In 1960–1980th years the construction of a socialist Society enters its final stage. This process was accompanied by a rationalization of the mental constructions of the creative consciousness, which provided a sense of fullness identity of the poetic spirit, addressed to the universal meanings of life. The relevance of universal meanings outlined the terms of an extension of the living space of ethno-poetry consciousness Lezgins, which opens to the genre and strophic forms the Eastern and Western poetry. This explains the active treatment Lezgin poets to the genre of the ballad, the study of which this article is devoted.

In this article concept logos is considered as steady shape of thought. This is a special paradigm in the Russian philosophy, that to get in touch with individuality and acquires feature incomprehensible. Tradition being the logos as a mental phenomenon of two faces, i.e. acting and in the guise of myth, and in the form of philosophical reflection, i.e., synergistic organic unity of these two was preserved from antiquity.

The educational program of the grandchildren of Catherine II was determined by historical samples and motivating examples, which acted as precedent biographical scenarios. The associative opposition of the names Alexander the Great – Alexander I (and the corresponding «educational parallel» of Aristotle – F.S. Lagarp), which was noted by a number of researchers, was repeatedly taken into account in the analysis of the architectural projects of Catherine the Great. As a non-random part of the implementation of her «political testament» among the state innovations of the grandson-emperor was the school of peripatetic, the Aristotelian lyceum, in its actual projection and the value link to the cultural and figurative context of Tsarskoe Selo.

Many phenomena of modern culture may be perceived as analogous to text, but curatorial project is one of the most spectacular in this regard, as available for reception and interpretation in the context of narrative analysis. Diegesis aspects of an exhibition help to clarify its idea and meaning. It is remarkable, that exhibitions of conceptualism, which are almost completely devoid of a coherent visual component, for example, Voids: A Retrospective (2009) at the Centre Pompidou, dedicated to interpretation of the category of “nothing” in contemporary art, can not avoid using text in form of comments, labels, appeals to the public. This article discusses the metamorphosis of relationship to text in conceptual curatorial projects, and considers the relevant aspects of text: context, narrative, deconstruction, thesauration.

The importance of the issue of the need to develop a methodology and management mechanisms for small and medium-sized river basins is due primarily to their intensive degradation. Developed today and already implemented for the basins of large rivers Schemes of integrated use and protection of water objects, as a rule, “not enough” to solve problems of small rivers. Schemes of integrated use and protection of water objects are developed in the context of large water management areas that are whole hydrographic units or their parts. This scale only allows the coarsening to evaluate of the essence of problems and, accordingly, to develop measures for their solution only in general, without going down to small rivers. But without small rivers, as we known, there are no large rivers. In fairness it should be noted, that in the main program of measures to achieve the target state river basins today included measures in small and medium-sized rivers, however, they, as a rule, address the problems of negative impact of waters, but the problems of improving ecological state are practically not considered. In addition, the inclusion of measures on small rivers in the composition of the Schemes of integrated use and protection of water objects has no system basis, which would allow for a phased and is guaranteed to solve some local problems, but to ensure integrated planned rehabilitation and sustainable operation of small and medium-sized river basins. Generalization of results of works, performed in different regions of the country for individual river basins, оn the one hand, it would be possible to develop a unified methodology for the preparation of integrated plans for the rehabilitation and sustainable functioning of small and medium-sized river basins, аnd on the other hand – create a database of the best available technologies for solving specific problems of small rivers.

The article deals with the problem of ecologizing the urban environment, which is now a vital need of the population. The study revealed that the problem of improving the quality of the urban environment can be solved by switching to green (“green”) construction and the formation of an environmentally friendly infrastructure. The formation of an environmentally friendly urban infrastructure is possible through the creation of ecological (biopositive, “green”) buildings, which are a promising area in the modern construction industry. A number of attractive additional properties can give the city and buildings permaculture, which represents a new trend of eururbanism. Permaculture is used in the design of eco-settlements (permadizayn). Permadizayn means creating systems that meet the needs of the population, created from natural components, it draws inspiration from nature. In addition, problems of creating and developing ecosettlements have been identified. Permaculture raises the level of the socio-psychological urban environment. Favorable sensory environment of the city and a positive architectural and landscape environment form an ecological social and psychological environment in the city, thereby increasing the level of comfort of residents.

The authors describe a set of the long cycles which are results of the Sun motion around the barycenter of the Solar system. They have duration from 179 to 11440 years. The last change of all cycles occurred in 1990. One shows different consequences of this event and makes prediction on coming time of low solar activity.

The morphological features of some unexplored lakes of Zaonezhye Peninsula are presented. Bathymetric surveys of 7 small lakes were carried out. The water volume, depths and others morphometrical characteristics of the lakes were estimated. The origin of studied lake beds were determined. Observed data may be used for further limnological studies.

The author gives the assessment to a cult of personality of I.V. Stalin. The author speaks about increase of attention among young people to Stalin leading the country during the most difficult period. The author saw and felt a moral and psychological situation in the USSR in 1940-1950. Youth of the author has passed in one of the centers of the GUGAG system created at Stalin – on the Pechora railroad, between Kotlas and Vorkuta. The essence of dangerous manifestation of a cult of personality from the point of view of the current state and for the future of the country is shown.
