The objectives of this study included the identification and assessment of the possible impact of Termirtau polymetallic dust on laboratory animals fertility and dust toxicity reduction by the BADs. The results show that the pathological changes and the number of sterile sperms is much less in animals, taking BADs.

The article analyses bank securities purchase and placement to investment portfolios, aimed at the measurement of the degree of corporate and debt securities profitability impact on bank overall financial assets profitability. Using regressive analysis method, the author has developed the lineal econometric two-factor model of financial assets profitability dependence on the profitability of their components for five banking groups for the period of 10 years for each group. Statistical data and econometric model were tested to answer the adequacy criteria. Statistical significance of the model regressors due to Fisher criteria and statistical parameters βі due to Student criteria were measured. The influence of regressors on the dependent variable was determined as moderate, which is explained by the presence of certain factors of influence, not reflected in the model. Certain conclusions, concerning the significant influence of debt securities profitability on the overall financial assets profitability and slight influence of equity instruments profits on the degree of financial profits for the majority of banks were made.

Nowadays much attention is attached to the problem of inclusive education. Inclusive education of children with learning disabilities is a new strategic trend of educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, significantly addressing fundamental education. This article considers the possibility of involving the schoolchildren with learning disabilities in educational process and the necessity to secure favorable environment and support for the children with learning disabilities in accordance with the Law “On Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and State Program of Education Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011–2012. The trend of maximum possible involvement of children with special needs in common general education institutions determines the educational culture dynamics in many countries of the world. Number of European Union countries has already made drastic structural alterations, resulted in the abolition of special schools (Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Australia, USA, etc.). Children with different disabilities study in “the least restrictive environment”, in other words, whenever possible, together with peers in the environment of general education institutions [1]. The goal of Kazakhstan development strategy up to 2030, involving the educational system is “to provide the development of the national educational model and its integration into international educational environment”. The priority of state program “Education” (2000–2005) “is to create conditions for efficient development of national educational model, providing access to qualitative education”. “The Concept of Kazakhstan Educational System”, the realization of which should provide: transfer from the principle of “education for life” to the principle of “lifelong education for everyone”; affordability and continuity of all educational levels; comprehensive, qualitative, competitive result-oriented education has been adopted

The article studies emotional intelligence features of future teachers of physical education. To achieve the goal questionnaire of emotional competence by N. Shutte et al. SSRI, appropriate for measuring four indicators of emotional intelligence was used. Students’ selection included 309 future teachers of physical education. The results showed that women understand emotions better than men, but men are better at emotions modulating. No statistically significant differences between men and women in ability to emotionally assist the brainwork and identify emotions were detected.

The article analyses the problem of music students’ national values cultivation in the educational process of a university. The author proves that music students’ national values cultivation in the educational process of a university will be efficient if the following pedagogical conditions are realized: the use of forms and methods of education, aimed at the identification of the personally significant qualities of the future music teachers with the national values; involvement of music students in the individual creative activity, focused on the spiritual personality development; implementation of a special course, contributing to music students’ national values cultivation into the educational process.

The results of the study of normative and conceptual documents that define the strategic objectives and the language policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education are presented in the article. The main trends in the development of foreign language and multilingual education, the necessity of which is determined by the fact that Kazakhstan's education system must provide a complete, high quality, competitive education, focused on results, through the formation and development of core competencies: trilingualism, Eurasian multiculturalism, communication are reflected in the contents of the research. Analysis of the key areas of language policy, its core ideas show that language policy in education is based on the recognition of the importance of all languages development and creation of the necessary conditions for the development of multilingualism, following its general line ensures equal and free development of the languages and cultures of all ethnic groups living within our state.

The present article deals with value orientations and their role in men’s lives, particularly, in young people’s lives. This notion was introduced by the American theoretical sociologist T. Parsons, one of the creators of modern theoretical sociology. The scientist made an attempt to construct the structural and analytical theory of social action, combining personal interests (needs and aims) and situation, it takes place in. The issue of value orientations remains acute for psychology. Herein we have considered several most important works, relating to the considered issue. Age aspects of young people’s value orientations are of peculiar interest to us. When analyzing this phenomenon, one should take into consideration the psychological formations, inhere for a certain age. In fact every age has its unique structure, which may change when passing from one development stage to another. Basing on this fact, we’ve considered the values, depending on the age features of the youth, relying upon the works of the scientists, working with different categories of the youth, such as: teenagers, students, children of different nationalities. It is not surprising that most scientists have come to the conclusion that the chief role in value orientation belongs to a family, originates in relations with parents and teachers. The positive reinforcement to the future develops throughout life in accordance with a lifestyle of a family, society and political situation in a state. Life orientations as a type of value orientations show different types of young people’s preferences. Value structure of its consciousness has its own specific character, depending on the age peculiarities. The dynamics of the transition from one age to another is accompanied with the reappraisal of values, eventually, influencing the life strategy of the future generation.
