Self-esteem of youth job seekers

The paper presents results from an empirical research, conducted among different groups of young job seekers – university students, high school students and disadvantaged youth. The aim of the study was to identify youth’s interests, opinions, attitudes and needs for their future career. Data based conclusions are drawn in relation to wide range of variables, concerning self-esteem, anxiety, work-related values, searching for job-related problems. Analysis and comparison of the data received from the three youth groups is presented.
