Ectopic adrenal tissue is rare in children. Although its excision is recommended when found incidentally during inguinal surgical procedures, routine exploration is not indicated for the detection of its presence. Here, we present eight cases of ectopic adrenal tissue in pediatric patients who underwent orchidopexy.

In cases with incomplete ureteric duplication, lower pole ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) may occur as an unusual entity. Surgical reconstruction of UPJO can be with different techniques such as pyeloplasty, pyeloureterostomy or ureteroureterostomy. In our case, the connecting segment distal to the pelvioureteric junction was found short and we performed direct pyeloureteral side-to-side anastomosis, with a double j catheter. It is helpful to determine prior to reconstruction of a short lower pole ureteral length.

“Fetus in fetu” is a condition seen rarely in the literature, less than 200 cases reported till now. It is a calcified mass or an encapsulated pendunculated tumor thought to be due to unequal division of totipotent cells of a blastocyst, resulting in a small cellular mass in a more mature embryo thus forming a monozygotic, diamniotic twin pregnancy.

Hemangiomas are usually superficial, localized, and commonly involve the head or neck, although up to 30% may be seen in the liver. Hemangioma involving the glans penis is extremely rare. A patient with red swelling on the glans penis was admitted for circumcision to our clinic. We performed concomitant surgical excision together with circumcision, and presented the advantages of surgical treatment in such a case.

Self-inserted foreign bodies in the urethra are rare among children. We describe here a 13-year-old boy who had self-inserted a needle into his urethra. Selfinsertion of the needle wrapped with cotton into the urethra for cleaning after masturbation by patient was applied. A foreign body in the urethra was removed by cystoscopy.

Bladder diverticulum is a rare malformation characterized by an outpouching with a diameter greater than 2 cm of the mucosa due to a defect in the detrusor musculature. In the case of this study, in a 2,5 year old boy, the bladder diverticulum and the left ureteral orifice opened into diverticulum the was detected. This case was discussed with the experience of literature.

In nonpalpable testis cases, laparoscopically blind-ending vas deferens and testicular vessels prior to entering the internal ring is sufficient to diagnose a “vanishing” testis, which requires no further exploration. Laparoscopic identification of cord structures entering the internal ring is required the exploration of the inguinal canal to find a testis or to rule out a “vanishing” testis". However, the need for further investigation in cases that identified the blindending cord structures on inguinal canal is questioned. Herein, we present a case of the scrotal nubbin along with blind ending cord structures during inguinal exploration.

We are reporting a case of 12 year old boy presenting to us as with obstructive voiding accompanying urinary tract infection and diagnosed as a case of posterior urethral valve (PUV) and Cowper syringocele. Up to our knowledge and search results from internet (pubmed, medline), there was no previous report in the literature regarding their association.

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) of the genitourinary tract is a wellknown entity. The majority of the literature characterizes IMT of the bladder as a benign, slow growing tumor in children. We present two cases of aggressive IMT. Although rhabdomyosarcoma is more common, IMT should remain within the differential diagnosis for any bladder mass found in a child or young adult. The diagnosis of IMT is important in preventing unnecessary diagnostic procedures and guiding the appropriate treatment

Complex renal stones are staghorn calculi stones >2 cm and most calculus are calcium stones. In patients found with obstruction may need an emergency intervention. Three patients with multiple stones causing bilateral renal obstruction were operated.

Bardet-Biedl syndrome is a multisystemic developmental disorder diagnosed on the basis of the presence of obesity, retinal defects, polydactyly, hypogonadism, renal dysfunction, and learning disabilities. Renal disease is clinically heterogeneous, but is recognized as a cardinal feature and is a major cause of mortality in BBS. We here presented a three-year-old girl with renal stone and Bardet-Biedl syndrome.

The genital hair tourniquet syndrome in children is an uncommon condition. Herein, a case of 9- year - old girl with a clitoral hair tourniquet is described, and review of the literature of genital tourniquets is presented, with a discussion about potential etiology by current literature.

The goal of surgical treatment of the varicocele is to occlude the refluxing venous drainage to the testis while maintaining normal testicular function. Many surgical techniques for treating varicoceles have been described. We aim to present an adolescent case with varicocele treated by simple laparoscopic ligation technique using intracorporeal knot-tying.
