In this work the author assumed that:
• the design stage, the stages of growth and maturity in development of innovation is not problematic on the financing of the innovation and with minimal risk level.
• In the stage of development, and partly in the startup stage - ie. "Valley of death" (Fig. 1) due to lack of funds, problems may arise and prove to be an insurmountable obstacle for many potentially successful entrepreneurs or risk managers.
• Long-term market dominance can be achieved by successive substitution, ie through the introduction of a new invention before the old have reached full development.

Until now no single accepted method for analysis and evaluation of the technical provision in agriculture. In the scientific literature, the authors use different sets of indicators for the analysis of various aspects relating to the availability of equipment. Some of these indicators need refinement and clarification as different ways of calculating certain indicators lead to a different assessment. After Bulgaria's EU indicators used must meet one more criteria - to ensure comparability between countries within the European Community.
Based on a critical review of the indicators used is a reasonable system of core indicators for analysis and assessment of the availability of agricultural machinery at the national level and at the level of economic organization, allowing for comparison and internationally.
Today Bulgaria is facing a number of challenges associated with environmental standards. Due to existing outdated infrastructure, outdated production practices and a number of other problems, our country needs to build upon the know-how from more advanced countries. One of the most effective approaches to this is to start with the education of young people. Knowledge and models of "green" behavior is transmitted very successful in a friendly environment. "To reach out to nature" puts people from different backgrounds and cultures in a situation in the same conditions. They create new acquaintances and friendships. Together they acquire valuable experience and passed through a exciting experiences. This motivates them to creativity and achievements in objectives of the project.
