox Christian singing in the intonational cultures of Turkic-speaking ethnoses is very little studied for the moment. The present article is dedicated to the consideration of intonational transformations of a canonical song, taking place as a result of its existence in the foreign cultural medium, and also to the characterization of ethnographical context of the performance of Orthdox Chrisitian songs. The burial rites of many peoples of Siberia have been significantly transformed under the influence of Christianity. The means of burial was changed: a funeral in the coffin, with singing of some prayers has propagated. In the traditional Siberian Chuvash culture also the Russian funeral-commemorative rites are reproduced. The material for musicological analysis were 16 rolklorized samples of songs, performed in the Church Slavic language and in the native languages of tradition bearers. The majority of samples considered by us (12) were represented by themselves the variants of performances of the four-voice funeral song score; melodic pattern of the other four songs is very different from that, which allows to determine these samples as traditional versions of the songs. Upon consideration of the variants and versions of singing recorded from the representatives of different Turkic peoples, no distinctly pronounced indications of national specifics, characteristic of the intonational cultures of each of these ethnoses, were found. Because of that, through the principle of placement of the folklorized samples of songs in the table, based on the extent of their the bass voice in all the variants is subjected to significant melodization. The most affected by transformations is the melody line of the final segment of song. The functional harmonic logic of the bass voice movement does not find response in the consciousness of the performers, and thus it is very rarely reproduced by them. The versions of songs distinctly different from the liturgical ones are more individualized and, therefore, are considered more thoroughly. A syllabic-rhythmical organization of the folklorized samples of “Trisvyatoe” was also analyzed. A peculiar layer of assimilated Orthodox Chrisitian songs in the intonational cultures of Turkic peoples of Siberia at the present time is close to disappearance. However, this phenomenon needs to be studied because, based on its example, it is possible to trace the regularities of action of the folklore traditions. The article considers the problem of “polyphonic dialogue” as a socio-cultural model of the postmodern era and the processes of its formation in the XX century. In the socio-cultural aspect of the modern era a fundamentally new cultural-communicative situation has developed. The system of means of mass communication and mass media has the key role in it. Mass media, photography, telegraph, radio, cinema, television, satellite TV, video, computer, Internet, email, mobile, CDRoms, all these mentioned above have become the information challenge to the post-industrial era. The style of thinking and life style of our century have actualized polyphony of consciousness. Also it was as a result of life experience, and in the form of metaphors of modern culture, life of society, and as the type of the logic of rational thinking, reflected in different types of intellectual activity. Polyphonic organization of artistic material in different fields of art and culture induce to assume that it complies with the “inner form” of the culture of the XX century. Postmodern situation is the basis for the development of polyphonic hearing as a result of polyphony of consciousness. In the 20–30’s of XX century, under polyphonic dialogue, M.M. Bakhtin has reviewed the method, with the help of which all the novels by Dostoevsky are written. The term metaphorically transferred from musical terminology into literary field has gained new perspectives of development in the socio-cultural aspect in the XX century. The transposition of the musical term “polyphony” into all kinds of art such as cinematograph, theatre, painting, literature, poetry and other. The transfer of the musical term “fugue” into the non-musical material gives the phrase the “artistic fugue”. The “polyphonic dialogue” and “artistic fugue” are the notions, which are similar, but not identical, in music, they gain in a broad socio-cultural aspect of Post-Modernism not only metaphorical, but the sense-making meaning characterizing our polyphonic era. In the content of the concepts under the words “polyphony” and “counterpoint,” a set of interrelated phenomena has focused: dialogism, multiplicity, procedural transparency, contrast, installation. Polyphony of consciousness is the modern form of the incarnation of the diversity of informative socio-cultural aspect which has replaced the line monodic thinking of the past. The article deals with theoretical analysis of the suite for balalaika and symphony orchestra by S. Kolmanovsky “Dead souls.” S. Kolmanovsky is one of some Russian composers who created this piece under the impression of the famous Russian novel “Dead souls” written by N. Gogol. The main aim of the article is to reveal characteristic features of the orchestration. The article emphasizes the problems of connection between musical imagery and means of this expression by orchestration. Most of them are texture, timbre and dynamics. The author of the article says about the influence these factors on creating musical imagery which includes reflection of central figures of Gogol’s novel. The article is considered a texture of balalaika and its co-operation with orchestral texture. The conclusion emphasizes a value of the piece in the repertoire for balalaika and points out to the fact that musical language of the suite is based on classical and romantic musical traditions. “Dead souls,” suite for balalaika and orchestra by S. Kolmanovsky, is one of the rare piece of well co-operation of the balalaika with the symphony orchestra. Keywords: suite, orchestration, timbre, texture, musical imagery.

Modern society needs a manager of sociocultural activities (ACS) with a high level of professionalism, initiative and enterprise, creativity. This predetermines restructuring the learning process, especially in the field of motivation. It is known that the foundation of successful training activities of any student is a high level of motivation for this type of activity. The problem of motivating the learning activities is a traditional subject of study in various fields of science, including the pedagogy [4, 6, 8, and others.]. Even the most qualified teachers will not reach the desired result, if his efforts are not coordinated with the motivational sphere of educational activity. The article discusses the relevance of demand for managers of social and cultural activities with a high level of professionalism, initiative and enterprise, creativity, specificity of learning motivation; it presents the diagnostic results of correspondent first-year students’ learning motivation of training courses “Sociocultural activities.” The Profile “Management of sociocultural activities,” proposes a model of formation of motivation of students for a profession manager containing the goal, objectives, functions, and interactive teaching methods.In order to diagnose learning motivation of students of the first course of correspondence courses (FTRA) training areas “Management of Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts” (KemGUKI), we used the technique of “Motivation training in high school” by T.I. Il’ina. Revealed by the lack of understanding of the value of professional development in preparing the future SKD managers, superficial perception of the content of the profession may further exacerbate the conflict between the students’ expectations associated with the role of the status of higher education and mastering the content of training the skilled operations manager. To solve the above mentioned problems should be focused to form and develop the motivation of students learning to master the profession of manager. At the next stage of the study, we developed a model of the formation and development of learning motivation of students for a profession of a manager. Motivation training activities is an important component of professional development of students and is seen as a gradual, dynamic and controlled process. This article analyzes the results of experimental work on the creation and testing the pedagogical conditions for purposeful development and manifestation of the socio-cultural creativity of members of youth associations in the formation of the Volunteering Institute. The authors conclude that the developed and tested “Volunteering Institute” model promotes the effective development and implementation of creative possibilities of the experiment participants in the process of socio-cultural activities. The proposed model can be widely implemented in the practice of socio-cultural youth work. In the period from 2009 to 2014 years, the authors conducted formative pedagogical experiment based youth associations of the Kemerovo region. In the process of forming pedagogical experiment focused on the development and testing of pedagogical conditions for purposeful development and manifestation of the socio-cultural creativity members of youth associations in the formation of the Institute of Volunteering. The purpose of forming pedagogical experiment was to update volunteer activities through awareness and implementation needs of the participants of youth associations in the development of their creative potential. As part of this experiment the following tasks: - Implementation and testing of models for the formation and development of the institution of volunteerism conditions of the youth association, the development of social and cultural creativity of young people, with the participation of the youth in the activities of the association; - Specification and justification of the forms and methods of social and cultural creativity of young people, contributing to the formation and development of the institution of volunteerism and its components. To conduct formative pedagogical experiment the authors made a special program, which provides a number of social and cultural projects and events focused on the development of social and cultural creativity of the individual in volunteer activities. Experimental work we carried out in the three groups (two experimental and one control). Just forming pedagogical experiment involved 142 people. The first phase of the formative experiment consisted of an initial diagnosis of the level of development of social and cultural creativity of the subjects in all groups. The basis of the first methods developed by L. Moskvina put a test to detect the level of development of the creative potential of the individual. By the sum of points determined by the level of creative potential participants in the experiment. To cross-check the data and the most generalized diagnosis of the level of development of the creative potential of the participants of the experiment, we used a different methodology to assess the creative potential of personality developed by V.I. Andreev. This technique allowed on the basis of self-respondents nine-point scale to determine the degree of expression of personality and frequency of exposure. According to the methodology, the combination of these parameters characterizes the level of development of creative potential. Methodology V.I. Andreeva involves identifying intermediate levels of creativity, however, for the most clear differentiation results of the study all the intermediate levels, the author included in the three main – low, medium and high. The purpose of the second phase of the formative experiment was to develop and implement the experiment participants socio-cultural projects and actions on the basis of voluntary (volunteer) activities, as well as their participation in the developed and offered by us in this study volunteer socio-cultural event “Making the world brighter.” In the final phase of the pilot study to assess the changes that have occurred with the participants as a result of work carried out, was again applied a comprehensive measure the level of development of creative potential subjects. Summary data on the results of the procedures L. Moskvina and V.I. Andreeva shown in the diagram. Analysis of the results of the formative experiment shows that the high level of socio-cultural creativity reached 43,75 % and 35,3 % of the experimental group, while the control group 25 %. In the experimental groups decreased significantly the number of subjects with a low level of creativity to 12,5 % and 11,8 %, based on the results of the control group – about a quarter of the participants. Achieved positive dynamics results of experimental work demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model, including socio-cultural projects and events focused on the formation and development of the Institute of Volunteering. Comprehensive and systematic use of the means, forms and methods of creative activities of the participants of the experiment provided a positive trend in the development of all levels tentatively identified components of creativity. Thus, the synthesis of the results of the pilot studies, their practical implementation suggest that developed and tested model of the “Institute of Volunteering” promotes the effective development and implementation of creative possibilities of the experiment participants in the process of socio-cultural activities. The proposed model can be widely implemented in the practice of socio-cultural youth work.
