The present study sets up to investigate possible changes in the manner of manifesting violence involving middle school and high school students in Suceava county. Taking into consideration the tremendous impact of social networks on establishing means of communication and of free time, it is inevitable for the cybernetic environment to be a place where certain forms of violence can manifest themselves. By applying a questionnaire adapted by A.N.Grigore (2016) and used on the Romanian school population, we have proposed to investigate the incidence of the cyberbullying phenomenon in middle schools and high schools from Suceava county. Once finished, the study confirms cyberbullying isn’t a pseudo phenomenon, which justifies the need for nonformal education and school counselling programs to take into cyberbullying into account, as a form of violence in which students might be involved.

The paper demonstrates the way in which the Russian psychologist L.S.Vygotsky, who anticipates the paradigm of the curriculum, is perceived in the American cultural space. A representative of the sociocultural constructivism in education, L.S.Vygotsky is concerned with the problem of approaching the epistemic specificity of pedagogy as a specialized science in the study of education. The process through which pedagogy turns scientific can be confirmed according to three criteria: the research object, the normativity and the research methodology. The specific research object of L.S.Vygotsky’s psychological pedagogy is represented by the quality learning that pushes the development ahead, in the area of the proximal development, possible within a socio-cultural mediated training activity through the pedagogical scaffold created between educator and educated. The specific normativity asserted in the L.S.Vygotsky’s psychological pedagogy is based upon two complementary principles: the creation of the scaffold and the orientation of education at the area level of the proximal development. The research methodology refers to: the method of the qualitative structural analysis; the genetic method; the comparative method and the instrumental method. L.S.Vygotsky’s theory of socio-cultural constructivism has generated a revolution in pedagogy, exerting a strong influence in the US, in the field of the curriculum reconstruction, initiated by the psycho-pedagogue Jerome S. Bruner. The constructivist pedagogical model developed by L.S.Vygotsky who influenced the psychological theory of learning proposed by J.S.Bruner draws attention upon the need to capitalize on three ways of organizing the training – by action (with objects), iconic (by images), symbolic/verbal (by notions formed and developed). Despite the strongly ideologized era in which he created, the Russian educator managed to anticipate an important line of the postmodern (contemporary) pedagogy.

Contemporary educational science is actively seeking ways in which it is possible for the growing personality to consciously absorb basic principles of high morale where national and universal human values would be equally combined. The latter serve as guidelines determining the subject of interaction between educators and pupils. In this respect, cooperative pedagogy with its methodology comes into the picture. It involves mutual respect, equality, sociability – all the attributes of the subject-to-subject interaction oriented towards the maximum activity of educators as well as pupils. It brings about a change in the traditional approach to essence, methods and forms used in the educational process. Its ultimate goal has to consist not only in pupils` understanding of a profound meaning hidden in moral values – it is more about moral act commitment through actions, words and feelings. Only such an educational strategy leads to the result when pupils embrace social and natural environment and become true patriots of their country.

The constitutional changes of 1989 in Kosovo, in addition to physical, political and psychological pressure, exerted social pressure through job dismissals. Job dismissals became a “normal” process, becoming a common way of exercising social pressure. In all these impossibilities in front of which a whole society is placed, self-organization or opposition through self-acting is expressed. In this course, the collapsed life on every sphere, and precisely this collapse burdened even more the daily life of these citizens, imposing reflection on these inabilities.While the repressive state was exclusive, degrading, and denigrating for a category of the society, precisely this category got self-integrated through resistance, which can not be called otherwise but self-organization.In this flow, many subsequent developments came to the fore, such as the comprehensive mobilization of the society, so that individual tasks became selfvoluntary collective duties and obligations. To this society, faced with such a situation, Solidarity was undoubtedly imposed in every area of life, having the course from similarities, and “solidarity that comes from similarities is at its maximum when the collective conscience completely wraps up all our conscience and complies with it on all points” (Durkheim, 2004).

Apart from the violence covered by the press by informative broadcasts at peak audience hours, we found it was extremely important to debate this topic in the pre-university environment, especially in high school classes, where students are easily trained in the education for life. A first argument to debate this topic is the one provided by television channels, radio shows and articles written in newspapers by non-professionals. In order to protect them from the aggressive media exposure to school-based conflicts, we thought to provide pictures or movies with a strong social and emotional impact to raise awareness of the bad actions in the everyday life of students. A second argument is that we have tried to see the causes of class conflicts, to find solutions in diagnosing the occurrence of conflicts between classes, then to put into practice methods and techniques for solving conflicts in the form of a game, for the students to finally realize that some conflicts can be quenched from the beginning by treating indifferently gestures that can be tolerated and accepted at the same time.

"To obey the norm is to obey the public exam, to meet the expectations that society formulates" (Neculau, 1987, p. 183). Society values the behavior of its members according to certain standards, expecting them to conform to certain cultural models. The purpose of this article is not to eliminate the specific problems of a child with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) but to be a realistic one, based on developing skills to solve the difficult situations in which such children are involved. The objectives are aimed at the behavioral description of the three components: hyperactivity, impulsivity and attention deficit; ameliorative intervention strategies: medical, psychological and psycho-pedagogical; exemplifying some useful workloads. The methods aim at behavioral change, targeting the category of constructive and integrative behaviors (Eşi, 2010, pp.24-34). Overall, I will present the behavioral characteristics of children with ADHD aged 3 to 12 years. The concrete problems faced by parents and teachers lead to outlining strategies for their effective resolution. Within the educational system, there are a number of practical exercises useful in adapting children. These children should be understood and supported by people in the immediate vicinity, in the context of knowing the causes of behavioral disorders.

The Curriculum Framework of Pre-University Education in the Republic of Kosovo has set the cultivation of personal identity, national and cultural affiliation as a fundamental goal (article 1.3.). So far, the education system is based on the promotion of personal and cultural identity of pupils. Beyond the provided qualitative education, through the curricular content the system aims to raise the awareness and the cultivation of these affiliations. Some basic learning competencies which provide the fulfillment of these affiliations have been clearly defined. One of them is the competence of communication and expression. Book content and teaching methodology can both significantly affect the interface between students’ works and the stimulation of their imaginative creativity. One of these habits is artistic work. In this paper, we analyze the relation between the National Curriculum, especially its aims, competencies and areas, which are connected to the cultural identity, in one hand, and the content of books and teaching methods applied by teachers of the lower secondary schools (grades 6-9), on the other hand. After that, we analyze the impact of the curricula, book content and the teaching methods on the stimulation of students’ imaginative creation. We found that only 10 percent of the book content is connected to the first goal of the Curriculum. The methodology often is not in harmony with the content, and no additional content is provided to cover this gap.

Juan Domingo Perón remains one of the most important figures of Argentine ́s history of the XX century. A former army colonel, Peron was elected 3 times as president of the republic through popular vote in 1946, 1951 and 1973. He did not come to power through a coup d ́état, as usually happened with army generals in the Latin-American countries at that time. He was the founder of the Labour Party and of the peronist movement and together with his wife Eva Duarte introduced a series of revolutionary reforms aiming at improving the living standards of the workers, thus becoming soon a national myth. Nowadays, the peronist Partido Justicialista is in a deep crisis, but it still remains one of the main Argentinian political forces.

The article aims to explore the social distance of high-school students towards certain vulnerable categories (people with disabilities, those of different religions, those without income, foreigners, refugees, Romani, people infected with HIV, homosexuals), as well as identifying the manner in which these social categories are discriminated against at school and in other public places. In the context of the current study, social distance is expressed through the level of acceptance by the respondents of persons from the aforementioned categories, as neighbours, classmates and friends. Our study shows the students' reluctance to co-exist with certain categories of vulnerable persons by stigmatizing and using social exclusion (homosexuals, Romani, people infected with HIV, immigrants). These aspects draw attention to the need to fight against ethnocentric, xenophobic or homophobic attitudes in school. At the same time, the study shows that the manifestation of intolerant attitudes coincides in many cases with the posture of victim of discriminatory manifestations.

Stereotypes and prejudices influence our daily lives, and in certain circumstances we operate with them, despite the fact that we think we are free of prejudices. Not infrequently, they can become barriers in the communication, knowledge and acceptance of those around us; from this point of view, we must have the readiness to deal with our own prejudices, so that we do not reach situations of discrimination, marginalization, rejection or exclusion of some people on subjective grounds, influenced by stereotypes and misrepresentations about others (we often observe that our attitude and behavior towards a stranger is influenced by the way that person looks or is dressed). This study is based on stereotypes. It aims to identify attitudes and behaviors that perpetuate or challenge gender stereotypes in education. We will see what is stereotype, prejudice, discrimination, we will go a little bit on gender, cultural and language stereotypes, and finally we will see concrete examples within a school unit. This theme has become a problem of society. Stereotypes give rise to prejudices, and further discrimination. And during this research I noticed that since we were born, these things have been instilled in us.

Learning, creativity, and innovation are considered as the axis of the activities of all educational and entrepreneur-based institutions. Learning style of students as one of the factors effective in learning and academic progress has always been taken into consideration. By identifying the learning style and rate of creativity of individuals, each style can be a more appropriate teaching method adopted by teachers and also a more correct method of learning by learners. Accordingly, the main goal of the present article is to identify the differences of learning styles of individuals in different academic majors and the rate of the creativity of individuals in each learning style. The present methodology employed in this research is of descriptive-correlational research design. The statistical population consists of all the last-year students at the high school level in the city of Ghaen. The statistical sample consisted of 115 girls and 117 boys selected by classified sampling. Kolb’s learning style inventory and Abedi creativity were used to collect the required data. These two tools are standardized, therefore their validity is verified. On the other hand, the reliability of the Kolb’s inventory and that of Abedi’s creativity were 0.74 and 79.5, respectively. To analyze the data obtained by Chi-square tests, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson covariance, and stepwise regression were employed. The results show that there is a meaningful difference between the creativity of the students with diverging and assimilator learning styles. Learning styles of students of different branches are also different. Creativity of the students of Mathematicsis more than that of the Humanities and there is also a meaningful negative relation between concrete experiential learning methods and creativity (r=0.702 and p<0.01).

There are many factors influencing a food product selection, even if the most known is health benefits. This study describes the effect size of nine factors such as health, mood, convenience, sensory quality, ingredients, price, energetic value, familiarity and ethical aspects. The most important aspect of each factor was also determinated. A questionnaire was applied on a sample of 95 persons aged between 16 and more than 60 years. The summary statistics and the correlation (r>0,2) were applied using Data Analysis pacgake. The results showed that health benefits and the ingredients have the greatest influence, while the convenience and the energetic value were considered as beeing less important in food choice. The well-being, the taste, the natural ingredients, the good price ratio, the low fat content, the eco-friendly package, the fact that the food product can be bought from shops near their house and people ate it before have a strong contribution in food selection. So, it is important to take all these factors into account when we talk about food education and food practices.

The problem of the customers’ satisfaction is very usual in Economics literature, mainly in the Marketing field of analysis. In this paper we used a very common marketing tool: the questionnaire, in order to see and to conclude about the satisfaction of the clients of a tourism location, such as a hotel. We also try to introduce some Philosophical aspects, especially from Immanuel Kant’s ideas, regarding the knowledge and the possibilities of understanding the reality, passed through the mind’s filter, adding customers’ perceptions, a priori beliefs and other subjective traits. On the other hand, the use of the questionnaire is very sensitive, also from the Philosophical point of view, because we don’t know exactly how accurate are the answers, or if we questioned a significant sample of customers. At sum, including economic and philosophic aspects, the satisfaction of customers is obviously illustrated in the study.
