The article deals with automation of the document exchange. The development of global communications in business and everyday life was at the bottom of appearing a new sphere of relationship. It is electronic exchange of datum. The program of electronic exchange of documents is actively applied in state institutions, government bodies that favours the development of such electronic changing papers. That is why completely electronic exchange of documents is enough timely and urgent task.
