Constant change occurs due to globalization, increased pace of competition, vibrant technological advancement, information flow and customers’ awareness among others. The forces subject organizations to challenges as how to respond, handle and mitigate the negative impact of those changes. The resultant uncertainty and volatility lead to a situation where competition is souring and organizations that respond reactively narrows their competitiveness and erodes their market share and sustainability chances. Organizations’ preparedness and pro-activeness are key success factors in terms of resources/capabilities and their use and how these envision and deal with the aforementioned uncertainties. Amid the aggressive external environment, one of the fundamental key agents for change management is the human resource. However, the key question here concerns the roles that HR can assume, and what contribution HR has to the change process and outcomes. This study aims to assess the role of HR in the ongoing process of change in organizations, the interrelation between change management and HR practitioners as catalysts of change and to propose a framework to expose the interrelation between the concept of change and the role of HR in the change process. This is intended to be done by identifying separately the change process then the functions and roles of HR in this process and how these interrelate. This research is exploratory using qualitative analysis based on the literature reported in secondary data and primary data collected using semi-structured interviews to achieve the objectives of the current study. A convenient sample of HR experts and practicing professionals is selected based on their willingness to participate. The outcomes of this research help to identify the role of the Human Resource Practitioners in the process of change, and help to assess the nature of this effect, and how to develop it in a more effective and efficient way for organizations. HR managers and organizational policy makers may benefit from such outcomes.

This article conducting a situational analysis and improvement proposal in the warehouse area in a business of textile twist in the state of Tlaxcala, which is to obtain current information on how the company manages the area described warehouse, in order to find areas of opportunity, both in their characteristics and physical conditions, as and related company busy activities, likewise has detected a steady organizational increased, this leads us to the need to improve or adapt the storage area needs to meet their needs. This analysis was performed in normal working hours, by interviews, questionnaires, observation methods in detail.

Punishment in criminal law aims to penalize criminals and to general education and crime prevention. Death penalty is the highest punishment of the State for criminals. Historically, death penalty was a state’s tool to oppress actions against the government, to ensure the political system, and to protect individuals’ life and behaviors causing particularly serious consequences for society. At the present, along with the trend of civilization and humanity, death penalty in Vietnamese criminal law is still valid but to be narrowed down and decreased in enforcement with the forms in which it becomes more humanitarian, in line with Vietnam’s trend of opening and international integration.

This paper investigates the importance of justice and fair dealings in business activities. Twentieth-first century is considered the century of development for globalization and consumerism. Due to this, many other countries had indulged in effects of consumerism. And Islamic countries that have a totally different culture than the western culture, these countries also did not remain free from its influences. While Islamic doctrine has vivid commandments to deal with fair dealings and prohibited to eat others’ wealth wrongfully. But unfortunately, in Muslims societies, unfair dealings and low-quality things are being occurred. This denotes now Muslims are not acting fully upon Islamic doctrines. The proof of low quality may be analyzed from adulteration. Besides this, the low quantity or tricks for short measuring & less weighing are also used in business. These types of tricks are apparently against the consumers but in actual these will be against the sellers in the sense of accountability in the hereafter. In this article, the necessity of fair dealings refers to justice among the individuals of the society that cannot be ignored for the promotion of society. In this paper, a conceptual study regarding some texts of Holy Quran has presented that highlight the importance of just dealings that promote the business and the status of man before the man in the world and in the hereafter, its reward will be awarded to truthful and fair traders.

This research seeks to support the importance of managing human talent during the adoption of quality standards for the automotive industry established in the international standard IATF 16949 conducting an analysis in medium-sized company located in the State of Tlaxcala. The objective is creating strategies for the adoption of work practices that benefit productivity and the creation of quality culture in people inside the Company. The research process includes the review of the main approaches to quality in the world, the evolution of quality in Mexico and the application of quality standards in the automotive industry in the State of Tlaxcala. One of the research techniques used was observation, defined by Bernal (2010) as a scientific technique and a rigorous process that allows know directly the object of study and that also allows to describe and analyze real situations about the studied ones; in this case it was used to evaluate the leadership practices, the production process and the personality of the employees. On the other hand, work climate surveys were used to know and evaluate the relationships among the personnel, the previous audits carried out under the IATF 16949 standard were analyzed in search of areas of opportunity through the comparison between them. Some of the results obtained were, the little commitment of the people from the management towards the objectives of quality, low comprehension of the processes of quality within the organization, organizational culture not consolidated, little sense of identity and loyalty within the organization and a poor internal organization.

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the association of obesity with preeclampsia in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Province of Pakistan. Methodology: This is a case-control study conducted in Lady Reading Hospital (LRH), Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) and Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) Peshawar. Forty pregnant females (aged 15-35 years), with a diagnosis of preeclampsia during their third trimester of pregnancy were taken as cases. The basic diagnosis was made on the basis of pregnancy-induced hypertension (systolic 140 mmHg and above, diastolic 90 mmHg and above). For controls, forty pregnant females (aged 15-35 years) who remained normotensive throughout pregnancy and were in their third trimester were taken. BMI was determined using Asian BMI criteria. Tests of normality were performed and the association between obesity and preeclampsia was determined using the Mann Whitney-U test. Results: The results showed that the distribution of BMI varied among cases and controls, p<0.001. Moreover, stats showed, 33 obese among the 40 cases (preeclamptic), that is about 82.5%. And among the 40 controls (normotensives) there were 25 obese, that is, 62.5%. Conclusions: Hence, it is concluded that preeclampsia is more common among obese women.

The hypercoagulability, thromboembolic and endothelial complications associated with hemoglobinopathies often results in vascular blockage and occasionally death; which has, therefore, become a challenge to the physician over time. This study aimed at evaluating the protective effects of a polyherbal formulation on endothelial dysfunction, venous thrombosis, coagulation indices; D-dimer and inflammation using 2-butoxyethanol (2BE) -induced experimental model of thrombosis and vaso-occlusive disorders in female albino rats. Forty-two (42) healthy twelve-week old female albino rats were randomly selected for this study and divided into six groups, the rats were administered 2.5mL/kg of 2-BE p.o. and 1mL/Kg of 100mg/mL polyherbal formula for 15 days respectively pre- and post-2-BE administration. The levels of coagulation indices, D-dimer and inflammation marker were thereafter evaluated. Histological assessment of the liver was used to evaluate the expression of microvascular occlusion and ischemia. Polyherbal formulation treatment significantly (p<0.05) reduced circulating D-dimer and C-reactive protein levels, as well as the platelet dyscrasias, associated endothelial dysfunction and venous thrombosis in the vessels by decreasing the levels of coagulation indices of the treated groups. There was also down-regulation of the expression of tissue necrosis in the liver of rats treated with 2-BE as a result of Polyherbal treatment. The polyherbal formula, therefore, shows potential for use in the management of conditions associated with thrombotic, thromboembolic disorders and the associated endothelial dysfunction. Molecular investigation of the bioactive components is however expedient to better understand the specific mechanisms of action.

Therefore, the strategic competition and the desire to achieve national interests in the East Sea among the great powers are increasingly fierce. The East Sea is the intersection of the interests of some of the world's largest countries such as the US, Russia, Japan, China and India and is closely linked to the fast-growing countries like Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore. It is forecasted that the East Sea will be the focal point of the geostrategic swirl in 2019 and the following years.

The constant growth of the population has caused the massive use of elaborated products based on (PET) polyethylene terephthalate, generating considerable problems for the country, between soil pollution. PET containers arrived in Mexico in the middle of the 1980s had a great acceptance among consumers. Nowadays, our country is the main consumerof bottled beverages. It is estimated that in Mexico consumed around 800 thousand tons of PET per year, with an annualgrowth of 13% (Secretariat of the Environment and Natural Resources, 2006). PET is new material, seeking to integrate into the industry of the construction, for this a market study was developed with the objectives of establishing a panorama of the environment established to introduce the block. The research model employee was quantitative descriptive. The collection of the information was done through the survey, having as a population object of study the municipality of Chetumal, Quintana Roo corresponding to 79,081 economically active people, with a sample of 381 observations. The consumption of block for construction is in quantities between 100 and 1000 by purchase. Substitute materials are bricks and wood. The potential block demand is 37,869 pieces.

Lycopersicum root, an agricultural waste was used as a biosorbent for the removal of Pb(II) ions from aqueous solution. The biosorptive capacity was determined using Atomic Adsorption Spectrophotometry, (AAS). Optimum metal ion concentration (5.0 mg/l), contact time (30 minutes), contact temperature (15 oC) and pH (5.5), dependence was established with a biosorbent dose of 3.0 g. The experimental data were analyzed using Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin Dubinin – Radushkevich (D – R) isotherm models. The Freundlich Isotherm best described the biosorption process (R2 = 0.9477), followed by Temkin (R2 = 0.9130), Langmuir (R2 = 0.8860) and D – R (R2 = 0.0075). The kinetics of the adsorption process was evaluated using pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order and intra-particle diffusion models. The pseudo-second-order best described the process with R2 = 0.9950 and the qe, cal (0.0600 mg/g) matched more closely to the qe, exp (0.0822 mg/g). The thermodynamic analysis showed that the adsorption was spontaneous, feasible and exothermic in nature. Therefore, Lycopersicum root can be used as a biosorbent for aqueous removal of Pb(II) ions.

We are writing this letter to bring your kind attention to a serious issue faced by the International Medical Graduates(IMGs) who travel to the United States with aspirations of pursuing higher academic credentials and dreams of becoming successful physicians. Thousands of medical graduates come to the United States with the goal of practicing medicine in the US as a physician (Adebonojo et al., 2003). A great majority of the IMGs coming to the US belongs to India, Pakistan, Egypt, Philippines and other South Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Regardless of their geographic dissimilarities, what is common amongst them is most of those students face difficulties in speaking and writing English language (Idrees & Tohid, 2016; Adebonojo et al., 2003).
