The author comes to a conclusion that publishing of the technical documents promotes construction competition. Moreover, publication of documents results in increasing of both design engineers’ responsibility for the quality of design works and the customers for acceptance and estimation of projects developed.

This huge gap between financing needs and the available financing capacity represents major constraints to growth opportunities in business financing, and accords with one of requirements strategy of stimulating real sector financing by mobilizing cheap long term saving. Real estate investment is a capital intensive venture and this implies that firms venturing into this sector need to have a strong capital structure to sustain development. There is high competition amongst the real developers in quest for funds from formal and informal sources to meet their financial needs. Many real Estate firms are experiencing a credit fix. In the recent move by the Peoples Bank of China to clamp down lending in the real estate sector; the People’s bank of China tightened monetary policy by raising interest rates which in effect lead to increased cost of capital. The central government has also encouraged banks to adopt slow lending to real estate projects. According to the People's Bank of China (PBOC), the increase in cumulative loans related to housing projects totaled ¥1.3 trillion ($198 billion) in 2011, down 38 percent from 2010, and new loans to the property sector comprised 17.5 percent of total loans in 2011, down from 27 percent in 2010.The remaining prudent alternative is innovation for exploitation of other means of acquiring funds for real estate venture. Real estate investors need to deepen and broaden their options of financing their activities to avoid credit squeeze.

Specific features of usage of Internet resources and Internet technologies for educational purposes are studied in the paper. Attempts to determine the place and role of the World Wide Web in language teaching are also made. Three main areas of usage of Internet technologies in the study of foreign languages are singled out in the article. Besides, the typology of posts in the educational space with the help of Internet technologies is constructed. Simultaneously a number of didactic tasks in the process of usage of Internet technologies in teaching foreign languages is determined.

The main outcome of the media education hermeneutical analysis of the Soviet fantasy genre of the 1950s – 1960s and its American screen transformation in media studies in a university classroom is not just the audience's understanding of historical, political, social and cultural contexts and the stereotype formation mechanisms of the epoch, but also the development of the audience’s perception of media culture, analytical and interpretative skills applied to media texts, critical thinking development.

The present work investigates the issues of methodological support for the process of multilingual education, where ethnologic linguodidactic approach is being considered and substantiated. There is being discovered the essence of the methodological approach based on identifying the relation of this concept to the methodological principle. It has been shown that the ethnologic linguodidactic approach is a systematic combination of fundamental principles, specialized methods and specified tools serving to distinguish the issues of multilingual education, to define a strategy to resolve them under specific sociolinguistic conditions of multilingual and multicultural community.
