State of the Art About Housing of Rural Social Interest in Colombia. Normative Settings from 1930 to 2015

Housing is one of the locomotives of a country's growth,
therefore the Government of Colombia since the 1930s begins to develop mechanisms that improve the conditions of housing families, although from the middle of the last decade the main growth of population is located in the urban, the National Development Plan 2014-2018, given the peace process, seek to renew life in the country, strengthening the quality of life of the peasants, through the construction and improvement of housing interest Social Rural (VISR), this article is intended to carry out a diagnosis of the political evolution of housing and a
review of regulations issued by the national Government
for support on issues of housing subsidy, conditions and
value requirements housing, saving requested, conditions
of families and identification of the entities responsible for the promotion of rural housing and allocation of subsidies.
We will find a comparison to show that the national Government should continue to work on strengthening of standards supporting preference-giving entities grant in budgetary requirements more consistent income of farm families, as well as the quantification of the family
agricultural units (UAF) opposite the area of land that
different households have. Finally, it is important to the
consolidation of resolutions, decrees and laws that issued
the different entities of the State that affect areas, budget, requirements for the construction of rural social housing.
