The magnetic and resonant tomography of an abdominal cavity is a high-informative diagnostic method of diseases of a liver, gall bladder, biliary tract, a pancreas, a lien. MRT with use of the MP-program of an aortography is a procedure of choice of detection of false aneurisms of a splenic artery and other arteries of the pool of a celiac trunk. MRT allows not only to diagnose aneurism, but also presumably to define an artery from which there was bleeding, to give an assessment of a condition of a pancreas that is necessary for definition of tactics of further treatment.

Structureof postoperative complications: peritonitis -67 cases(36.2%), early intestinal obstruction- 18 cases(9.7%), abdominal abscesses-17 cases(9.2%), bile leakage- 54cases(29.2%), postoperative bleeding-27 cas-es(14.6%), fluidaccumulationabdomen-2cases (1.1%). Laparoscopywas thedefinitive methodof treatment of postoperativecomplications in95.9%of patientsin Group 1. In 4 patientsduringlaparoscopywere establishedindications forlapa-rotomy.

There is given an assessment of the life of patients with congenital heart diseases that were underwent the operation univentricular correction by Fontan. The life quality of patientsafter Fontan operationin modification of atria-pulmonary anastomosis, total cavapulmonary anastomosis and extracardial conduit appeared to be slightly lower than average indicators, though rather high. The highest indicators of questionnaire SF-36 were characteristic for Fontan operationin modification of extracardial conduit, but the lowest indicators were characteristic foratria-pulmonary anastomosis.

The most frequently reported diseases DST osteo-skeletal system (scoliosis of varying severity, flatfoot, clubfoot deformity ofthe chest). Statistical data show a steady increase in the incidence of musculoskeletal system in adolescents, resulting in a reduced tolerance to the effects of skeletal injuries. Of the 100 children surveyed indicators densitometer were in the range of 1 to 2,5 SD SD in 30 students (30%), indicating that they have osteopenia. In 15 (15%) of pupils set osteoporosis as indicators densitometer were smaller - 2,5 SD without fracture. Students suffering from diseases of various organs and systems. According to the report the number of such students has appeared according to our study of 494 people (49%). Physiologically timing of puberty varies in a wide age range. Signs of puberty in boys 12-14 years marked - 61.2%, and to 16 years 34.5% ofthe boys had a third stage of pubic hair distribution and more than 22% - 2-3 stage in the armpits. First pubertal changes as the 1st stage of breast cancer in some girls marked in the age of 9 to 15 years, almost all the girls had stage 2-3 pilosis pubis, 34.8% - 3 - stage body hair in the armpits. The average age of menarche in girls was 13,2 ± 09 years. The vast majority of students are not focused on the choice of working specialty. Some students (19%) can not determine the choice of the future direction of his career. In the first place - the problem of a personal nature, which lie in the field of relationships - conflicts with parents, peers, failure in love (23%); the second - learning problems and 15% of students; then - a sense of anxiety and insecurity -11 %. Thus, the results of the monitoring observations of students Uighur population revealed features of the socio-moral and other aspects of education.

We reviwed results of palliative drainage obstruction of ureters in 118 patients with several oncological diseases. In 48 patients drainage of upper urinary tract was performed by percutaneous nephrostomy, in 70 from them - internal approach drainage renal stent. Received findings demonstrated good results medical and social rehabilitation of patients with tumor ureters obstruction with inner drainage of upper urinary tract.

Breast cancer (ВС) in women is leading among oncologic morbidity. Revealing of involvement into regional lymph nodes influences on treatment facties,disease prognosis. In 2012 148 cases of breast cancer were registered in the Aktyubinsk region, 143 cases in 2013,high persists that points to the necessity of conducting of neoadjuvantpolychemitherapy according to treatment standards. Aim of the nesearch:tostudi morphological changes in the regional lymph nodes on the background of immunohistochemical peculiarities in breast canser. Matertales and methods. Research was performed on the base of medical centre of the West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov state medical university. 291 patient being examined and treated at the clinik in 2012-2013 were analysed. Conclusions: 1. In patient with breast cancer haning negative hormonis status of tomour and expression HER2[NEO] pathomorphologic lymph nodes on the background of neoadjuvantpolychemitherapy has lower reaction that characterizes disease prognosis. 2. Presense of hormone positive receptors and absence of hyperexpression HER2[NEO] in patients with ВС is to be a favorit factor for whole regression of metastatic changes in the regional lymph nodes on the background of performed neoadjuvantpolychemitherapy.
