ABSTRACT: Capacity Utilization is the extent to which an enterprise or a nation actually uses its installed capacity. It is the relationship between output that is actually produced with installed equipment and potential output which could be produced with it, if capacity was fully used. Capacity Utilization is a key factor for the public sector companies especially in manufacturing industry. It’s linked to price variation branching from corresponding supply catering to the demand of the product/ services. It is one of their main objectives in support to providing important products/ services to the public and creating conditions for economic progress and cohesion. On other hand profitability is the ability of a business to earn a profit. A profit is what is left of the revenue a business generates after it pays all expenses directly related to the generation of the revenue, such as producing a product, and other expenses related to the conduct of the business activities. Capacity Utilisation acts as a Magic Wand for manufacturing Public Sector Undertaking/Emterprise as it is directly related to the profitability of the Enterprise. It creates Magic spell by way of being directly proportional to profitability. This paper aims to focus to measure the basic relation between Capacity Utilization and the profitability in a profit-making public sector companies specifically in manufacturing industry. The purpose is to tap the gap along with the measures of improving efficiency both technical & allocative.

Abstract- Electrical vehicles are much better and greener than gasoline vehicles. Electrical vehicles can be charged from electricity and the electricity may be generated from domestic sources like solar , wind, hydro, nuclear sources, natural gas, renewable sources etc. These vehicles have lower fuel and low maintenance costs and also environment friendly. Due to this reason many of the Indian automotive industry has turned into the electrical powered vehicle. The Indian automobile industry is one of the largest industry in the world. Currently in India, the Tata automobile company launched a new car named Tata Neo (Jayem Neo). That electric car is powered by electricity. It is totally modified by old NANO car. This Electric NANO Car has very important feature. In this paper the author(s) firstly, explain the importance of electrical vehicles in Indian secenerio, how the EVs works, how to charge these vehicles, which type of sources are available to charge these vehicles. Secondly, we will discuss about the Tata nano electric car and their importance in Indian market. In this paper, for doing survey we will also design the set of questionnaire to find out the need of electric vehicle whether the customer wants to purchase these vehicles in future like Tata Nano electric vehicles.

In this research paper a two dimensional photonic crystal which is based on biosensor. The structure of biosensor consists a nano cavity with a linear waveguide which is useful for sensing purpose, their refractive index changes according to their sensing material. Here the plane wave expansion method is used to find out the bandgap. For the purpose input wavelength is 1550nm and structure bandgap is 1339 to 1981nm. By using finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The simulation result have analyzed.

Bubba oscillator has the ability to generate the stable sine wave with low distortion using op-amp. The processing power of Bubba oscillator is quite small, therefore they often transmit in the frequency range from VHF to HF band. It is used in various application like mobile devices, power invertors, communication etc. In this paper we proposed a design of bubba oscillator using current feedback operational amplifiers (CFOA) at 12 MHz frequency. For this purpose we will use the AD844 IC and the simulation results are also shown along with ultiboard design and 3D-view of the proposed circuit.

In today’s world RFID plays a vital role in the field of communication. RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. It works on Low frequency (LF, 30 - 500kHz), High frequency (HF, 10 - 15MHz ) Ultra high frequency (UHF, 850 - 950MHz, 2.4 - 2.5GHz, 5.8GHz).In this paper, the author(s) proposed a design of active band pass filter on high frequency (HF,10-15 MHz) because an active band-pass filter is needed for the RFID to reject all signal outside the band. The design of an active band pass filters is based on CFOA. For this purpose we use AD844 IC because these ICs having capability of realizing amplifiers exhibiting gainbandwidth decoupling and these are work on very higher Slew rate up to 2,000 V/μ s. The simulation result of the circuit using MULTISIM software, their ultiboard design and 3D view of the proposed circuit are also included.

from past few decades the dairy industry is crucially concentrating on their human resource, as they are the most valued and most treasured assets as per latest studies. To assess the dairy sector Human Resource’s competiveness, the performance analysis in this research looked at four functions: 1. Recruitment and Selection, 2. Training and development, 3. Performance Management System, 4. Compensation and Benefits. The organizations should carefully map the available HR while recruiting the candidates, because they provide the advantage for the company amongst industry. While training the candidate the organization has to look their competency area and provide appropriate training to them. The major aim of training is to improve the performance of human resource working in dairy sector. Compensation & Benefits act as a major base for company’s rate of recruitment, Retention graph & overall employee satisfaction in the organization. Dairy organizations are advancing modern HR Practices due to the entry of multinational companies. The aim of the paper is to study the Human Resource Practices followed at Mother Dairy Private Limited, which is currently considered the best company as a complete organization in Indian Dairy Industry. The best HR Practices availability in organizations makes them competitively advantageous and as well as they support the real life blood of the organizations, i.e. People. This research studies the review of literature for HR Practices followed at organizations. The research was done using both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected from 34 employees of Mother Dairy using offline questionnaire and the results were obtained from percentage method. The research findings reveal that Mother Dairy Fruits & Vegetables Private Limited follows benchmarking HR Practices and their people are satisfied with the organizational climate, supporting that their organization follows ethical policy for HR Practices.

Present Automobiles are being developed with more electronics for efficient operation of vehicles. Earlier vehicles were built with an analog driver-vehicle interface for indicating various vehicle status like speed, fuel level, engine temperature etc. The driver-vehicle interface provides an interaction of driver with the dashboard for monitoring various parameters of the vehicle and it is designed in a way to help the driver to drive safely and comfortably. There are two types of driver-vehicle interface i.e, analog and digital. In the existing analog driver-vehicle interface, it is tough to build an automated driving system because most of the processing for decision-making regarding vehicle control uses digital electronic devices (like microprocessors etc) and requires data to be handled in digital format. Hence there is need to develop digital driving system that uses digital data throughout the processing there by making the decision process more transparent as well as easy for design. The automated driving system built using digital interface allows the driver to switch from manual mode to cruise mode (semi-autonomous), so that the vehicle adjust itself with respect to other vehicles in motion, thereby helps in safe driving. The paper develops and implements the digital driving system for a semiautonomous vehicle to improve the driver-vehicle interface. It uses an ARM based data acquisition system that uses ADC to bring all control data from analog to digital format and visualize through LCD. This paper is based on CAN which uses embedded networking for efficient data transfer. It also takes feedback of vehicle conditions like Vehicle speed, Engine temperature etc, and are controlled by main controller. Additionally this unit equipped with GSM which communicates to the owner during emergency situations.

This innovative way in business ultimately, leads to the economic and regional development of the country. Entrepreneurship with innovation can be in terms of introduction of new product or service, new methods of doing work,introduction of new technologies, introducing the product in the new market where it has not been launched before or a new quality in the existing product. As compared to a traditional business, an entrepreneur conducts his work in a new and better way by keeping in mind the proper utilization of resources within his financial limits. The present paper focuses on the concept of innovation and its importance in present scenario of entrepreneurship. Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short range (less than 10 cm) wireless communication technology that communicate or exchange of data between two electronic devices. Because of the digitalized world, every people having their own mobile so it is a technology that facilitate how we can use our mobile smartly for various applications like payment and loyalty applications to access keys for houses, offices, travel, shopping malls and hotels etc. NFC technology is a holistic approach with different perspectives including communication essentials, ecosystem and business issues, applications and security issues. This paper is a holistic approach on NFC, about the technology and awareness of its application to the budding technocrats. This paper aims at the budding technocrats to check awareness of upcoming technologies like NFC and update them for better future. For the awareness of NFC and its applications in budding technocrats we use the Quiz – Questionnaire tool. We use this tool to analyze the knowledge and awareness of the technology in budding technocrats.
