VALUE AND GNOSIOLOGICAL BASICS OF PEDAGOGY

The article substantiates the idea of value of gnosiologocal (epistemological) basics of pedagogy. The basis of quality education is the creation and research of new ideas that dominate in the educational theory. A pedagogue, a teachershould teach a new material in conjunction with the actual up-to-date problems. Epistemologically, the real «knowledge» constantly changes and develops, affecting educational systems, and therefore the status of knowledge of the «teacher» must be convincing, since it is the teacher, who forms the value orientations of the students. In this regard, teaching should become not just a work. It should be a way of the teacher’s life.
According to Kant, the value of education lies in the fact that man’s courage depends on his education. Man can achieve courage through education, and man is nothing more than a result of education. The role of education is to bring knowledge to society. It is in these educational systems that hidden and potential talents are planned, and learning with the help and under the guidance of a teacher becomes a research process, through which the student will improve mentally, morally and spiritually.
The debate about the reality of teaching methods and the relationship between teachers and students, factors ands circumstances, and resources for teaching and learning is difficult in epistemology, because methods based on these foundations should arouse interest in cognition of reality, in comprehension of truth and in self-improvement. It is the richness of the content of the curriculum that can provide such circumstances so that teaching methods embody transcendental wisdom.
The educational environment grows and evolves as a natural phenomenon, without losing its specific and unique identity, develops at different stages and levels, and acquires multiplicity and variability, as well as strength and weakness, without which such multiplicity does not create the unity of reality, therefore the reality of education is its core and advantage based on epistemology.
In the perspective of educational truths, a person is a creature that does not stop in the educational, epistemological process, but creates and improves itself in knowledge, beliefs and actions, participates in the independent formation of knowledge through such educational elements as goals, curricula, teaching methods and other training aids.
