CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LEVELS OF FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE AND LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE IN FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

The article deals with analysis of scientific approaches to development of criteria and indicators of the formation of communicative-speaking competence. The criteria, indicators and levels of formation of communicative-speech competence of future social workers in higher education institutions are determined.
Under the formation of communicative-speaking competence in the future social worker, we understand the complex concept. It includes the personal component, that is, the maturity of personal qualities such as professional values and motives, empathy, tolerance, humanity. In addition, it includes the professional component that consists of the future worker's acquisition of the whole set of special knowledge, skills, professional activities (awareness of the conceptual, and terminological apparatus of communicative and speech competence, the ability to analyze the communicative situation, construct and analyze it, carry out reflection and self-assessment of communicative-speech activity). The individual style of communication is formed, as well as personality activity, providing realization of acquired experience in communicative-speech activity and further professional improvement.
Knowledge-speech, communicative-effective and evaluative-reflective criteria are determined as the main. According to the indicated criteria, the relevant indicators that characterize them are established; the levels of formation are revealed: high, sufficient, satisfactory, low, methods and means of diagnostics. The indicators, criteria and levels outlined in the work allow making comprehensively assess of formation of communicative-speaking competence of future social workers in higher education institutions, which is the prospect of further scientific research.
