The hydrophilic flora of Rivne region consists at least of 193 vascular plants species belonging to 107 genera and 46 families, including 9 species listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine and 10 invasive species. The distribution of hydrophilic plants species have determined by the natural conditions of the territory and anthropogenic impacts on water bodies. Species richness was the highest in northern part of the region (the Volyn Polesie, 179 species) and was the lowest in the more anthropogenically transformed southern part (the Small Polesie, 156 species).

A checklist comprising of 562 species of vascular plants is reported for the Bulatnikovo village located in the Murom district (Vladimir province, European Russia). 9 species are included in the Red Book of the Vladimir region: Astragalus cicer, Carex caryophyllea, Cucubalus baccifer, Dianthus borbasii, Gentiana cruciata, Helichrysum arenarium, Hypericum hirsutum, Laserpitium prutenicum, Seseli annuum. 9 species is reported for the Vladimir region for the first time: Heracleum mantegazzianum, Lepidium neglectum, Lotus zhegulensis, Portulaca grandiflora, Ranunculus attingens, R. obtusulus, Sambucus sibirica, Taraxacum proximum, Viola × villaquensis.

New data about localities of 31 rare plant species are reported. 2 species (Isoёtes echinospora, Neottianthе cucullata) are included in Red Data Book of Russian Federation, 2 species (Pulsatilla patens, Jurinea cyanoides) – in Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife. Another rare plant species of the Ivanovo region are briefly characterized.

The results of plant community classification and coenofloristic analysis of the Koch-pine forests of the Gunib limestone plateau (Inland Mountain Daghestan) are presented. The 2 associations of Koch-pine communities of the Gunib plateau were revealed: short-grass-sedge rich pine forests (Pinetum kochianae herboso-caricosum) and reedgrass-moss rich pine forests (Pinetum kochianae hylocomioso-calamagrostidosum). In the Koch-pine forest communities of the Gunib plateau 226 species belonging to 147 genera and 49 families were recorded. The taxonomic, bio-morphological and geographical analysis of the pine forest coenoflora was carried out. Among the species many endemic, relic and protected species included into Red Books of Russia and the Republic of Dagestan were found.
