The article, basing on the results of examination of 369 patients with cerebrovascular disorders considers the features of seasonality impact on the cerebral haemodynamics correction and climatic balneotherapy efficiency in the course of subtropical balneotherapy resort treatment. The findings indicate the necessity to differentiate the approaches to patients with cerebrovascular disorders referral to resort treatment and climatic balneotherapy procedures prescription, considering both cerebral ischemia stage and seasonality.

The article estimates the hemodynamics state during systemic air cryotherapy sessions in cryosaunas, in the course of which body temperature drops in the range of cryostability (up to 5-10 C), while the core body temperature persists and enables to avoid shift in thermal regulation. Majority of circulatory dimensions at post-cryothermia period showed reactions opposite in sign if compared to hypothermia period, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before the sessions. Such evident compensatory reaction of blood circulation is apparently the specific extension of stress syndrome, developed at testees directly in the course of cryotherapy.

The article is concerned with basic components of methodology (means, methods and methodological procedures), having impact on the healthcare effect of workouts in the weight room. Strength exercises on major muscles are considered as the basic means. Circuit exercises are performed on weight machines in quasi-isotonic mode. Visual cues were used to determine the amplitude of each exercise, focusing on men’s muscular sensations in the course the exercises performance. The impact of circuit training on workouts in the weight room health promotion has been detected. The data, describing the impact of the training on the bodies of mature aged men has been presented. Dynamics and the heart rate, dynamics of blood pressure indicators and training load intensity have been taken as vital signs.

The article presents results of clinic-instrumental examination of 255 young athletes, aged 9-11, going in for combat and team sports. Myocardium repolarization abnormalities with heart connective tissue dysplasia were found in 33 (22.3 %) young athletes, going in for team sports and in 11 (10.3 %) athletes, going in for karate.

The article presents the program of physical rehabilitation for the disabled people with insulin-independent diabetes, who came through single leg amputation. The program includes phantom-impulsive gymnastics, exercises for the remaining leg, back and shoulders, for the improvement of stump functional state, equilibrium exercises and exercises for arms supporting function development. Set of therapeutic exercises involves exercise machine training. The application of the developed physical rehabilitation program at the stage of preparation for fitting the prosthesis and learning to walk on prosthetic leg has proved its efficiency according to test results, biomedical methods of research and increases the motor activity of 100% percent of patients.

Diseases, caused by atherosclerosis, first of all, ischemic heart disease are major cause of mortality in many countries, including Russia. Despite the different existing theories of atherosclerosis formation, pathogeny of this disease is mainly connected with lipid storage disease, blood rheological properties, activation of lipid peroxidation. Ozone therapy is one of the upcoming trends of preventive medicine. The findings of its application in the course of resort treatment showed homeostasis indicators improvement, which can serve as a basis for ozone therapy application in the course of multiple-factor treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases in patients.
