Despite the great advances in conventional medical and invasive treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, a significant number of these patients continues to have a resistant to standard therapy angina pectoris. Many of these patients are not candidates for subsequent myocardial revascularisation procedures for many reasons, and optimal medical treatment is not allowed to effectively control the symptoms of angina pectoris. Background: Young adults are likely to distinguish risk factor from elderly concerning ischemic stroke. Aims and Objective: Measure the comparison of risk factor between the young adult and elderly onset of ischemic stroke. Material and Methods: This was a cross sectional study using secondary data from electronic medical record and electronic stroke registry of Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta Indonesia. The stroke was diagnosed with standard way by well-trained neurologist and confirmed with CT Scan. The risk factors were defined systematically. We used OpenEpi sample size calculation and Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 20 with significance level 0,05. Results: The data of 200 subjects consisted of 100 patients aged under 50 years and 100 patients aged above 50 years. Patients in the elderly group more frequently had atrial fibrillation (92,3% vs 7,6%, p= 0.001). On the other hand, the elderly group more often dyslipidemia (52,1% vs 47,9%) and ischemic heart disease (75% vs 25%). Diabetes and hypertension are more common in young onset compare the old one (57,1% vs 42,9% and 57,6% vs 42,4%). There was not a significantly different risk’s factor include dyslipidemia, ischemic heart disease, diabetes and hypertension both of the group. Conclusion: Atrial fibrillation is the leading risk factor for ischemic stroke, particularly in elderly patients. These findings suggest specializing stroke care to secondary prevention in patient with risk factors.

The aim: To compare the results of multiple mini-interviews with the results of medical students' achievements after the completion level of study. Methods: The study was conducted to determine the efficacy, validity, and reliability of the multiple mini-interview methods for differential selection and admission to medical education organizations. The study assessed the ability to learn with the definition of the professional suitability of students of 1 year of study (n = 491) with the help of multiple mini-interviews, followed by their academic achievements for two years, evaluated the final results for the Grade Point Average after each stage of the study. Results: Analysis of the results showed that the multiple mini-interviews are a suitable method to evaluate candidates' ability to study in medicine, which assesses a creative thinking, communication skills, and a personal behavior. Candidates with high scores of the United National Testing and multiple mini-interviews confirm their abilities with academic achievements, however, they account for a one-third of the total. 12% of students, who have left the university at their own will, had average United National Testing results and low multiple mini-interviews scores, which indicated their low motivation to study in medicine and lack of willingness to overcome learning difficulties. Annually more than 15% of students re-study some of the disciplines, and this is also due to the fact that they do not study with the curriculum. The high results of multiple mini-interviews matched with the high results of United National Testing and educational achievements in only 23.6% of the total number of candidates, which show the reliability and applicability of the method studied. Conclusion: Multiple mini-interview is the most suitable method for qualitative differentiated selection and admission of applicants to medical universities, which allows to evaluate and predict professional suitability and to minimize the number of "casual" students in medicine. Multiple mini-interview is a reliable and acceptable method and is recommended to be introduced as an additional exam for admission to medical universities.

Objective: Anogenital warts (condyloma acuminatum or veneral warts) are a common sexually transmitted disease among males and females. The causal role of human papilloma virus in anogenital wart formation has been firmly established. Case presentation: We report a case of a giant condyloma acuminata involving the penis, inguinoscrotal area and extending to the pubic region in a 30-year-old male patient. It was treated by wide surgical excision. Excision defect was extensive and required cover with fascio-cutaneous flap. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful. Histological examination confirmed giant condyloma acuminata without evidence of malignancy. Conclusion: While there is no standard treatment for giant condyloma acuminate due to its biological behavior, surgical excision remains the method of choice to achieve local control of the disease. This case report confirms previous observation that extensive giant condyloma acuminate involving the penis or groin areas rarely become malignant compared to that involving the anorectal area of the body.

The World Health Organization has set a global goal - reducing preventable mortality by 25%. Violation of basic nutrition leads to the development of diseases, including food safety. Objective: Learning experiences for monitoring food safety and developing recommendations for the population of the country of the Center of Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of the Medical Center of the Presidential Affairs Office. Material and methods: For 10 years (2007-2017) were used methods of statistical analysis of laboratory, which studies food products; content analysis of the legislative and regulatory system of quality management of public health services. Results: The capabilities of material and technological analysis indicates that the laboratory of the Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of the Medical Center of the Presidential Affairs Office can conduct analysis on the safety of the external environment (air, water, food) in an expanded range that meet the criteria of the international the ILAC system. Conclusion: The Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of the Medical Center of the Presidential Affairs Office is a model of organization and quality of food safety management, which is the basis of main chronic noncommunicable and infectious diseases.
