Criteria, which allow quantitative assessing the state of certain objects of commercial fish harvest as an input characteristic for establishing the categories of fish catch limitation have been determined and analyzed. It was demonstrated that the mandatory limitation should cover such species as bream, roach, pikeperch, and silver bream.
The review of the results of organochlorine pesticides in the organs and tissues of commercial fish species of the lower Dniester and the Dnestr estuary are show.
The species diversity and quantitative characteristics of fish-rearing ponds phytoplankton as a component of the natural food base for fish are studied
The article presents some biological indices of bream population of Dneprodzerzhinsk reservoir in 2006–2010. Based on these data was shown the existence of favorable conditions of studied species in the reservoir and uniform commercial fishery’s pressure on all age groups which are available fishing.
Maintenance of heavy metals is investigational in organs and fabrics of common bream (Abramis brama L.) and the crucian carp (Carassius auratus L.) Kanevskogo storage pool. It is set that main- tenance of heavy metals in organs and fabrics of common bream less level of their accumulation is in the organism of the crucian carp of silver.
In 1988 and the first half of 1989 the free-living benthic ciliates (Ciliophora) of fish waters (the Dnieper basin, Kyiv Province) were investigated. Two fish ponds and one reservoir of complex assignment were studied. In these waters 160 species and varieties of ciliates were found, two of them were new for Ukraine. Seasonal dynamic of quantity and biomass, as well as production and destruction of organic substances by ciliates were studied. The average data of biomass of ciliates and their functional activity in Kiev RMS fish pond differ statistically reliable — they are higher. As well mean seasonal values are statistically significant higher in the summer time.
Feeding particularities of White silver carp in the Zaporizka Nuclear Power Station’s pond- cooler are investigeted. There has been found an effect of temperature and natural forage base on feeding of White silver carp.
Presents a пeneral analysis of fish-breeding biological outcomes of the spawning campaign with pike natural method with the use of sockets in the ponds and the receipt of her young when sharing growing with by vegetable-eating fish.
Found that the introduction at the feeds different parts of dry powdered Echinacea purpurea has a positive impact on growth, chemical composition of meat and winter resistance two years various groups of carp. It also reduces the cost of feed per pound of gain.
Research results of efficiency introduction in the basic diet of carp sodium selenite and vitamin E is shown. It was found that imposing complex data supplements has positively affect on fish productivity and output of the fish, as well as on some biochemical indicators. Economic efficiency from carp cultivation was increased by 17.4%.
The results of the photoreception process and the primary remake of sight information researches of the Cyprinus carpio, the Atherina mochon pontica and the Ctenopharyngodon idella, shows the histological structure of the sight analyzer of these species.
The method of multiplex polymerase chain reaction for simultaneous detection of major bacte- rial fish pathogens Renibacterium salmoninarum, Yersinia ruckeri, Flavobacterium columnarae was developed. The specificity and effectiveness of oligonucleotide primers and also the advantages of developed method in comparison with bacterial examination were shown.
The result comparison of qualitative and quantitative for species diversity crucian Carassius auratus gibelio parasites in different regions southern Palaearctic (Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Russia and Vietnam) was analyzed. Totally, 118 parasitic species were recorded in crucian within these regions.
