Strategic company management in dynamic conditions and amongst difficult to foresee changes in the environment as well as the decrease of effective action is a key issue. Planning and implementation of a strategic company development plan based on innovative technologies and marketing, production, research and development (R&D) strategies as well as on staff development
and finance strategies. It transpired that the current model of company management which concentrated on problems such as modification of managing structure and subordinate staff and the division of responsibility and authority was ineffective. Good organization and management is one of the more important prerequisites to proper activity of any company. On one hand, the organization structure should be as simple as possible, on the other it should guarantee the proper efficiency of the
system action as well as good cooperation with the market and the company’s surroundings. The activity of the company, whatever are its work characteristics, is the weave of the rules of activity of all the employees. For proper and effective company management preemptive reconnaissance of the market, evaluation and prediction is necessary.
The following key issues are of note in the article:
• the presentation of the set process and the implementation of new, innovative construction and technological and organizational solutions as well as company marketing strategy,
• the presentation of innovative methods, of both organization and marketing and of the manner of their use in implementation processes (the increase in employee skills)
• the conviction and the assurance in the propriety of use of methods and ways of technology implementation, organization and marketing strategy – innovation.
