The article presents the conceptual approaches to the upbringing in the education of life-meaningful values of teenagers and early adolescence in Ukraine. The definition of life-meaningful values has been given up. The major problems and contradictions in the upbringing of the Ukrainian children were paid attention to. The dependence of the result of upbringing, from the desire and the participation of all actors: children, parents, teachers is pointed out. Conceptual approaches to education of life values meaning are analyzed on the methodological, theoretical and practical levels. The aspects of the previous researches have been underlined. In this context, a systematic approach determines the integrity of the educational process in primary and high school. Synergetic approach combines the organization and self-organization of the growing personality. Humanistic approach recognizes each child's highest value at school, family, and society. Personal-centered approach provides individual attention to him, to free choice of that or other life-meaningful values. Activity approach provides practice and deed activity of children and shows how the value of the meaning of life affects the behavior of the individual. The theoretical level of substantiation of the concept of education of children of teenagers and early youth gives ability to define key points and concepts. Practical level implies the corresponding experimental activity, the determination of appropriate pedagogical conditions, the selection of content, forms and methods of education of teenagers and early adolescence. Conceptual approaches offer the opportunity to develop a modern system of education of the values of the meaning of life of teenagers and early adolescence in Ukraine. Implementation of conceptual approaches aimed at qualitative changes in the education of life-meaningful values among of teenagers and early adolescence.

Developing a healthy lifestyle is one of the priority education aims in Belarus. The most important requirements for the organization of the educational process are: protection of the students’ health (in particular, promoting and inculcating healthy lifestyle habits, creating conditions for taking care of physical culture and sport, prevention of smoking, drinking, using drugs and psychotropic substances, etc. .); compliance with sanitary norms, rules and hygienic standards; creating secure conditions for the organization of the educational process. The aim of the article is to present basic legal documents and curricula associated with the formation of the healthy lifestyle among students in early school age.

Modern family may be propitious environment for normal developing of child, but also may be dangerous I realization of their tasks. These dangers, first of all, refer to pathological and parent families. Actually the number of parent families are growing, almost in all societies. The causes of this fact are complicated, but generally is the result of industry, social-cultural and ethical changes. More often we can meet the families, where lonely mother cares one or several children. The child educated in such families has difficult situation, differs from accepted norms, but it doesn’t mean that it’s developing is incorrect or unsettled. Shouldn’t be construed it’s situation as an extreme or belittle. Doubtless, educational process in parent families is more complicated by fact theirs incompleteness.

Ecological meaning being in accord with the nature; ecological is a natural. The ecological protection is a concern for the naturalness. In the case of a man (the human person) this means not only a protection of the nature but also of the society and the info component. These are integral areas of the natural environment of man-person. The ecological protection is the care of a man; it is to be able to realize the meaning and purpose of the existence of the human person – so that man could live in accordance with his naturalness. It is a moral imperative. The morality in this case is a set of natural rules. Their observance helps maintain the naturalness of the world. Education, especially the institutional education, helps in maintaining the ecological state of the world. The school is seen as a specific ecological niche. The actions against the education destroy the naturalness of environment; destroy natural environment of the human person and of man-person.

Aticle take on the organization of free time in the SOS Children's Village in Bilgoraj. It presents an analysis of theoretical approaches of leisure and practical characteristics of the main forms of activities organized in their free time for the children. In the author's gratest interest pupils enjoy sports as a form of activity cassing emotional tension in children and learning cooperation an competition. While art classes develop manual skills and creative passions of children and adolescents. Organization of leisure activities has a positive impact on the deepening of emotional ties between pupils and teachers, as well as contribute to creating an atmosphere conducive to the establishment psychophysical development of children and adolescents in conditions close to family.

Article addresses the problem of the elderly and their presence in social policy. You together with local governments and non-governmental organizations shaping public policy in the direction of extension of social and professional activity of seniors and to prevent their social exclusion. For this to happen are taken various measures to prevent the isolation system to help in crisis and aimed at satisfying the psychosocial needs of seniors. Under the National Program for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion in 2020 created a network of day care homes and social institutions-clock temporary stay and is changing form-clock care in nursing homes.
