The article presents characteristics of the modern era of humanity and the planet move to a new level of consciousness at the beginning of a new cycle of galactic evolution, which brings fundamental changes. Special attention is paid to the explaining of the changes that take place (more frequent natural disasters and man-made accidents) and their dependence on the goals, intentions, emotions and feelings of people. The possible ways of training space worldview, corresponding with the impending new era in which each person will perceive himself as a citizen of the Universe are examined. The author points out that the global system crisis has spiritual reasons that are caused by materialistic worldview, resulting in the election of civilization technological path of development which will inevitably lead to a standstill. In order to overcome the crisis, people must overcome selfishness by giving up violence, wars, negative thinking and by constructing social life on principles of self-government. This problem cannot be solved without reforms in educational system
