The objective of the research is to design a marketing plan1 to launch the waterproofing made of expanded polyethylene "Unicel" in the State of Tlaxcala, which is aimed at the segments: the general public of the municipality of Xaloztoc and the focused construction companies to the construction in the entity. The study is of a quantitative, sequential and probatory type, it is sequential and probative; each stage precedes the next, bypassing the steps, with a mixed approach consisting of the systematic integration of quantitative and qualitative methods in a single study in order to obtain a more complete "picture" of the phenomenon (Hernández Sampieri, Fernández Collado & Baptista Lucio, 2010), the population universe is defined with reference to the databases of the intercensal survey (INEGI, 2015), using the formula of finite populations of less than 500,000, which helps to determine the population samples for the two segments; for construction companies, stratification is done to be more precise. For the market study, the competition and the application of surveys to determine the acceptability of the waterproofing in the segments are identified. The results of the surveys are favorable which allows positioning the waterproofing and have coverage of other segments, 81% of construction companies are willing to acquire the product and 90% of the general public considers it attractive for consumption. It is also observed by the acquisition of sustainable products. With the results obtained, a marketing plan is designed which entails lines of action for each of the proposed strategies.

Nowadays, the health sector in Mexico qualifies as unsatisfactory, with questionable and deficient attention in public hospitals and specifically in the medical emergency area waiting process. The term Lean Thinking (no waste mentality) has been used in the health area, presenting itself with the term Lean Healthcare, implementing logistics tools to detect improvements and provide a better service to patients. This research seeks to plan and execute actions in sequence, facilitating the supply chain of the attention logistics processes, therefore, it creates value in the user (patient), reduces medical attention time and increases the user lifetime value in the critical processes of the service. This non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive research specifies the characteristics of the process that take place in the Emergency Unit of the Regional Hospital of Apizaco in the state of Tlaxcala, Mexico, with the purpose of being based on the perception of a representative sample. The users who evaluated the quality in the service provided by the said institution through the Diagnostic Tools, validated by the Health Secretary in the country, are processed statistically through Minitab software, they are analyzed to identify areas of opportunity. The present research focused on the total fulfillment of specific objectives, based on the knowledge established in a case study, linked to an exhaustive review of bibliography focused on the time of attention, lean tools and in the demanded peak of Lean-Healthcare in Health services. This research based on DMAIC makes reference to specify the current state of the processes, to observe and measure the lead time of routes and key processes of the area, with this they make that this inquiry based on data and depending on the variables complies with the general objective of the investigation. Ending with continuous strategies of internal focus, where the user's practical and personal needs satisfaction are primordial, as well as the importance of establishing a quality system in the service provision, with the purpose of satisficing to the users.

Abstract: The present study has the purpose to present the main factors that affect or benefit the indirect purchasing area, starting for the transparency in which the important factors are the ethics, the compliance and the part of the documentation of the process to be able to be audited through ISO 9001:2015. In the same way, the control factors are appended which in this case correspond to the indicators and KPI´s, these let generating transparency in the results of the company and to be able to take the necessary actions and finally the factors of saving that correspond to the cost avoidance and cost saving. Resumen: El presente estudio tiene la finalidad de presentar los principales factores que afectan o benefician al área de compras indirectas, empezando por la trasparencia en el cual los factores importantes son la ética, el compliance (conformidad) y la parte de la documentación de los procesos para poder ser auditados a través de la ISO 9001:2015. De la misma manera se anexan los factores de control que en este caso corresponde a los indicadores y KPI´s, estos a su vez permiten generar transparencia en los resultados de la empresa y poder tomar las acciones necesarias, y por último los factores de ahorro que corresponden a los cost avoidance (evitación de costos) y cost saving (ahorro de costos).
