Wander thirst Rabindranath ,in addition to East has travelled in many countries of the West. His experiences on travel have become illuminated in distinct greatness. The picturesque elements of social, political, economical, geographical in addition to the then civilization, culture, education, literature, art have been reflected in his travelogues for diverse experiences during travelling . The notable countries of the East are China, Japan, Parassa , Singhall, etc. and the island like Java, Bali, etc. From his self composed letter we know about his purpose of travelling to Japan. The three objectives of his tour to Japan have been observed –the exploration of original source for the awakening of the modern Japan from the past tradition, the reclamation of Indian tradition from Japanese civilization and retrieval of knowledge about Japanese literature .So with the close perceivance of Japanese civilization and culture during his tour Japan ,he tries to find similarity of Indian civilization with the civilization of this oriental country. He has draw real and vivid picture of the women mentality, comeliness, firmness, of character, religion, art, literature of the Japanese. His eyes does not escape the instances of selfness love and peacefulness of the Japanese. During his journey to Japan he has drunk the flavor of nature to his heart’s content. In his natural description he is able to make complete development of inherent entity going into the depth of human mind with the company of different kinds of people. The fruition of ‘ Bsudhebo Kutumbokam’ is seen through world tour. To know and experience the world variously and to have it within himself have been reflected in the essence of his travelogues. He has wanted to discover the universal and integrated humanity highly criticizing the aggressive and nationalism against humanity. He has criticized the aggressive mentality of the Japanese Govt. towards China overall, he has dreamt on the recovery of the ethical ideology of mankind through education and literature harking the messages of humanity to the war-affected and righteous people of Japan.
