This article focuses on the development of distance education, which shows the importance of such issues as solving social problems and analyzing psychological patterns in the training of specialists according to international standards, and shows the need of using in distance education the telecommunications networks and new information technologies, including virtual labs that meet the main requiremens of distance education: the identity of visual perception in comparison with the real physical laboratory setting and displaying the physical processes that occur, and are subject of study and research
