This investigation allowed to determine the Adversity Quotient’s communications sector in Maracaibo Municipality, Zulia state, this study was developed under the theoretical basis of Stoltz (2003), Chao (2006), Carrasquero (2006), Schneider (2006). Methodologically the research is conducted under an empiricist-positivist approach, correlational, applied and quantitative, with a nonexperimental trans-descriptive. It consists of a population of 38 radio broadcasting stations frequency modulation (not shared) and nine television stations (not shared) with analysis units 10-7 and 30-20 observation units respectively with a probability sample accidental or incidental. The collection of information is done by observation through surveys, questionnaires, with 56 items with Likert attitude scale and 17 items with dichotomous questions, validated by ten experts in the area. Reliability was calculated for the dichotomous by the Kuder Richardson coefficient and coefficient Lickert Rulon Kr obtained a reliability of = 0.85, rtt = 0.99, respectively. In research presented adversity factors (CPAD) in addition to Adversity Quotient (CA;CPAD) individually and at the ground, which shows that people do not take an interest in adversity, be careful when a misfortune show high values observed in indicators such as control and durability. Moreover, there is a process, things happen and forget, with regard to the coefficient of adversity showed a high variability due to the diversity of values found in each of the executive, leaving it for granted that adversity is individual, varies in each case and each person where it occurs.

Recently, publicity spots generally known as institutional messages with contents against the different forms of violence have been emitted in national television. This marks the beginning of campaigns that encourage tolerance and pacific coexistence. However, it’s necessary to know the result of those messages, if they have achieved their purpose, and if there is any indifference before the audience’s real violence. The broadcast of these spots highlights the country’s situation throughout more than 50 years of guerilla, paramilitary and other sources of violence; and it is presumed to propitiate tolerance culture, peace or civic culture through these messages. These paper aims to describe the impact of four spots emitted by Telecaribe, which try to show the violence suffered by children, women, elderly and handicapped, in grown up men of the communes 5 and 6 of Santa Marta city.

Research this article presents the results associated with the evaluation of academic processes, programs Barranquilla Industrial Engineering. Initially identified variables and categories associated with the systems and academic processes and guidelines of the National Council on Accreditation, which was performed a recital instrument requirements of this standard. Later programs are evaluated with the instrument in reference to finally analyze and tabulate the information. For this research were as theoretical concepts concerning Assessment of academic programs, evaluation of academic processes, processes, systems of quality management and guidelines of the National Council for Accreditation in higher education academic programs. This research was descriptive, qualitative and exploratory. Since result of this one Investigation could identify the strengths and weaknesses of the programs I object of study, in such a way that the actions and strategies could be orientated for the improvement of the academic processes.
