A mathematical model of a resistor with temperature-dependent conductivity and full heat capacity is obtained within the scope of a unified approach to working mathematical model building. The constructed model has the properties of fullness, accuracy, adequacy, productivity, and economy to a sufficient degree for the purposes of this study. The use of such a mathematical model lowers costs and time spent on studies, and allows expedient use of mathematical modeling capabilities.

The article revealed the specifics of risks of oilseed industry enterprises in Ukraine. It was found that development of effective risk management in the domestic oilseed enterprises slowed down by number of problems, among which are the lack of quality of human resources for risk management, the imperfection of incoming information and its processing methods, the lack of skills of work with national standards of risk management. It was revealed that the most dangerous kinds of risk in the current conditions are market, financial (credit, operational, currency, investment), customs and legal risks.

This investigation has been designed to investigate the effects of cultivation rows intervals and weed management on kidney bean. This experience conducted in split plot randomized complete block design with 3 replications in experimental farm of Islamic Azad university of Chalous on 2015. The cultivation pattern was: 25?10 cm, 35?7 cm, 50?5 cm and 15?15 cm and weed control treatments were control (without weed management) and hand weeding (1 time). Independent and interaction effect had been surveyed in levels 1 to 5 about some traits such as shrub height, number of sheath, number of grain, sheath length, grain yield, biological yield and growth index. The effects of cultivation pattern were significant about most of mentioned traits, except shrub height. Weed management (hand weeding) had a significant effect in first level, 1% on number of sheath and biological yield. Interaction of cultivation patterns and weed management had significant effect on mentioned traits except number of sheath and shrub height. Most of yields and yield components have been observed in 15?15 cm treatment. Intensity treatment had a better effect on productivity competition with weeds.

The analysis conducted earlier in the paper showed that one of the main causes of hearing loss in children with congenital cleft palate is the otitis media with effusion. All children with congenital cleft palate with secretory otitis media and without it to be a long rehabilitation, which includes dynamic ENT examination and audiometric control audiologist. It is, therefore, necessary to introduce to standard newborn screening point at which stipulates the information on children born with congenital cleft palate must come from the hospital to a specialized audiology centre.

History as a social science conveys information on historical events and their reasons. But very often not only historians, men-of-letters also appeal to historical topics; as a result, historical novels emerge. One of such men-of-letters is the English writer Walter Skott, the author of twenty-six historical novels and the founder of the genre of historical novel in English literature. “Quentin Dorward”, one of the writer’s novels, appeared in Azerbaijani in translation from Russian in 1978 (1). The second novel of Walter Scott “Ivanhoe” (2) was translated from English by Q. Bayramov in 2013 in the frames of the project of “World Literature” sponsored by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev (3). The choice of translation of this novel is dictated by such a fact that being the masterpiece of the writer “this novel forms the peak of his creative activity and the beginning of its decline”, as it was noted by the literary critics. The purpose of This Article is to analyze the text of the said novel in detail in order to find out the most striking elements which form the historical and to some extend the national background of the novel. This analysis allows the author of the article analyze different translation strategies and tactics used by the translator. At the end of the Article the author singles out the rules of translation used by the translator, which may be used as a guide by other translators of identical novels.
