In the article the model of development of the propositional framing dictionary on an entry example of «The Birth of a Child» is considered. This approach (propositional framing modeling) promotes understanding the Teleut thinking, studying the language functioning in the XIX century and on the edge of extinction. It is necessary because the Teleut language is on the verge of disappearance. In the last century, the language functioning decreases. The search for a concept of the musical time that could be adequate to the 20th century underlies the article. It has been pointed out that the argument with the Neo-European rhythmical system has not, as yet, resulted in any appreciable alternative.
