In the article the analysis model of knowledge society through the prism of the cognitive revolution, which affected the methodology of social research end of the XX century. The main thesis of the work is the fact that the transformation of knowledge and its transformation into information that is alienated in relation to the nature of man. The consequence of this transformation become extremely conceptual and methodological complexity of the problem field of social sciences – is now focused on procedural knowledge, and depends on the context and the way of perception and becomes inevitably subjective in nature, which leads to trasnformatsii scientific knowledge.

In the article the state of religious culture is analysed in the end XX – beginning of XXI of centuries. The necessity of study of religion as bases of self-definition and social integration of people of different nationalities resident in Russia is proved. The general foreshortening of research of mutual relations of religion is presented with other areas of culture – politics, science, art, education. The problems of religious tolerance, and also process of existence of different forms of religious life of society, are separately considered.

Modern methods and technologies of preschool children development are diverse. They are based on three fundamentally different approaches to child musical creativity: creativity as a method of musical education (Carl Orff); creativity as a necessary component of the musical education of children (Natalia Vetlugina and others); development of children’s creativity through innovative creative pedagogical techniques (Eleonora Kostina). The initial choice of the way of the creative development of preschool children in the country was due to the practice of music education in kindergartens that was arised at the 60th years of last century. System of creative tasks, developed by Natalia Vetlugina, did not violate the traditional structure and content of music lessons, did not require a fundamental change in the interaction of the adult and the child in musical activities. Children’s creativity was regarded as one of the areas of musical education. The basis of modern domestic techniques of music and creative development of preschool children are compile either the idea of an Austrian pedagogue, or the idea of Vetlugina. Approach to music education of preschool children of Kostina seems fundamentally new. Main ideas of this method are set out in the article.

This article is based on the records left by Russian correspondent of Novy Kray Newspaper D.G. Yanchevetskiy, Major General A.V. Vereshchagin and Spanish diplomat L. Valera. They were in China either during Yihequan (I-ho-t, an) Movement (Boxer Uprising 1898–1901) and intervention by 8 countries-members of the Alliance against China, or soon after this uprising was suppressed and China agreed on the ultimatum of interventionists. By comparing records of foreign observers and revealing common and specific featuries in the sources, earlier known information on internal affairs in China and international relations during this period has been broaden and corrected. And particular, the following information is interesting: cause of uprising, military operations, the goals of Alliance members and Chinese authorities, position of the elite and other Chinese social groups. No less important are emotional reaction of foreign observers towards statistics of Chinese and European casualties during the war, efforts of these authors to describe these bloody events as multidimensional conflict caused by imperialistic intentions of major powers, and a conflict between native Chinese and progressive European civilizations. Attempts of foreign authors to determine terms, ways and methods to overcome this crisis, their intention to learn from parties of this conflict and forecust probable development of China, that were made in the 20th and 21st centuries, are highly significant.

Historical overview of the formation and development of sociological studies of childhood shows that children’s social problems urban promoted the need to study the causes of crises, which are both children and society as a whole. Aggravation of social contradictions due by the change of technological structures and their traditional way of life of the community, the most manifests itself in the cities. Children as representatives of the urban population are exposed to these contradictions. Quest to resolve social contradictions between the previously formed social phenomena and relations in society and penetrating into it innovation, the harmonization of social relations is expressed in the research and implementation of social projects to transform the lives of citizens and children as well. Consideration of the value of studying social problems urban children in the institutionalization of sociology of childhood, the focus of this article.

The article suggests a new approach to the interpretation of the concept of “children’s onomastics”, which is used not linguistic, and cultural studies paradigm. The phenomenon is analyzed as a product of synthesis of word creation, games and myth creation (elements of ordinary level of childhood subculture) to identify and nominate sites, entities, phenomen through the creation of fictitious or occasional onim. A special need for them is observed in the construction of fantasy worlds, ersatz worlds, taking the form of the country, state, etc. Considered children’s onim – invented and borrowed – in accordance with the following sections of onomastics: toponymics, hydronymy, karabonimika, ethnonymic, anthroponimics, teonimika.

The relevance of research paleorelief and paleobasins of south-eastern part of the Scandinavian glaciation predestined by insufficient knowledge. Surface of the study region qualified by high diversity of modern and paleo landforms forming peculiar geomorphological and hydrological systems, the analysis of which allows to refine the development of the reference territory of the glacial marginal zone. The work summarizes current concepts of maximum levels of ancient glacial lakes which existed on south-eastern periphery of the Scandinavian ice sheet. Based on the analysis of publications and maps of Quaternary deposits using digital elevation model of the modern surface topography by manner of filling up the maximum expected level were modelled configurations of largest paleo lakes of the study region. Analysis of the regional paleolakes levels using GIS materials help to reveal some aspects of the geospatial and morphometrical features of Northern Europe paleolandscapes.

The aim of the article is the question of the role of humanitarian education in the development of human capital. It can not be reduced only to the intellectual mechanic abilities. An important role is played by the factors that most adequately described in terms of the classical liberal arts education. In the human capital we are dealing with human qualities based on two axiological system: a set of values of modern European civilization and set of values “axial age”. The contradictions of these two complexes in human capital are found in conflict vocation and profession, a vocation which returns back its full-bodied value and assumes the human capital of the transcendental moment. Vocation requires a spiritual aristocracy, and the genius of the subjects of art, as well as the cultivation of intellectual courage subjects of creativity.

Go shopping topos in the Internet space provides the ultimate expression of globalization in this segment of life. cyber-space to economy leads to a change in the urban environment and reduction of the narrow-minded mobility is transforming lifestyles, behavior patterns, and therefore, a picture of everyday life and everyday life. Digital civilization manifested in the displacement of paper money, the classic type of trade, and in robotics jobs and many other factors. Internet covers a large part of commercial services, where everything takes place entirely in other forms for the new millennia of human existence. Despite the fact that the scope of sale and above underwent fairly profound changes, I think, what is happening in today’s reality, namely, the transition of trade in virtual space, there is something qualitatively different than those of transformation, which could be seen on throughout human history. It is impossible to predict what it will respond. Will there be a shift of civilization, or the existence of a paradigm shift of the economy. With a certain probability we can only say that in the near future we expect even more radical change.

This article investigated the impact of ecological situation on malignant tumors formation in Russia. The urgency of this scientific work was determined with depressive environment situation in the most part of state territory and underestimation its impact on welbeing level and the health of population. Analysis of scientific papers showed that the most useful way to study the impact of ecological situation on malignant tumors formation is combined (subjective and objective) evaluation of the quality of the environment: natural and anthropogenic factors and level of anxiety about the environment. This article, based on using correlation analysis showed that subjective perception of environmental had the most big impact on malignant tumors formation (r = 0,748). The anthropogenic factors had significant correlation with cancer (r = 0,699). The most cancerogenic impact from this type of factors had the quality of atmospheric air in region (r = 0,754), also the urbanization of territory (r = 0,717) and motorization of the population (r = 0,505). These results gave opportunity to typologiserung the regions of Russia, based on using cluster analysis, by level of ecological situation impact on malignant tumors formation. Favorable situation was noted in North Caucasian republics, but the most depressive – in Kamchatka region Revealed in this article correlations have the high practical relevance. These results are explanatory model ecological situation impact on malignant tumors formation, also can have prognostic function and can be used for organizing preventive cancer programs on federal, regional and municipal levels.

The revolutionary way of change of a social order is perceived as natural. Soviet leaders used the technologies of social management that had been practiced before the revolution, since new technologies of management adequate to the socialist project were not created. The author shows that the Soviet project was implemented without the support of deep theoretical and practical development of new relevant social technologies. The pre-revolutionary principles of existence of the elite were used in the USSR of necessity. Soviet elite repeated the main negative properties of the old elite from whichthe main thing wasunaccountability to society.

For the last years in the Russian society there is a transformation of the social and economic relations which is characterized by change of values, of life priorities and is manifested in the increasing importance of individual wealth and property differentiation.In this research the features of valuable orientations and economic attitudes of residents of Perm and Perm region has been analysed. This problem is interesting to regional science, in particular, for understanding of psychological specifics of the population of the region. Residents of Perm and Perm region (n = 557) – representatives of Perm, Kudymkar, Kungur, Gubakha, Solikamsk, Berezniki and some municipal districts as Ilyinsky, Kishertsky, Nytvensky, Osinsky, Suksunsky have acted as respondents. As a result it has been revealed that for respondents values such as Self-Direction Action, Self-Direction Thought, Security Societal, Security Personal, Humility, Conformity Interpersonal, Power Resources, Benevolence: care are more important; and values of Hedonism and Universalism Concern less important. The majority of respondents are experiencing economic anxiety, worried about their financial situation due to the economic crisis in the country, feel the need to increase income and at the moment have a shortage of cash. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that most of the economic attitudes are positively associated with the values of Self-Direction Action, Self-Direction Thought, Power Resources, Power Dominance, Achievement and Security Personal and negatively with the values of Face, Conformity Rules.
