Crystal growth is an important field of material science, which plays a vital role in modern science and technology. The fast changes in field are only due to crystal growth techniques and impact of impurities in pure and impure materials. Today crystal have crossed many traditional boundaries and becoming basic pillars for modern electronics. Nonlinear optics has wide applications in the field of optical communication, telecommunication, information technology, optical information storage devices and others. For presents study a nonlinear optical Urea – L- aline acid and Urea L-arganine acid with EDTA impurities at room temperature has been tried and born crystal has been characterized by usually I R techniques, a well-developed highly transparent, and stable crystal of Urea L-aline acid and Urea L-arganine acid with EDTA impurities at room temperature can be successfully synthesized.

The dangerous dimensions with the dumping of biomedical waste, has a hazardous effect enough to cause an epidemics resulting as Hepatitis B and D, Dengue, AIDS, Japanese encephalitis,tick fever etc. among the people. Improper management of biomedical waste results into serious environmental problems in terms of air, water and land pollution and thereby resulting to cause severe diseases. The paper reviews the diseases caused due to the improper disposal of biomedical wastes studied by respective authors in their respective work on biomedical waste management. There had been several instances of biomedical being dumped not only in rural as well as urban areas in the research work studied by respective authors.The aim of the review is to create awareness towards the biomedical waste handling that results into severe health problems as diseases, environmental, residential etc. and protect the normal survival and environment getting harm due to it.

The thermal conductivity of CuO-B2O3 glass system has been experimentally determined in the temperature range 302-423 K. The data covered the glass composition range from 10 to 35 mol% of CuO. It has been observed that the thermal conductivity increases linearly with temperature. Thermal conductivity is composition dependent. The results obtained confirmed that the major contribution to the thermal conductivity of this glass system is due to lattice vibrations. The value of density, molar volume, lattice thermal conductivity (L), melting temperature, electronic (e) and bipolar component of thermal conductivity (bp), band gap energy are also reported. The physical properties like density, molecular weight, molar volume, hopping distance, polaron radius and number of ions per cm3 have been reported.

Direct selling is a type of sales channel where products are marketed directly to customers, eliminating the need for middlemen – wholesalers, advertisers and retailers. Direct selling can be conducted one-on-one, in a group or party format, or online. Direct selling is a dynamic, vibrant, rapidly expanding channel of distribution for the marketing of products and services directly to consumers. The purpose of this paper is to describe direct selling and the benefits that it brings to the marketplace. There are presently over 60 national DSAs represented in its membership, and in 2011 it is estimated that worldwide retail sales by its members accounted for more than US$154 Billion through the activities of more than 91 million independent sales representatives. The World Federation and its national DSAs have always understood the necessity for ethical conduct in the marketplace and as such the WFDSA has developed a World Codes of Conduct for Direct Selling which all national DSAs have approved and implemented in their national codes. All direct selling companies agree to be bound by these codes as a condition of membership in a national DSA. What makes direct selling such an attractive career option is the flexibility it offers. Those who engage in direct selling are independent contractors who determine how much time and energy they want to invest in their businesses. They set their own hours, and define and control their work-family life balance. An Independent Sales Representative is her own boss. Direct selling is also a way to own a business with a minimal capital investment. Research shows some of the most popular reasons people choose direct selling are it is a good way to meet and socialize with people, it offers flexible work schedules, it is a good way to earn extra income, it is a good way to own a business and Earnings are in proportion to efforts. There are no required levels of education, experience, financial resources or physical condition. People of all ages and from all backgrounds have succeeded in direct selling. Direct sellers are independent contractors. You're your own boss, which means you can work part-time or full-time - you choose when and how much you want to work, set your own goals and determine yourself how to reach them, earn in proportion to your own efforts. The level of success you can achieve is limited only by your willingness to work hard, own a business of your own with very little or no capital investment and receive training and support from an established company. Thousands of people have lost a substantial amount of money by participating in pyramid schemes. Many of the victims knew they were gambling (although they didn't know the odds were rigged against them). Many others, however, thought they were paying for help in starting a small business of their own. These people were fooled by pyramid schemes disguised to look like legitimate businesses. In, medicinal field paracetamol can be used in so many varieties of drugs which can be effective to various body system such as Central nervous system, Cardiovascular system, Musculo-skeletal system and Respiratory system. Polarographic Calibration method has been developed and applied for the determination of paracetamol present in some synthetic as well as medicinal samples using optimum concentration of fuchsin as maxima suppressor and different supporting electrolytes such as perchloric acid, Borate buffer, Sulphuric acid and Nitric acid. The method is strictly empirical, and no assumptions, except correspondence with the conditions of the calibration are made. The oxidation of paracetamol at rotating platinum electrode is irreversible. Results obtained with synthetic as well as medicinal samples are in good agreement with the quoted values. In borate buffered solutions of paracetamol, catalytic waves are obtained. In order to get most pronounced effect, direct comparison method is found to be suitable for determination of paracetamol. Best calibration polrograms are obtained using 0.99 M H2SO4 as a supporting electrolyte and 0.0125% fuchsin as maxima suppressor. Fairly accurate results with low values of standard deviations are obtained.

The present article describes the synthesis, structural features and thermal studies of some coordination polymers. The coordination polymers have been synthesized by heating p-phenylene di-acrylyl -bis-N-Phenyl (PAPHA), Fumaryl - bis-N- phenyl (FPHA) hydroxamic acids with metal acetate in ethanol and dimethyl formamide mixture in water bath for about two hours. Coordination polymers of Cd(II) and Hg(II) have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analysis has been used to determine the thermal stability of coordination polymers.

The two plants Ipomoea aquatica Forssk. and Argyreia nervosa (Burn.f.) were studied anatomically, and also flavonoide estimation. Each and every part of plant was studied anatomically different changes were found amoung both.Due to estimation The plant materials were clearly washed and dried for a few days and then dried completely in an oven at 38 c. The micromorphological studies were done due to cut sections of epidermal layers and stained with safranine and mounted in 50% glycerine. Different tests were carried out for different types of flavonoids. Shinoda test, Flavanonols, Flavonols, Flavones and flavonols, Rao and Sheshardi test.
