We present, in this article, aspects of a teacher training practice at the Faculty of Education at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), which was part of a doctoral research. This research is configured as a research-training to encompass the concomitant use of teacher training activities and research activities. The aspects discussed here refer to the experiences of the students, future teachers, with elements of drama. The dramatic games allowed the future teachers to experience daydream and the creative thinking charactistic of poetry. The whole process was recorded on audio and video. From the observation and analysis of the activities performed during the training process, we discussed the importance of creative experience as constitutive of the constant process of becoming an educator. Studies on drama and on education through the arts directed these reflections.

The aesthetic dimension of the human life didn’t occupy the center in Karl Marx and Friederich Engels’ work, but starting from the presuppositions “ontológicos”, “gnosiológicos” and “axiológicos” of the works becomes possible to find reflections that relate the art in the capitalist society. For this work breaks of the conception that the Marxism integrates the aesthetics into the man and with that it turns possible to treat of a new society. Like this, the school becomes the privileged space for “this new man”, as atmosphere (public school) in that to the workers’ classes possesses the opportunity to appropriate of the knowledge built historically, as instrument of social transformation, emancipation of the capitalist imperatives that subdue the classes pobres. The main problem of this work is verified in the art as dimension of the society characterized as privilege of the dominant class. Through the philosophy of the art, of the Marxist aesthetics, becomes possible to treat of the problem art, society and school.

This article is based on a study of the service’s conditions of the Pro-Nursery, which is presented as a partnership between the public and private institutions for the care of students 0-3 years not find place in the municipal school. The Pro-Nursery has been implemented and is in force in a large municipality of São Paulo. For the development of the research, we used the qualitative approach and case study methodology. The purpose of this article is elaborating reflections on the possible influence of the World Bank in brazilian public policies on financing of early childhood educational’s services, analyzing how the Pro-Nursery follows the indications of this international agency. We believe that, influencing public policies in Brazil, the World Bank’s recommendations led to the devaluation and privatization of early childhood education, in name of lower public costs with that educational level.

The extent and density of the effects of neoliberal logic has transformed public university becoming the victim of numerous retaliation, that the distance from the possibility of promoting quality education, with a sense of identity with social justice and democratic citizenship. This same neoliberal logic has also impacted the teaching work, generating the teacher malaise. Based on a dialectic, a survey was conducted with 20 teachers, trying to analyze the issue of malaise that has been around teaching in public universities. It was found that the approach of teachers working conditions proletarian, asserts a state of pity and sorrow, but also manifested a contradiction between the rapid pace of change in its work processes that are subject to public university, and the desire to respond the demands made upon them to get the recognition from their peers and institutional. Discloses a conflict from which signals that among many of the issues generating unease teacher, this is one more to be faced, because we understand that this conflict is generating more individual effort in solving the tasks, increasing personal investment to the detriment of the collective, which prevents collective work.

Among digital technologies of information and communication (TDICs) currently available in the educational process, the mobile phone stands out with its various functions such as photographic and video cameras, message service, bluetooth, notepad and internet access. In this perspective, the aim of this paper was to determine how this technology is being used as a learning resource. The method used was a cases study conducted in two high schools in the city of Belo Horizonte/ Brazil, one public and the other private, focusing on a qualitative approach. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The results reveal that the portable media are a reality in everyday life of these two institutions, and the resources available on the mobile phone allow several didactic applications. The challenge for the teacher is to reflect on the integration of these technologies in the learning process, preparing interactive and dynamic lessons for the new requirements imposed by Internet Generation.

The aim of this study is to present a panorama of the researches in technology and education in France, since the massive expansion of the Medias and the creation of the educational sciences as a discipline in the 1960’s. The disciplines, studied in science education, gathered in the category of human and social sciences have produced several and important researches in the last 50 years. During this time, these sciences have harmonized with difficulty and have dispersed because they adopted different principles, methodologies, and theoretical settings, and because of relations of power among the different actors in the educational, political and technological milieu.
