According to modern scientific research Slavs now constitute one of the largest ethnic groups. The possibility of Slavic unity in contemporary processes of globalization is realized through the conversion to the traditions associated with hristiyanizatsiey Slavs and the emergence of Slavic written. Thus, the priority of the Slavic unity should be the restoration and enrichment of the historical roots of friendship and cooperation between the Slavic peoples in all areas and walks of life. Rhodope Mountains are a part of the large Thracian – Macedonian massif, which occupies the central part of the Balkan Peninsula. Homer called Rhodope “snowy mountains Thracians”. In this paper we present the ancient history of the settlement of the mountains, according to archaeological data, is the end of the VII – beginning of the VI century BC. An important focus of our work is to appeal to the architectural masterpiece of Perperikon, which began with the Christianization of the Rhodope Mountains in the V century. Archaeological finds show that Perperikon is the center of megalithic culture in the Rhodope Mountains. The place was idolized by people in the Stone-Copper age (V–IV century BC). According to the Bulgarian Professor N. Ovtcharova, the palace is fortified the capital city of Perperikon Thracian Kings in the Rhodope Mountains, here was a temple-rival of Delphi, about which Herodotus wrote. Ancient cultural memory Rhodope is impossible to imagine without the tomb of Alexander , one of the most monumental in our land, which affects not only by its size (diameter greater than 70 m), but also for its wall drawings. Bachkovski monastery and legends associated with its icon of the Virgin Mary, attracted many fans. Preservation of cultural heritage requires special attention to the implementation of programs related to the implementation of cultural tourism. The use of modern means of facilitating alignment of PR-strategy presentation of these unique cultural monuments, and at the same time will keep updated the historical values to the accelerating processes of globalization. The purpose of this article – to summarize the project results achieved at the stages of 2012–2013 years. Give their assessment in the context of the urgent problem of maintaining tolerant forms of inter-ethnic relations in the multinational Russian society and outline the prospects for the practical use of web-based resource potential of its social and cultural effects. Web-Encyclopedia “Prominent figures of science, culture and art – the representatives of the indigenous peoples of the Russian North, Siberia and Far East of Russia” is created in order to maximize the total reflection and presentation of the information space of the global network of the contribution of indigenous peoples of the Asian part of Russia in the development of culture, arts and science knowledge. The main substantive outcome of the project, prepared by now – prepared by the first part of the web encyclopedia “prominent figures of science, culture and art – the representatives of the indigenous peoples of Western Siberia, posted on the Internet in the form of a specialized portal. Currently, the encyclopedia contains 22 ethnohistorical information about the people Siberia, giving an idea of the ethnogenesis, stages of historical development of the indigenous peoples of the region, especially their ethnic culture and its current state, the number of ethnic groups and its long-term dynamics. Bulk materials encyclopedia are 132 biographies of famous figures of science, culture and art, representing the peoples of Western Siberia”. Promising area of practical application of the results of the project is also a process of patriotic education and cultural socialization of the national indigenous youth, which, through familiarization with the materials of the Web encyclopedia will get more opportunities to strengthen their ethnic identity, as well as a maximum – get rid of the prevailing “complexes of ethnic minorities”, especially peculiar to the younger generation of indigenous Asian borderlands of the country. Currently encyclopedia available on the Internet as a dedicated resource (portal) that provides an open (test) access to the biographical material and ethno-historical references. The creation of the visual information space of the Russian culture can be seen in the process of interaction of the traditional and innovation (international) graphic symbolics. The principals of the field formation are associated with the characteristics development of the national culture imaginative systems. On the one hand, as the result of deconstruction, simulation and other key phenomenon of postmodernism, overcoming the boarders (national, real, etc.) is taking place along with generalization of valuable characteristics, morals and customs of any traditional societies. The result of this trend can be considered the formation of new unified samples, which act as social guides of visual culture. On the other hand, is the formation of the visual space is targeted on the strengthening the national identifications or ironic thinking of traditions into imaginary forms (neotraditions). This transformation consists of modernization of graphic systems of any given culture in the context of national mind. It should be noticed that the introduction of international elements into the Russian culture sign system in a primitive form corresponds to the disappearing of its unique core. As a result, there can be seen a transition of the unformed cannon in the national design to unified (clichéd) forms. This factor is assisted by a symbols typification in the visual solution of which deep art sense is replaced with visual cover. Along with this phenomenon new methods of form generation of mass type visual forms are being introduced. Besides the trend of postmodernism in the visual information space, computerization or mechanical design of new language takes place which differs with electronic presentation, style (graphic), reality (photography), dynamism, randomness, etc. Such virtual space is related to the visualization of traditional and foreign symbols of Russian culture. Consequently, the interaction specificity of traditions and innovations in the national design are assisted by the formation of diametric creative brunches: - specifics of analogy method or “secondary art”, on the one hand, is related to the symbolic application unknown for aksisphere and semisphere of russian culture, cause the interaction with its traditional specifics is missing; - method of idea generation, on the other hand, is headed to the revival of the interest to the cultural past of Russia and attempt of actualization of the country culture traditions through visual innovations introduced into the practice of Russian graphic design. It’s emphasized that in the reviewed period (beginning of XXI till present) the extraction of key points is getting more urgent which tend to strengthen the connection of codes containing in the visual expositions of practical forms with aksisphere and semisphere of Russian culture. Basing on this, the main result of the research can be regarded that the basic points of further formation development trends of ussian visual culture could be the synthesis of peculiar characteristics. Particularly it is the interrelation of problem the accumulating interaction of “obvious” and “unobvious” in the renewable cannon category, national and international dialectics as well as correlation of esthetic significance and practical usability. Therefore there can be accumulated a relation of design symbolic with aksisphere and semisphere of Russian culture which contributes to the effectiveness growth of design development in Russia. In the process of the emergence and development of human culture, religion and art – are interconnected, as a form of social consciousness. Their relationship is determined by the specifics of their ideological and sensory-emotional orientation. For this reason, a religious ritual always lined up on the basis of artistic and aesthetic, and contains elements of mystery and theatricality. The subject of this paper is to analyze some of the philosophical and aesthetic problems of art religious rites of Christianity, the capabilities and limitations of a specific manifestation of artistic imagery in the service of religious ideas and beliefs based on the analysis of these phenomena philosophy and aesthetic interpretation of Orthodox icons. Today’s attempts of the socio-economic reform in Russia, and their obvious failures are due primarily to the fact that the basis of course of its modernization was based on false theoretical assumption associated with neoliberalism, outbound from the belief that all countries of the world, including Russia, are subjects to the effects of uniform laws of commonly public development, which define the main direction of the human development. This means that there is a universal way of economic, socio-political and cultural development, opened to a number of European countries and the United States, followed by all the states seeking the prosperity and development. The natural, social and national differences are inconsequential. This installation is clearly ideological and methodological value of “Euro-Atlantic liberalism” which cannot be implemented peacefully, is a frank imposition, using a variety of sanctions, massive political pressure, and is often forced by arms. As for Russia, the most appropriate solution for its self-determination is an awareness of their national and cultural identity and change of the economic development model, based on reasonable self-restraint from the influence of international market for this important observance, at least four requirements: the establishment of state monopoly of foreign trade, the export of capital, the abolition of the convertibility of the ruble and the implementation of the State banking supervision. Therefore, has economic potential of Russia is relatively stable, it is necessary to adopt appropriate measures for socio-economic development for changing priorities. Of course, we are not talking about the necessity of self-isolation. It’s about the need to move away from the blind copying of Western stereotypes, their creative transformation and application of the civilized space. With regard to the ideological and theoretical framework, which will be the reorganization processes, the most acceptable theoretical methodological Foundation challenge can be considered a locally civilizational approach. It is more appropriate to modern problems of domestic development. Social world today is moving towards multiculturalism, diversifying the economies and cultures. But this civilizational diversity can be understood not on ideological basis of neoliberalism, and based on the theory of local civilizations, the conceptual core of which is the geosociological paradigm. Actuality of the subject depends on the inexhaustibility of high qualities of Mozart’s work. Immersion in compositions by the famous Viennese leads to new investigations and marvelous ideas in composition. The problem of the research is insufficient knowledge on phenomena of combinatorial devices on the syntax’s and composition levels. The object of the research: musical combinatoria in its different manifests. The subject of the research: methods of organizing a composition with the help of the combinatorial devices in clavier sonatas by Mozart. The aim of the research: discovering mechanisms of constructing the form in Mozart’s clavier sonatas dealing with Ars Combinatoria, the teaching of the 18th century. The purposes of the research are: a) to point out in Mozart’s work pieces composed under influence of traditional approaches to combinatoria; b) to name Mozart’s sonatas dealing with Ars Combinatoria; c) to create schemes of structures in sonata forms of pointed out Mozart’s sonata cycles; to analyze individual peculiarities of Mozart’s combinatoria. Methods of the research: musical analysis, comparative analysis. Scientific novelty consists in stating combinatorial peculiarities in composition of Mozart’s clavier sonatas becoming apparent on syntax and composition levels, that where not noticed before. There are 4 divisions in the article: stating the problem, historical, theoretical and resuming. In the first division the actuality of the subject, the role of Larissa Gerver as the first home researcher, who created a new trend in art knowledge are defined, and the goal of the research is formulated. In the second division the teaching of Ars Combinatoria that influenced Mozart is looked through with the culturological approach. The early concerts (KV 37, KV 39-41, KV 107), “Anleitung zur Componiren von Walzern” published anonymously in 1793 are named as the examples of his interest in combinatoria in composition. In the theoretical division that is the main one, firstly, the clavier sonatas with examples of Mozart’s combinatorial technique are named, then structures in movements of KV 311, KV 330 and KV 333 are analyzed and compared. In the resuming division conclusions on evergreen actuality of a research in Mozart’s work, iniquity of his interpretation of combinatorial abilities in composition on its three levels, that forms one of the main features of the composer’s style, as well as on the characteristic features of the sonata form in the pieces dealing with Ars Combinatoria, are made. Since conversion to Christianity musical culture of Yakutia started to develop not only in folklore as it had been earlier but also in sphere of orthodox traditions in close interaction of antitheses. One of these traditions is church chorus chanting. Beginning and development of this tradition in Yakutian eparchy is considered from the late 70s of the XIX century to the beginning of XX century. By this period system of orthodox institutions was well established in Yakutia, all necessary conditions for development of church chorus chaning were created, amateur singing collectives consisting of various groups of the population were formed. The leading part was played by eparchy choir that performed masterpieces of church music of the well-known composers: A. A. Arkhangelsky, D. S. Bortnyansky, V. A. Vedel, M. I. Glinka, P. I. Turchaninov, P. I. Tchaikovsky. The choir consisted of almost 70 singers. From the choristers the first Yakutian regents were trained among whom were graduates of St. Petersburg Chapel. Church chanting being obligatory attribute of the most significant church holidays and rituals showed itself in various forms: church celebrations, religious-moral readings, concerts of church music. The characteristic regional features of church chanting caused by simultaneous existence of the Yakut monodian song tradition and the European four-part singing came to light as a special cultural phenomenon. In the paper increasing intensity of church chorus chanting development is traced, deep internal differentiation of traditional concerts of the orthodox music, their charity are revealed. Through performing music originality of spiritual life of that period was expressed. Having strong bases church chanting became a part of the Yakut musical culture that denied dogma concerning “inability” of the Yakut people to chorus singing. This article highlights the problem of musical organization of carnival forms and their place in contemporary culture on example of the musical component of the Brazilian Carnival in its historical development. Relevance of the study is related to the significance of the phenomenon under study. Carnival is a complex and manifold phenomenon unparalleled in modern culture. It has connection with mythological reasoning and ritual, with game as a form of human activity, with religious concepts and ideas, with different art forms (fine and applied arts, performing arts, choreography, music and literature), which make a part of the carnival in their specific forms. The musical organization of the carnival differs across the countries and periods, while maintaining its festive nature, connection with ritual (the memory of the genre) and conditionality of the context of action. The musical component of the Brazilian carnival is extremely rich and diverse. It represents a great interest and importance for musicological research for many reasons, among which are the following: - Brazilian carnival music plays a crucial role in organization of festive activities and largely determines the development processes of carnival forms; - carnival music is the main embodiment of national identity and important part of the Brazilian musical culture. It is a profuse ground for the formation of a special type of democratic musical creativity: popular music; - Brazilian carnival music became a creative platform for emergence of the new musical styles and trends, formation of new musical genres. In carnival music, multiple-level synthesis of European, African and Latin American traditions, instrumental and vocal music took place and greatly contributed to development and enrichment of musical and poetic language of Brazilian and world culture. - carnival music greatly influenced various spheres of non-carnival culture, particularly academic professional musical art, presented by works of such composers as H. Villa-Lobos, J. Siqueira, F. Minhone, E. Nazaret, L. Cardoso and others. Despite of the great importance of the problem it continues to be understudied. Therefore the holistic research of Brazilian carnival and its musical aspect is especially relevant and has great academic and practical value. The article “'Speculation' in the Garb (On the theological and anthropological doctrine of Patriarch Nikon)” is dedicated to the study of the spiritual (notional) value of the episcopal vestments, which gives Patriarch Nikon in connection with his polemic on the issue of Gaza with Metropolitan Paissy Ligarid. The study of the composition of the library of New Jerusalem Monastery, founded by Patriarch Nikon, found that he knew the writings of Byzantine Fathers commentators’ liturgy, liturgical actions, objects, and the episcopal vestments and used them in his explanations. But two sources were for the patriarch of the most authoritative, published in the Moscow printing house in 1655–56, the book, “Blueprint” and the work of St. Gregory of Sinai “On the Church Authorities”. Metropolitan of Gaza claimed that the garment is an emblematic image of the moral qualities of the priest. Of the virtues that the bishop should have, he singled out meekness, truth, patience and chastity. Keeping with the teachings of the Holy Fathers, Patriarch Nikon characterized as an integral part of his spiritual and corporeal beings. As the Metropolitan of Gaza, as Patriarch Nikon, considered no different Christian piety and fidelity to the Orthodox Church, of the symbolism of the episcopal vestments revealed through the characterization of the moral qualities of the Metropolitan. Following the Holy Fathers, Patriarch Nikon claimed that the bishop during the liturgy symbolically likened to Christ. Therefore, the spiritual content of the episcopal vestments, he saw through the three pillars of the spiritual foundation of the Church: the fruits of the Holy Spirit (as a set of Christian virtues), the gifts of the Holy Spirit (as a special thanksgiving, served by a priest), and the Holy Mysteries that feed them. By building their own theological and anthropological study of the fruit of the Holy Spirit as the robes of Christ, Patriarch Nikon gave an explanation of the spiritual meaning of the following elements set episcopal vestments: alb, stole, cuffs, belt, epigonaty, wand, cloak (or sakkos) omophorion, cross, Panagia, miter. Liturgical garments as a mirror of the soul and the spiritual transformation of the priest, two topics that complemented and helped open the main topic of debate Patriarch Nikon with his opponent, the superiority of the priesthood over the kingdom. The rise of the priesthood, Nikon understood as the rise of religious rank, this idea vigorously and persistently carried out in his reform efforts. The idea of the rise of the priesthood as the embodiment of all spiritual penetrating the Russian Orthodox culture and way of life, consistent with the interpretation of the patriarch of the speculative value vestments as a bishop, the highest in the degree of the church hierarchy. Invested for the divine liturgy a bishop symbolizes the head of the Orthodox kingdom, the kingdom of Orthodox Christians, for whom it represents the spiritual and moral ideal, embodied in Christ. In this section, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the national poet of Dagestan Rasul Gamzatov Gamzatovich justifying the need to address book “My Dagestan” as a rhetorical teacher of modern Dagestan student, which is particularly important at the beginning of the XXI century in a globalized world. In this case, the relevance of the research problem, we reaffirm various examples, referring to the text, and based on experience. The book presents a variety of rhetorical means resorted to by the author, and which contribute to creating a model of speech. These are numerous repetitions, the abundance of adjectives and metaphors, parables, legends, were, say authoritative sources, facts, memories, poems, etc. All this is claimed in the Dagestani society as a role model in order to maintain a credible verbaliku specific kind of compact coexistence of peoples to relatively small area. In the paper, we appeal to the statements of a number of well-known experts on national philology and oratory, the words of which makes the job fair and thought out. Emphasized the use of books in the classroom for rhetoric, and determined how to interest students of Dagestan for study of this work of the great poet. The essential is the implementation in practice of the advice and regulations, which are reflected in the pages of the book. The work of R. G. Gamzatov is seen as a handbook for eloquence, as in his prose work of the poet obviously embraced many aspects of the rhetorical dimension in Dagestan. True, the great master of words does not use the term “rhetoric”, which is explained in relation to these concepts in the Soviet era. Despite this, the book reflects all stages of the speech, the most important of which was for the poet postkommunikativny stage – the so-called reflection. On the content of the article can be seen, thanks to the book as possible to behave in different situations, including in cases of force majeure. This tip is a demand of the times. And the book is full of such clues, which artistically painted the whole story and all the traditions of the country of the mountains – the Republic of Dagestan. Significant here is the moral aspect of the book, which is highly regarded due to the fact that it aims not only to edification, but also to preserve the traditions and calls for the purchase of a new positive. Therefore, his book teaches modern poet Dagestan college students expressive public or private speech, citing local examples of such statements. The development of modern technology has led to the emergence of new types of communications, Internet communications, which has its own characteristics. To date, the virtual communication becomes more and more popular. Thereupon, there is the appearance of new forms of communication, e. g. articles comments. The emergence of new trends on the Web has led to the entrance of a new type of linguistic personality, virtual linguistic personality, which is studied with science linguapersonology, part of the anthropocentric paradigm of modern linguistics. Creation of a typical portrait of linguistic personality is possible by considering of a special type of text, persontext, that reflects the value views of the linguistic personality. The value views by verbalization during communication build types of concepts, that have their own field structure with a core, a near, distant and last periphery. The structure of the concept was built with the keywords, which were used by linguistic personality during the communication. Keywords were identified on the basis of their frequency in the text. After identifying the most important concepts in the comments that verbalized the value views of linguistic personality the dominant role of the linguistic personality in the virtual reality was compared with the value orientation of the original text of the article, that was considered as a pulse to the beginning of communication, but by the development of communication the role of linguistic personality and its ordinary language awareness are dominant. During September 2013, representatives of Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts Rector E. L. Kudrinа and N. V. Kostiuk, Director of the Institute of Tolerance and Intercultural Communication, participated in two major international events: the XI International Scientific Creative Symposium “Voloshinskii September” in Koktebel, and the III International Cultural forum “The Culture of the New Generation” in Ulyanovsk. “Voloshinskii September” is one of the biggest events on the scale of the CIS. As young budding poets, writers, artists, critics have come to this forum and honored the artists of Russia, Ukraine, Europe, USA and Australia. The mission of the symposium is the promotion and popularization of the creative heritage of Voloshin, creative legacy of his famous contemporaries, updating the problems of preserving this heritage for future generations, the promotion of tolerance in today's world. III International Cultural Forum “Culture of the New Generation” was held on September 26–27, under the auspices of UNESCO. The business program of the Forum, which was held over two days, including over 30 different events. The activities of Kemerovo University of Culture and Arts presented to the business program of the XI International Scientific Creative Symposium “Voloshinskii September” and the III International Cultural Forum “Culture of the New Generation” presentation of the monograph “Tolerance in a multicultural society : a regional perspective” prepared and published as part of the grant of the RF President on performance of the University in the direction of development of the culture of the Kemerovo region in accordance with the priorities of the cultural policy of the Russian Federation, the promotion of tolerance and implementation of scientific and creative projects at the meeting of the International Advisory Board of Trustees “M. A. Voloshin’s Cimmeria” to deliver presentations at the round tables “The importance of Koktebel and creativity of Voloshin in culture and religion of Russia” (Koktebel) and “Challenges of tolerance in the modern world” (Ulyanovsk).
