The prognostic model of the external students’ creative potential development, including creative educational cognitive activity and the conditions for the development of personality’s creative potential is presented in this article. The basic stages of the prognostic model are under research here: social, psychological and educational upbringing ones. Three general groups of pedagogical conditions are examined, which provide the results of the process. These groups can be divided into scientific, methodic, organizational and didactic ones. The fact that this model is adequate and effective was proved in the real pedagogical process motion.
