Çalışmanın amacı Kocaeli Gölcük Tersanesi Bilgi İşlem Merkezinden (TEBİM) hizmet alan bireylerin hizmet kalitesi algılarını ve bu algının TEBİM’in performansına etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla hizmet kalitesi ölçüm modellerinden SERVPERF modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Mart 2015’de TEBİM’den yüz yüze hizmet alan 230 kişinin 161’i oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre ise SERVEPERF’in tüm boyutları ile müşterilerin TEBİM’den daha sonra hizmet alma düşünceleri, TEBİM tarafından sunulan hizmetlerin genel kalitesi ve TEBİM’in hizmetlerinden duydukları memnuniyet arasında da pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca somutluk boyutu TEBİM tarafından sunulan hizmetlerin genel kalitesine ilişkin algıyı; somutluk ve cevap verebilirlik boyutları ise TEBİM’den daha sonra hizmet alma düşüncesini ve TEBİM’in hizmetlerinden duyulan memnuniyeti; pozitif yönlü etkilemektedir. Bu bulgular doğrultusunda TEBİM’in hizmet kalitesinin iyileştirilmesine yönelik yapılacak düzenlemelerin TEBİM’in performansını da olumlu yönde etkileyeceği söylenebilir. The aim of this study to determine the service quality perceptions of the individuals whom receiving service from Kocaeli Gölcük Shipyard Data Processing Center (TEBIM) and the effect of this perception on the TEBIM’s performance. SERVPERF model was used as service quality measurement. The sample of the study is 161 out of 230 persons who served face to face from TEBİM in March 2015. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistical methods, correlation and regression analysis were used. According to the results of the correlation analysis, there are positive and significant relationships between the dimensions of the SERVEPERF and the customers’ attitudes towards getting service again from TEBIM, the general service quality of the TEBIM, and satisfaction with TEBIM’s services. In addition, the tangibility dimension has positive effect on the perception of the general service quality of the TEBİM; tangibility and responsiveness dimensions have positive effect on the customers’ attitudes towards getting service again from TEBIM and satisfaction with TEBIM’s services. According to these findings regulations to improve the quality of service of TEBIM could affect the performance of TEBIM positively.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, yetişkinlerin kitle iletişim araçları yoluyla verilen sağlık eğitimi haberlerine yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesidir. Araştırma tarama modeline uygun olarak Nisan 2017’de Kocaeli Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden 208 poliklinik hastası üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Akgün (2014) tarafından geliştirilen “Yetişkinlerin Kitle İletişim Araçlarıyla Verilen Sağlık Haberlerini Değerlendirme Anketi” ve “Kitle İletişim Araçlarıyla Verilen Sağlık Haberlerine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve fark istatistikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre yetişkinlerin kitle iletişim araçlarıyla verilen sağlık eğitimi haberlerine yönelik gerçekçi bulma, önemli bulma ve genel tutumları orta düzeydedir. Yetişkinlerin sağlık eğitimi ihtiyaçlarını gidermede kitle iletişim araçlarını kullanma sıklığı arttıkça, kitle iletişim araçlarıyla verilen sağlık eğitimi haberlerini gerçekçi ve önemli bulma tutumları artmaktadır. The aim of this research is to determine the attitudes of adults towards health education news delivered via mass media. The study was conducted on 208 outpatients who voluntarily participated in the research hospital in Kocaeli University Medical Faculty Hospital in April 2017 in accordance with the screening model. As a means of collecting data in the research, “Adults’ Health Questionnaire Survey” and “Attitude Scale Towards Health News Given by Mass Media” developed by Akgün (2014) were used. Descriptive statistics and difference statistics were used in the analysis of the data. According to findings from the research, realistic finding, important finding and general attitudes towards health education news delivered by mass media are moderate. As the frequency of using the mass media increases as adults are getting away from their health education needs, the attitude of finding realistic and important health education news delivered by mass media is increasing. As the level of confidence in the mass media used in the health education of adults increases, the attitude of finding realistic and important health education news delivered by mass media is increasing.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2012 yılında Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü Konferansındaki işveren grubunun grev hakkı ile ilgili yaptığı sert itirazların Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü (ILO) bağlamında bir krize yol açıp açmadığının incelenmesidir. ILO ve denetim mekanizmaları aracılığı ile oluşturulan içtihatlar bağlamında 60 yıl boyunca grev hakkına, örgütlenme özgürlüğünün bir parçası olarak yer verilerek, toplu sözleşme, sendika hakkı ve grev hakkı bir bütün olarak düşünülmüştür. Bu içtihatların, grev hakkının uluslararası alanda tanınmasına olan katkısı fazladır. Bu durum ta ki 2012 yılındaki ILO Konferansı’na kadar devam etmiştir. İşveren grubundan ciddi bir itiraz ile birlikte grev hakkı ile ilgili ILO’da bir kriz olup olmadığı sorusu gündeme gelmeye başlamıştır. Bu durum ILO’nun denetim mekanizmasının etkinliğinin sorgulanmasına neden olurken aynı zamanda ILO’nun denetim organları içindeki eşgüdümün de eleştirilmesine yol açmıştır. / The purpose of this study is to examine whether the rigid objections made by the employers’ group at the International Labor Organization Conference in 2012 on the right to strike led to a crisis the context of the International Labor Organization. For sixty years in the context of jurispurudence of ILO’s superbody mechanicsm when it is thought that right to strike has been included as a part of freedom of association and at the same time, the right to collective bargaining, trade union rights and right to strike has been considered as a whole. This situation continued until 2012 ILO Conference. With a serious objection from the employers’ group, the question of whether there was a crisis in the ILO regarding the right to strike began to come to the fore. This led to the questioning of the effectiveness of the ILO’s superbody mechanism and at the same time the ILO’s criticism of its coordination within its supervisory bodies.

Koreli yazar Han Kang Vejetaryen isimli romanına kadın kahraman Yonğhe’nin vejetaryen olmaya karar vermesi ile başlar. Bu kararı onu ve çevresindekileri de etkileyecek bir karardır. En başta sadece yemek seçimleriyle ilgili görünen bu durum, önce kahramanın ailesi ile ilişkilerini etkiler. Daha sonra ise Yonğhe, yemek yemeyi tamamen reddederek kendi kimliği ile ilgili bir karar verir. Oldukça basit gibi görünen yemek yemeyi seçmesi ya da yememeyi seçmesi onun kendini yok etmesine kadar giden süreci de anlatır. Yazar, romanda kadın kahramanın yemek seçimleri üzerinden yemeğin toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri ile olan ilişkisini sorgular. Romanda et yemek erkek egemen düzenin bir metaforudur. Yonğhe de önce et yemeyi reddederek sonra da bedenine alacağı bütün besinleri reddederek sisteme kendi bedeniyle karşı gelir. Böylelikle yemek yeme eyleminin ve seçimlerinin kimlikle olan ilişkisi de anlatılır. Han Kang’s novel Vegetarian is the story of a woman heroine who refuses to eat meat and choses to be a vegetarian in medias res. This choice of her would be affecting not only her but also the people beside her. This situation at first seems like a personal choice. However the outcomes would also be affecting her relationship with her family as well. As the novel progresses, she who refuses to eat anything which would lead to her destruction. The novel questions the relationship between food consumption, food choices and gender roles. Meat consumption is regarded as a metaphor of the patriarchal system throughout the novel. Therefore, the woman heroine Yonğhe refuses the system and challenges with her own body. This way the novel analyses the act of eating and choosing food and its relation with identity.
