Natural resources are the main basis for tourism development in one region. Given that natural resources are not only aesthetic but also economic value of a certain region, they should be valorized in order to provide good basis for creating valuable tourism product. Rivers as such, are the best representatives that provide possibilities for developing different types of tourism, which could give huge benefits for the region. In this paper, the focus is on the river Danube which is the second largest river in Europe and part of Corridor VII. The aim of this paper is to evaluate and bring this river closer to the population of Serbia. Also, the intention is to show the importance of the Danube, since it flows through Novi Sad and has a great potential for developing nautical and cruising tourism. Investments in this resource would significantly contribute to the development of an integrated tourist product of Novi Sad and Serbia. Bearing all this in mind, this paper will present the results of evaluation of the Danube, based on model of Hilary Du Cros.

The purpose of the paper is to discuss instructional and technological developments based on the history of computer-based instruction (CBI). Historically, the development of the CBI movement began in earnest at the end of 1960s and in the early 1970s. At that time, computers, for the first time, began to be used in education, basically for teaching language and mathematics. Historically, CBI emerged from the programmed instruction and teaching machines of the middle of the 1950s. Educational computing began with a few large, government-funded projects on mainframe and minicomputers. At this time, several projects were developed to be utilized in instructional processes, such as PLATO and TICCIT. As a result, the developments after the 1970s will be discussed regarding the CBI process so as to indicate new instructional and technological developments as part of new learning technologies from past to present for students and educators in schools.

The article considers the problem of computer-aided instruction in context-chain motivated situation control system of the complex technical system behavior. The conceptual and formal models of situation control with practical instruction are considered. Acquisition of new behavior knowledge is presented as structural changes in system memory in the form of situational agent set. Model and method of computer-aided instruction represent formalization, based on the nondistinct theories by physiologists and cognitive psychologists. The formal instruction model describes situation and reaction formation and dependence on different parameters, effecting education, such as the reinforcement value, time between the stimulus, action and the reinforcement. The change of the contextual link between situational elements when using is formalized. The examples and results of computer instruction experiments of the robot device “LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT”, equipped with ultrasonic distance, touch, light sensors.

The work develops advanced mathematical model and computing algorithm to analyze, predict and identify the basic parameters of filter units and their variation ranges. Numerical analytic solution of liquid ionized mixtures filtration was got on their basis. Computing experiments results are presented in graphics form. Calculation results analysis enables to determine the optimum performance of filter units, used for liquid ionized mixtures filtration, food preparation, drug production and water purification. Selection of the most suitable parameters contributes to the improvement of economic and technological efficiency of production and filter units working efficiency.

The article, using archive data, highlights the economic development of Central Kazakhstan in 1930s of the XX century, describes preparatory work on region development, cites party and government regulations on region transition to the place of “grand socialist construction”. The work reads that the scale of industrial development demanded additional labor forces. Forced labor of hundreds of thousands of people: forced migrants, displaced peoples, prisoners of Corrective Labor Camps GULAG has become the basis for republic labor capacity in terms of totalitarian system. The author comes to the conclusion that Central Kazakhstan is the perfect example of the epoch inconsistency. On the one hand, it became the place of “grand socialist construction”, region of cruel experiments on people and the place of the revived colonization policy and the development of natural resources, place of exile, penal servitude and imprisonment for hundreds of thousands of people in short period of time. On the other hand, powerful industrial capacity, gradually taking up advanced positions in the Soviet Union, was created and developed here.

The innovative technology of goodwill as a strategic tool of national business entities’ management improvement is widely used in many sectors of the Russian economy in the last decade. Its successful solution is the key to the survival of businesses. This article is very relevant, since the problem of search of the ways to manage and develop intangible resources of business entities is essential in terms of innovative development. This article presents the theoretical and practical importance of analyzing the problems of the formation of goodwill of business organizations of the Russian Federation. We have analysed the biomechanical structure of the second competition exercise, Clean and Jerk, depending on highly-qualified weightlifter’s sex and weight category. We have also defined general tendencies and differences in rhythm, temporal and spatial indices of the technique in two types of Clean and Jerk – bar lift and bar jerk. It was determined that highly-qualified middle-weight weightlifters of different sex are more skilful than athletes of other weight categories due to the optimal correlation between body and high level of speed-power qualities.

The article is devoted to the study of zoomorphic images in proverbs and sayings of the English and Kazakh languages. The work studies and compares national specific features of Kazakh and English linguistic cultures. This knowledge is crucial for intercultural research. The paper is focused on comparative analysis of English and Kazakh proverbs, containing lexical units “wolf” and “dog”. The analysis detected polysemantic character of wolf and dog images in the studied languages. Similarities and differences of wolf and dog images reflect general and specific character of ethnic-oriented culturological constants, existing in consciousness of representatives of different ethnic groups.

The article is concerned with the problems of cultural dialogue development between two regions – Central Russia and Siberia at the turn of XIX – XX centuries. The position of local intelligentsia, envisaging Siberia as big independent region, having its unique social, economic and ethnographic features is showed. Specific features of Siberian population mentality were reflected in works by local and Russian intelligentsia. The paper studies the foundations of cultural dialogue between the regions, having inequitable character, presents the position of local intelligentsia, aimed at the relative independence of Siberia development and building of intercultural relationship on egalitarian basis. The forms of intercultural dialogue are analyzed. The impact of capitals’ cultural life on Siberian culture development is showed. The role of Russian and Siberian intelligentsia in establishment and development of intercultural communications between the two regions is justified.

The article presents the results of theoretical analysis of non-equilibrium grain boundaries diffusion properties recovery during ultra-fine grain (UFG) materials annealing, produced by severe plastic deformation (SPD) method. The paper proves that activation energy and grain boundary diffusion coefficient of UFG materials depend on density of defects, cumulated by grain boundary during SPD. Annealing causes diffusion redistribution of defects in grain boundaries, which results in diffusion properties change. Diffusion properties recovery rate depends on grain size and it is much higher in UFG materials than in coarse-grained materials.

This paper is focused on the topical issue of inter-budget control in the structure ↔ by applying econometric models. To create the decision-making model, mathematical tool of the theory of stochastic automation, operating in random environments was used. On the basis of the application of this mathematical tool, the adaptive training economic and mathematical model, able to adapt to the environment, maintained by the income from the payment of federal and regional taxes and fees, payable to the budget of the constituent entity of the RF and paid to the budget of a lower level in the form of budget regulation was developed. The authors have developed the structure of the machine, described its behavior in a random environment and introduced the expression for the final probabilities of machine in each of its states. The behavioral aspect of the machine by means of a mathematically rigorous proof of the theorem on the feasibility of behavior and the asymptotic optimality of the proposed design of the machine were presented.

The article presents one of the results of scientific research, focused on the theoretical foundations of the formation of future teachers’ preparedness for moral and aesthetic interaction with learners. Due to the fact that the key concept of the research theme is "interaction", basic theoretical philosophic principles, revealing the essence of this phenomenon and its relation to education, which are consistently regarded as categories of social interaction, were used as a basis. Basing on the analysis of scientific works, key characteristics of interaction as a philosophical category were identified: general form of links of any systems; simultaneous existence of objects (subjects); consistency and two-sidedness of links; awareness and goal-orientedness; interdependence of sides change; internal mutual activity of subjects; subject-subject and subject-object relationships within the system.

The article examines the features of the axiomatic approach to the truth understanding in ancient Greek philosophy. Truth in the works by ancient philosophers has axiomatic essence, basing on divine origin of truth. As the truth has a divine origin, it is in reality. The reality, created by Gods is the solemn reality. Therefore, understanding of reality by man is the display of divine reality, which is true and clever. In of the context of ancient Greek philosophy, to know truth is to know something, existing in reality, in other words, something, truly existing, eternal reality. Consequently, to know truth is it to know the substantial reality base. That’s why the justification of the reality origin is the axiomatic doctrine of truth at the same time, because only fundamental principle “truly” exists and is the truth itself. The idea of fundamental principle in ancient Greek philosophy is the axiom, universal principle, which is the base of reality as a substance from ontological perspective and is realized as the truth from gnosiological perspective. Fundamental principle, as Greeks understand it, coincides with the truth, in other words, reality and thinking are identical. The idea of reality source is the universal criterion of world perception at the same time, in other words, it is the truth, which is perceived axiomatically.

The article analyses various modes of comprehensive treatment of patients with combined toxoplasmotic-chlamydial infection. Combined toxoplasmotic-chlamydial infection in 78 examined patients characterized by polymorphism of clinical aspects. The paper presents results of treatment of patients with mixed infection toxoplasmosis + chlamidiosis, which have sequentially received drugs: combined antiprotozoal drug, antibiotics and immunomodulator. The efficiency of combined treatment of toxoplasmotic-chlamydial infection depends on the composite use of etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy.

The article presents the results of the study of heart rate variability (HRT) in apparently healthy volunteers of both sexes without bad habits, aged 16-18, residing in industrial region (Temirtau) and the ones, studying under innovative technologies. HRT was registered with the help of computer-controlled devices “Varikard” (Russia). The changes of HRT spectral indexes towards integral impact of vegetative regulation mechanisms and parasympathetic activity decrease and regulatory systems overexertion, demanding correction methods implementation.

The article offers the method for evaluation of mental fatigue, based on the method of paired light pulses. Ten pre-trained test men with normal vision, aged 18–20 participated in the experiment. Testees were showed subsequent paired light pulses at a 200 ms interval, divided by initial interpulse interval of 70 ms, recurring at the fixed time interval of 1 s. Testees determined the threshold interpulse interval, at which the two pulses in a pair merged into one, three times, using the method of successive approximation. Then testees solved algebraic equations with several unknowns for two hours. The threshold interpulse interval was determined three times every 20 minutes in the course of equations solving. The degree of mental fatigue DMF was calculated, using the formula: DMFi = (TPIi – TPI0) 100% / TPIi; i = 1, 2, … , n, where DMFi is the degree of mental fatigue at the i-th measurement; TPIi is average arithmetic duration of threshold interpulse interval at the i-th measurement; TPI0 is average arithmetic duration of threshold interpulse interval before algebraic equations solving; n is the dimension of threshold interpulse interval measurement in the course of algebraic equations solving. After 20 minutes of work, the degree of mental fatigue of one of the testees was 9.5 %, rose to 21 % by the end of the first hour and exceeded 39 % by the end of the second hour. Similar dynamics of mental fatigue was observed in all testees, but its development and the degree of fatigue are individual. To prevent fatigue and ensure high level of efficiency one should set the individual schedule and rest pauses duration during mental activity.

Cultural routes appear as a new concept that turned to be very beneficial in terms of the revitalization and presentation of cultural heritage in its broader sense - from archaeological sites to landscapes. These trails provide a unique purview into the spirit of modern countries and their inextricable connection to contemporary time. On the territory of present day Serbia 17 Roman emperors were born, which is one fifth and largest number of Roman emperors born anywhere in the world, outside of Rome. That was a good basis for developing idea of forming cultural route and starting the project „The Trail of the Roman Emperors“ in Serbia. It can be one of the most important topics in the field of cultural tourism in Serbia, and the main goal of this paper is to give a proposal for its valorization and promotion for the tourism purposes. This will be achieved through the evaluation of all elements of tourist valorization on the basis of which general tourist assessment will be formed, while the purpose of SWOT analysis was to detect existing strengths and weaknesses, and provide real opportunities and risks for this cultural route.

The objective of this paper is to establish a picture of to what extent Green Supply Chain Management is present in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Another point of interest in this paper is the measurement of administrative environment, consumer perception and the actual implementation of such a supply chain into daily operations. This study develops a survey questionnaire based on the reviewed literature about Green Supply Chain Management, and conducts the survey on the employees of companies located in one region of Bosnia and Herzegovina and compares the obtained results with the work of others in this field. The findings in this paper are conclusive and indicate a strong tendency towards complete implementation of Green Supply Chain Management into daily operations of Bosnian production companies, an existence of a supportive administrative environment and the strong willingness of people to adapt measures that are acceptable to the environment and create a smaller social cost. Finally, this paper is a testimony of good intent towards the environment supported and executed by those striving to achieve more efficient and less costly, socially acceptable and environmentally healthy solutions for conducting their business.

(Palmer and Stough 2001) defined as Emotional intelligence as ‘the capacity to deal effectively with one’s own and others’ emotions ’Previous empirical studies in this area have indicated that the construct of emotional intelligence provides an athlete with an understanding of their specific emotional competencies, and therefore a better understanding and awareness of how to use emotions in sport. The comparison of the study is to attempt and examine the differences between female and male athletes of Lusaka Province with respect to their emotional intelligence in the selected variables such as Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Motivation, Empathy, Social skills. It was assumed that female athletes would have high emotional intelligence as compared to the male athletes. “Emotional Intelligence Test” developed by Dr. N. K. Chadha (1998) was applied on all of the participants of the study (i.e. 30 female and 40 male athletes).Were selected random for this study Statistical analysis by computation of “t-test” revealed a significant difference in the emotional intelligence of female and male athletes of Lusaka Province. The results confirmed the hypothesis differences in relation to emotional intelligence, findings of the current study indicate that females are more emotionally intelligent than male athletes. The higher level of emotional intelligence of female than male in Lusaka Province are explained in terms of traditional trends, pattern of society and social roles assigned to male and female with respect to African culture in Zambia.

The analysis of the basic media education models used in Moscow media education centers has shown that nowadays the synthetic media education models are most typical; they are based on the synthesis of the sociocultural, educational and informational, practical and utilitarian models. And they lean towards the maximum usage of media education potential depending on the aims and objectives; they are characterized by variability, and the capacity to entirely or partially integrate into the education process. The suggested media education technology is based as a rule on blocks or modules of creative and role play/gaming assignments for the teachers to use both in school and out-of-school activities. An important peculiarity of the analyzed models is that they have a wide field of application: schools, universities, institutions of additional education and leisure activity. Media studies may be organized in the form of lessons, optional classes, and special courses integrated into different school subjects, or used in school societies.
