Modern trends in the world put before russian historians new challenges in the study of the past. In terms of urbanization social space current in the historical study become the tasks of preserving knowledge about the origins of the peasant world, its Genesis under the influence of public policy. Industrialization of the twentieth century played for the peasantry not only the role of social progress in agricultural labor, but revolutionary and changed the culture of life. The everyday life of the peasant was filled with new forms of leisure, previously unknown to him, or only included in festive and everyday life. Undoubtedly, the Soviet state system played a special role in its ideology and public education. And in this historical process, a considerable place in the 1920-ies, as the transition time from the First World war that followed the 1917 revolutions, the devastating Civil war of 1918–1920-ies and to the policy of "Great turning point" of the 1930-ies, the result of these historical events changed the course of history of the Russian state was the disappearance of the traditional peasant world. Therefore, the study of the role of the 1920-ies in the country's history has a special place in the regional aspect. Hence the South of Russia with a multi-ethnic and confessional diversity of the peasantry has importance and considerable interest to the historians-regionalists. The article is devoted to the latest trends in the study of traditional culture of the 1920-ies in the South of Russia.

This paper presents the results of our research, the main objective of which was to find out the opinions of female university students of bachelor’s studies at the Matej Bel University, about the importance of physical activities during the menstrual cycle, mainly in relation to medical problems as the accompanying phenomenon during the menstrual as well as premenstrual phases. The analysis of the student’s responses has shown that physical activity has a positive influence on problems of female university students related to menstruation, and that menstruation is rarely the reason for not participating in physical activities.

The article deals with the characteristics of legal discourse and the linguistic status of its subject based on the texts of various legal genres. It aims at discouraging firm views on legal discourse as a purely institutional type of communication. The article suggests the term of personalized legal discourse, analyzes the characteristics typical of this form of communication. The topicality of the research is determined by the need to rethink the traditional views on legal discourse taking into account the modern achievements of Linguistics and Discourse Theory.

In this article the author made an attempt to perform a hermeneutic analysis (investigation of media texts interpretation, cultural and historical factors influencing the views of the agency / author of a media text and the audience) of specific examples of Nazi feature films. The hermeneutic analysis of a media text comprehension involves a comparison with a historical, cultural tradition and reality; insight into its logic; comparison of media images in historical and cultural contexts combined with the historical, hermeneutical analyses of the structural, plot, ethical, ideological and iconographic / visual analyses of media stereotypes and media text characters.

Language can be perceived as a crucial part of identity. Language enables to pass on experience which is vital for future generations. Language and culture are mutually interconnected. The principal aim of the article is analysis of the importance of Irish language in the context of cultural identity of the Irish. Specifically, we deal with the topical issues concerning language and identity referring to Crystal´s theory of language death. Last but not least we also focus on the renaissance of Irish language in the Republic of Ireland dealing with selected official documents and strategies aimed at cultivation and preservation of the Irish language in the Republic of Ireland.

The aim of this research is to find out what factors affect consumers in the context of electronic commerce, also to see the relationship between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. As Internet has become a channel were online transactions have been done, and this created need for companies to understand how consumers perceive online buying. First thing done in this study was integrating relevant literature, and then testing which variables are affecting consumers’ decisions to buy online. Seven hypotheses were formulated regarding to consumers previous experiences with e-commerce. Data gathering was carried out by the survey which was sent online to 200 randomly selected citizens, from which 104 responded. Through the survey, the results of this study pointed out the relation between satisfaction with online service and consumers’ intention to buy in the future which generates customer loyalty. So, the main point of the study was achieved successfully.

Prigovor movement turned out to be a phenomenal peasants’ claim of their civil rights and economic interests. It made both governing authorities and the opposition to reconsider their views on the peasant question, begin to conceive peasantry as a real social power dependant of which were Russian state prospects. Literary heritage of the first peasant movement researches – K. Sivkov, B. Veselkovskiy, P. Marev, P. Maslov, M. Kr-l – is studied particularly under this perspective. The article provides the analysis of the prigovory and nakazy investigation methods and classifications, applied by pre-revolutionary scientists, their vision about objective overview of peasants aspirations and interests, parties participation in petitions drawing up, peasants attitudes to Duma. Generalized conclusion is made that all the researches agreed on the idea of agriculturists claims for “land and liberty”, on the decay of their monarchy feelings and forming of peasant public conscience.

The purpose of this paper is to examine clients’ perceptions in Croatia towards information technology (IT) security of electronic banking (e-banking), to diagnose problems and try to give proper solutions. Methodology was survey based on six variables and specific questions assigned to each variable. Response rate was good and 203 respondents were surveyed. Findings indicated that Croatian e-banking users trust to banks when it comes to IT security of online banking. It is important to mention that clients perceive tangible features as important as they actually are. This proved that clients are aware of potential security threats, and even though they trust to bank, they are aware of their own responsibility when using e-banking services. Since there is gap in literature when it comes to research dealing with IT-security of electronic banking in Croatia, this article is both unique and good stimuli for new research in the future.

. The article deals with the creative work of I. S. Turgenev, which is one of the prominent representatives of Russian critical realism of the second half of the 19th century. Turgenev´s books are very popular as the birthplace of writer and abroad. The writer has seen heavy side of human existence, so he could not ignore the social antithesis, individual and collective tragedy and disaster. His knowledge of real life has given rise to a direct criticism of society, but conciliatory melancholy position. The main ethical principle of acceptance of reality for Turgenev was the need of harmony and beauty in the world and the people; the desire to understand and be understood by all. Turgenev took from romantic lyrical element as the voice of the author.

Managing the learning process in a modern school should be based on scientific facts that show large differences in the abilities of students. For students in upper primary school, differences in certain aspects of their mental development are up to eight years of schooling. Uneven development leads to their uneven progress in education. Due to the fact, a class even approximately does not represent an equal level of knowledge, but includes the various levels of individual students. In order to insure favorable conditions for learning to all students of class, teaching adapted to the capabilities of an average student has to be completed by the procedures of individualization. Therefore, modern education can not be imagined without the procedures of individualization, because only in such conditions of education, there are opportunities for the full development of each student.

The article entitled The Role, Methodological Basis and the Subject of Cultural Studies in the Globalized World analyses the essentials of the academic subject of Cultural Studies in the Globalized World. The article analyses reasons why acquiring culture is equally important to becoming linguistically competent for any language user (a regular user of language as well as professional translator and interpreter). The author provides evidence from various areas of linguistics where cultural background of a linguistic phenomenon is as relevant as its translation.
