Leader as Subject of Forming of Corporate Culture

This article deals with the nature and characteristics of the emergence of corporate culture. It deals with its content elements (values, beliefs, moral standards, business ethics, management style, methods of decision-making, communication, motivation). The value of corporate for success achievement is shown. The role of leadership in the development, forming and managemen is definedt. It is shown that the leader as the subject of corporate culture initiates the process of its formation, thus imposing its own collective representation, and manages it through the use of power, motivation, conduct personnel policy, official proclamation of the mission, philosophy and values of the organization, implementation of customs and traditions, communication with followers, criticism of their actions.
It is emphasized that corporate culture appears to be the system of values and beliefs that are shared by every employee of the firm, corporate values and beliefs determine the behavior of the members of the corporation, determine the nature of life, way and means of creation of the organizational structure that is dynamic
