With the help of face photos and facial landmarks, we suggest a stress recognition algorithm in this work. A device for gathering the necessary data is needed along the event of stress detection utilising a natural or biological signal or thermal picture, thus being important area for research. To address this flaw, we put forth an algorithm that can identify a person's behaviour from still videos or photos taken using a normal camera, including creating in-depth neural network, uses facial identifications infused along benefiting that when someone is being stressed, their eye, mouth, and head movements differ along how they normally behave. Likewise, by identifying a candidate's behaviour during an online interview, we can determine whether or not they are qualified. The suggested algorithm recognises behaviour more accurately, according to experimental data.

Digital transformation is a complex process whose comprehensiveness inevitably brings with it various challenges and obstacles. Its implementation requires significant amounts of time and money, especially in terms of hiring experts, the cost of introducing new digital tools and education. The onset of the COVID19 pandemic, due to a series of security measures and restrictions on physical contact between people, necessitated the accelerated development of digital transformation worldwide. Hence, the subject of this paper is the analysis of the impact of the pandemic on the dynamics of digital transformation from the Croatian perspective. Through the analysis of the media, reports of consulting companies and our own experiences, an overview of the state and development of indicators in key areas was made and placed in the context of European and world digital indexes. The aim of this paper is to present changes in the dynamics of digital transformation in the Republic of Croatia, in areas that we believe are a direct consequence of the pandemic and compare with the pre-pandemic situation, as well as Croatia's position in relation to neighbouring countries. The focus was on important software and network solutions, which improved the individual analyzed area. The actual situation and digital readiness for further progress have been assessed.

Diabetes is specified as the most chronic and deadliest disease that results in increasing blood sugar. The medical data mining approaches were utilized for detectingun observed patterns in the medical field sof sets of data for medical diagnosis and treatment. Data classification for diabetes mellitus is quite significant. Where utilizing two types of data sets, the first is local, collected from consulting laboratories at Baqubah General Hospital, and the second is global, which is the Pima India Diabetes Database. The experiment on the Local dataset shows that the accuracy if K-NN is 90 %, the accuracy of the SVM has been 98 %, the accuracy of the NB is 98 % and the accuracy of RF is 98 %. The experiment on the Pima dataset shows that the accuracy of K-NN is 81 %, the accuracy of SVM has been82 %, the accuracy of NB is 84 % and the accuracy of RF is 82 %.

With the growing usage in the field of IoT (Internet of Things), yber threats and malicious activities are also at their peak. Widening in the utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT) as raised awareness of security and has become a major concern of many IoT users. For the smooth working of IoT networks, it is essential to protect devices from malicious activities. For security purposes, an advanced Intrusion Detection System (IDS)is required. In this paper, we discussed approaches of IDS and different datasets. Later on, IDS types on the basis of application are discussed with their limitations. For future assessment, current challenges faced by IDS of IoT are discussed. An ID plays a pivotal role in IoT by discovering and repealing malicious activity for lag-free service networks.

The most effective results in the processing and recognition of images are achieved through the development of information technology, the introduction of new technologies. The TensorFlow library capabilities in the python programming environment are huge in getting effective results. It describes how to use open data sets to recognize Arabic graphics and to form datasets for additional letters for old Uzbek and Farsi text letters. Examples, advantages and analysis of the results obtained by the TensorFlow platform to perform calculations with python are given. The efficacy and mode of use of the convolutional neural network are described. Results were obtained from the use of open data sets via www.kaggle.com. The most effective methods of recognizing the given Arabic text are used, and only the results obtained are described, without the algorithms given in the references. CNN created a model for the data set letters, based on which the results were 90% recognizable.

Vasco da Gama a French sailor reached India after crossing the Cape of Good Hope thereby founding the new sea route to India since it was essential as the Constantinople route was closed after India's independence due to the industrial revolution many industries commissioned for trades. Many have failed to lead to loss and some industrialists managed for no-profit and no-loss and yet another class started to earn huge profits. Trade Union Act 1926 gives powers to workmen to discuss welfare, finance, and other related matters with that of the employer. These employees instead of doing the job always involved in indulging activities. Trade union members are demanding something and if the management does not fulfil they use to go for a strike which results in both employees and employers under huge loss. The huge profit-making companies are to take care of the employees by giving a very good salary compare to the entire region and other company's challenges for no-profit and no-loss making company. In case if they do not commit to the customers due to some reason beyond their control, they will lose their credibility in the market. At this point, the union has submitted the charter of demands. The government has implemented a power cut. The environment is not cooperating and an emergency exists. India suffers from Covid-19 which leads to a lot of deaths in the country and the government has to take immediate steps to control the spreading of Covid-19 and hence declared lockdown for the entire nation. The present degree of technological advancement is contributing to an increased need for privacy and protection in relation to individuals' personal data. In order to respond to current needs, the new structure of the General Data Protection Regulation aims to provide the required guidelines to prevent the potential leakage of personal private data. In the case of the accounting profession in Romania, the key scope of this paper is to provide an overview of the current implementation and enforcement of the GDPR regulation, as well as to provide guidelines for easier compliance. To the best of the knowledge of the writer, this is the first paper that explores the relationships between the regulatory and accounting profession in the sense of Following an empirical review to determine the current level of knowledge and compliance, the findings highlighted that there was a major knowledge and compliance deficit in the case of the accounting profession in Romania at the time of the report, less than 2 months before the date of acceptance at EU level. Nevertheless, this difference is predicted to decrease once again in the coming months.

This paper deals with the android application security detection method, based on the permissions .Mobile applications create their own security and privacy models through permission-based models. Some applications may request extra permissions that they do not need but may use for suspicious activities. The aim of this study is to identify those spare permissions requested and use this information in the security and privacy approach. To combat serious malware campaigns, we need a scalable malware detection approach that can effectively and efficiently identify malware apps. The proposed method based on metropolis algorithm with twalk is to provide the detection method for the android security of the applications based on the permissions that the applications request from the users during installations. This method helps to speedup detection and also increasing the sampling rate. Accuracy, precisions and recall values are calculated using true and false positive and negativerates depending on which this model is selected to detect the security of the android application.

Fiber-optic communication is a method of transmitting information from one place to another by sending pulses of infrared light through an optical fiber. The light is a form of carrier wave that is modulated to carry information. Fiber is preferred over electrical cabling when high bandwidth, long distance, or immunity to electromagnetic interference is required. This type of communication can transmit voice, video, and telemetry through local area networks or across long distances. Optical fiber is used by many telecommunications companies to transmit telephone signals, Internet communication, and cable television signals. Researchers at Bell Labs have reached a record bandwidth distance product of over 100 petabit × kilometers per second using fiber optic communication. Communication between remote parties can be achieved through a process called Networking, involving the connection of computers, media and networking devices. When we talk about networks, we need to keep in mind three concepts, distributed processing, network criteria and network structure. The purpose of this Network is to design a Local Area Network (LAN) for a BAEC (Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission) Head Quarter and implement security measures to protect network resources and system services.
