It is observed that when the conformational properties of DNA molecule are mapped onto an antiferromagnetic spin system we can realize the specific properties of the rod-like-chain (RLC) model where the analytically continued partition function corresponds to the symmetric top Hamiltonian. The relevant path integral represents a charge particle in the field of a non-quantized monopole which suggests that angular momentum is not quantized. However in a spin chain the nonquantized monopole charge appears in the renormalization group flow and corresponds to the Barry phase required by a spin ½ state in an entangled spin system. Thus avoids the RLC model crisis.

Using Weyl geometry, we study some properties of the scalar Φ-field representing the conformally flat part of the Schwarzschild-Kruskal-Szekeres (S-K-S) metric in the black hole region. As expected, the classical field diverges (logarithmically) at the singularity, where it is infinitely heavy, but remains finite at the horizons, where it becomes massless. The quantum propagator in the radial direction is also computed, exhibiting rapid oscillations and a divergent absolute value at the singularity.

It is shown that the initial conditions in the quasi-Heisenberg quantization scheme can be set at the initial cosmological singularity per se. This possibility is provided by finiteness of some quantities, namely momentums of the dynamical variables, at a singularity, in spite of infinity of the dynamical variables themselves. The uncertainty principle allows avoiding a necessity to set values of the dynamical variables at singularity, as a wave packet can be expressed through the finite momentums. Influence of the initial condition set in the singularity in such a way to a number of gravitons under a vacuum state, arising during later evolution, is investigated. It is shown that, even choosing of some special state at the singularity minimizing late time expansion rate, some amount of gravitons still appear in the late time evolution.
