Features of the treatment of patients with early period of Parkinson's disease The results of evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of amantadine sulfate in the form of infusion in 25 patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) in the early period. We analyzed results of treatment of 19 patients with Graves' disease. Interventions produced with using selective embolization of thyroid arteries (SETA) as preoperative preparation, and as an independent method of treatment according to the degree of functional activity, based on the intraoperative assessment of the morphofunctional state of the thyroid gland, the morphological study of gland and fine-needle aspiration biopsy, color Doppler ultrasound scan, hormonal control status in the dynamics. Defined the optimal volume of surgery, appropriate grade of goiter, classification by O.V Nikolaev's, and thus develop an individual approach to operational tactics interventions using SETA to significantly improve the results of surgical treatment and to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

Features of treatment vestibular disorders in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia The efficacy, safety and tolerability betaserk in 40 neurological patients with dizziness in the outpatient setting. The treatment was a positive dynamics of neurological status in the form of reduction or disappearance of nystagmus and irregularities in the performance of static and finger samples. The study found that 75% of the patients decreased the severity of vertigo and improved overall health, less pronounced dynamics in elderly patients with disease duration of more than 20 years.

Females in Kazakhstan suffer from migraine more frequent - 89.7%, than males - 10.7%. Diagnosis: "Migraine" was firstly detected in 42.6% of patients, in 57.1% of patients it was diagnosed in different stages of the disease; among all examined patients number of people working in different areas of activity was significantly higher in comparison with number of people out of work; people suffered from migraine are mostly involved in intellectual work; among ranked severe disorders associated with migraine mostly were detected the following: Mts. gastritis, spinal osteochondrosis (various segments), hypertension, Mt. pyelonephritis, Mt. bronchitis, neuro-circulatory dystonia; migraine often was inherited from the mother right (84.5%); and, finally, severe headaches mostly appeared between the ages of 15 and 20 years old, the least -before 5 years.

Evaluation ECG survey to the health care at home Providing local service portable electrocardiographs allowed to organize a dynamic ECG evaluation of patients with chronic cardiovascular disease in elderly at home for every active visiting their doctor. The observation was based on a careful study of the complaints, the characteristics of pain in the chest area and the results of the ECG studies, with the patient at each study (89 people) factory ECG archive. This observation of the dynamics of the underlying disease allowed to timely detect signs of deterioration and conduct appropriate correction in the treatment, and emergency cardiac care.

We examined 37 patients aged 23 to 92 years with suspected liver formation. All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and iptsiya diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) for values of b = 50, 400, 800 s/mm2. It has been revealed: simple cysts - 35%, single and multiple hemangiomas -24.3%, metastases - 18.9%, primary liver tumors -10.8%, and the single multi-chambered cysts - 8.3%, alopecia focal nodular hyperplasia - 2, 7%. DWI has allowed more clearly differentiate the boundaries of the tumor tissue rich in cells of intact parenchyma and improve detection of small lesions.

Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Distreptaza - an effective and safe drug for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs in women of reproductive age, which increases the effectiveness of treatment, promotes more rapid extinction of clinical signs of inflammation and well tolerated.
